Hydraulic drive mixers are widely employed to process the cohesive mixture, especially the energetic mixture. According to the mathematic models of main links of the speed regulating system of a hydraulic drive planetary mixer, a simulation model for the system was presented in this paper. The load and impulsion have impacts on the speed response of the speed regulating system with good performance of stability. The converted rotary inertia of the hydraulic motor has a two-sided impact on the speed regulating system, namely impact the response and the overshoot performance at the same time. And, the leakage of the hydraulic drive system often has a bad impact on the speed response of the regulating system.

AbstractA schematic diagram of a hydraulic drive system is provided to stabilize the speed of the working body by compensating for volumetric losses in the hydraulic motor. The diagram shows the inclusion of an originally developed self-adjusting choke whose flow rate in the inlet pressure change range tends to reverse - with increasing pressure the flow through it decreases. Dependent on the hydraulic characteristics of the hydraulic motor and the specific operating conditions.

The motion commands to feed drives constitute a major source for excitation of the vibrations. In this paper the vibration of feed drive caused by the motion commands is simulated by using a mathematic method. The mechanical transmission system is modeled as a dual inertia system. Three typical trajectories are used to analyze the effect of motion profiles on feed drive vibration by using a simulation model of feed drive controller.

SUMMARY In this paper, mathematical models of kinematics, statics and inverse dynamics are derived firstly according to the mechanical structure of leg hydraulic drive system (LHDS). Then, all the above models are integrated with MATLAB/Simulink to build the LHDS simulation model, the model not only considers influence of leg dynamic characteristics on hydraulic system but also takes into account nonlinearity, variable load characteristics and other common problems brought by hydraulic system, and solves compatibility and operation time which brought by using multiple software simultaneously. The experimental results show the simulation model built in this paper can accurately express characteristics of the system.

Abstract Control rod hydraulic drive system (CRHDS) is a new type of built-in control rod drive technology which is invented by INET, Tsinghua University. The integrated valve (IV) is the main flow control component of the CRHDS. Flow resistance of IV has a great influence on the control rod dynamic step-down process. The step-down performance experiments of CRHDS with different flow resistance of IV were conducted under room temperature conditions. Meanwhile, the theoretical model of hydraulic cylinder step-down process was established and combined with the relationship of the flow resistance of IV under the experimental conditions to get the dynamic response of the hydraulic cylinder. The calculation results of theoretical model agree well with the experimental data. On this basis, the theoretical model of hydraulic cylinder step-down process was applied to the high temperature working conditions with different flow resistance of IV. The analysis results show that at higher working temperature, with the increase of the flow resistance of IV control rod step-down average velocity decreases and step-down time increases correspondingly. There is an inflection point in the transient pressure curve and the pressure of the inflection point decreases gradually with the increase of the flow resistance. The pressure lag time after step-down also decreases. The research results lay the base for the design and optimization of the flow resistance of the IV for the CRHDS.

Research in this paper comprised experimental determination of energy efficiency of different bus subsystems (diesel bus, trolleybus and fully electric bus) on chosen public transport route in Belgrade. Experimental measuring of energy efficiency of each bus type has been done based on the analysis of parameters of vehicle driving cycles between stops. Results of this analysis were basis for development of theoretical simulation model of energy efficiency. The model was latter compared with the results of simulation done by "Solaris bus & Coach" company for the chosen electric bus route. Based on demonstrated simulation, characteristics of electric bus batteries were defined, the method and dynamic of their recharge was suggested, as well as choice for other aggregates for drive system and technical characteristics for the electric buses were suggested.
