Based on the rod reconfigurable design idea, by changing the lever's shape and position, and tandem combination, we can create all kinds of force-magnifying institutions to meet different job requires. In this paper, use pneumatic muscle as drive component combined with reconfigurable rod institutions, fixture system has been innovated,the working principle of the fixture system are introduced, its calculating formulae of output power are also given. The fixture system adapted to the development of the greening trend, has broad application.

In this paper, two different diameter pneumatic muscle, combined with reconfigurable toggle mechanism, three kinds of press has been innovated, the working principle of the press are introduced, its calculating formulae of output power are also given,and the force amplifier coefficient were compared. The large-diameter pneumatic muscle will be used for the working stroke of the pressure travel, while the small-diameter pneumatic muscle will be used for the return travel.The press can satisfy the requirement of different output force and different structure size, no pollution, adapted to the greening trend, there is broad application prospects.

A novel miniaturized piezoelectric wind flutter generator is proposed which consisted of a flexible beam and a PZT cantilever. The working principle is based on flexible beam flutter, which can amplify the PZT cantilever vibration. A prototype was tested in a wind tunnel. It is found that there are three behavior states with wind speed increasing, and flutter behavior takes place when wind speed varies between the critical wind speed Uc1and Uc2, an empirical formula was obtained about the critical speed Uc1. The open circuit voltage and power were measured. The device can generate 794μW output power with 30kΩ resistor in a wind of speed 20m/s, power density is 139μW/cm3.

The dependence of power plants on energy sources such as diesel, natural gas and coal is almost 75%, encouraging the development of renewable energy in an effort to meet the electricity supply. One of them is the micro hydro power plant by utilizing the potential of existing water. The working principle of PLTMH is to change the potential energy of water into electrical energy. In this final project has been designed modeling of micro hydro power plant by using screw turbine (Archimedes Screw). The turbine used resembles a drill bit, with a diameter of a turbine of 26 cm, a screw width of 10 cm, and an amount of 10 pieces of blade. Measurements made on the modeling of micro hydro power plants include: water discharge, turbine rotation, generator rotation, voltage, current, torque and generator output power and efficiency. The parameters are measured by changing the water fall on the turbine from the position of the turbine head angle 00, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 700, 800  and 900 . The result of measurement that has been done on the parameters of micro hydro power plant modeling, obtained the highest measurement result at the corner of turbine head 400. The output power generated is 10.92 watts, torque is 0.60 Nm and efficiency of 14%. The results obtained are still low because the turbine rotation is less able to rotate the generator, where the generator torque is greater than the torque in the turbine. This is influenced by the small water discharges in the modeling of this micro hydro power plant.

The clean compressed air is taken as power transmission medium in pneumatic clamping devices, and when cutting after clamping the workpiece, the energy are not consumed any more. So it can be said that it is a green clamping technology. However, a low pressure of pneumatic driving makes a lot of pneumatic fixtures too bulky in size.A new innovation design idea of clamping mechanism based on pneumatic muscle and the eternallever-toggle force amplifier is described in this paper, in which the pneumatic muscle is instead of traditional rigid cylinder. The pneumatic muscle has some features such as extremely simple structure, good flexibility, the big ratio of output force and diameter/weight, etc. Thus, this device can get much greater clamping force on the condition of reducing the size and weight of the structure definitely. In addition, using two pneumatic muscles alternately, it can enable the time of processing a workpiece to overlap with the time of unloading another workpiece, and which can improve the production efficiency significantly.

Stirling engines are machines based on a simple working principle and are well known for their theoretical high thermal efficiency. Technical drawbacks related to the high temperatures required for achieving high values of thermal efficiency and output power have limited their spread to low-power applications. Stirling engines can operate with almost any source of heat. For this reason, these engines are currently installed in applications with renewable energy sources for combined heat and power generation (CHP), where the mechanical output power is usually converted into electrical power. The paper is focused on the design and analysis of a novel mechanical configuration with a higher number of cylinders than current commercial solutions. The performances of several multicylinder configurations are evaluated via numerical simulations, taking into account the dynamics of the mechanism and the thermal aspects of the cycle. Finally, a prototype of the main mechanism, which allows the number of cylinders to be increased, is introduced and briefly described.

The paper introduces the working principle of the pendulum rod bearing linear actuator and its kinetic characteristics. First, the model was built in SOLIDWORKS, then to do the simulation of ideal state and collision situations on this structure in ADAMS. At the same time, using MATLAB to get the ideal dynamic analysis results, including displacement, velocity and acceleration. The curves of input power and output power ware drawn out using ADAMS, then calculate the transmission efficiency of the mechanical mechanism. This research provides a theory and technical support for the application in all aspects of this mechanism.

The working principle of a Wireless Power Transmission technology (WPT) system and compensated capacitance topologies were introduced. Then, based on MATLAB SIMULINK software, capacitance compensated in the primary and secondary winding on the influence of the WPT system performance were studied. The results show that the primary compensated capacitance in series can improve the voltage of the load, the primary compensated capacitance in parallel can reduce the primary winding current; the secondary compensated capacitance can also improve the load voltage, but the rate is not obvious; in the SP model, the load voltage and power factor are the biggest, the influence of the variational capacitance in the primary on the output power is bigger than in the secondary

As a necessary component in pneumatic muscle, minimum switch and minimum mechanical hand, pen cylinder used as prime actuator possesses the characteristics of high speed actuation possible, easy installation, improved wear resistance and so on. The construction and working principle of the pen cylinder are introduced. Using 3-D stress field finite element analysis (FEA) method, the stress field distribution of pen cylinder with preload in mounting nut is analyzed. Simulation results are presented. The stress characteristics are compared between different preload in mounting nut and thickness of mounting bracket.
