To improve the accuracy and reliability of control system ,we construct a set of micro-hole drilling on-line monitoring systems based on fuzzy control technology. The axial force and torque collected from experiment are inputted to fuzzy controller get the real-time wear state of drill bit. Then compare the wear value with monitoring threshold, if the amount is bigger than the threshold, the system will alarm and retract the cutter, so the drill can avoid be broken and work piece be saved.

In automated micro-hole drilling system, in order to improve the drilling performance and reduce of production costs by maximizing the use of drill life and preventing drill failures, the drill bit wear state monitoring is more important. However, drill bit wear is difficult to measure in drilling process. By observation, wear failure of the drill bit could cause related changes of the spindle current signal, so construct fuzzy control mathematical models with the relationship between drill bit wear and spindle current, genetic algorithm and fuzzy control theory are applied to micro-drilling system in this paper .The membership functions of fuzzy control model are optimized by genetic algorithms. Through calculation, we can get drill bit wear value which used as monitoring threshold value in micro-hole drilling on-line monitoring system to avoid the drill breakage and improve the monitoring reliability.

The accurate measurement of the length of steel plate is the key to control technology for cross-cutting production line. Three steel plates determining-length control algorithms were deeply analyzed, in the set-length control strategy fuzzy control technology was introduced, and determining-length fuzzy controller structure and realization was analyzed; In order to improve the accuracy of steel plate crosscut, on the basis of the fuzzy control system self-learning function and artificial self-learning function were increased. Practical applications show that technical advancement, reliability of the control system and shear plate accuracy are high, fully meet the requirements of control.

An online monitoring method for micro-hole drilling based on rough sets fuzzy control is developed in this article to improve system on too many control rule numbers with strong subjectivity and complicated calculations. Utilize rough sets for reduction of fuzzy control rules and fuzzy control system for real time data processing of drilling capacity, drilling moment and spindle motor current under MATLAB platform. By discovering micro-drill bit abrasion information, online monitoring for micro drilling can be implemented in real time which can effectively prevent micro drill bit from crack.

Designed the control system policy for automobile electric seat using fuzzy control technology, therefore established its control model by Fuzzy Logic Toolbox, and carried on the off-line simulation to choose controller's optimum control parameters. From the dynamic viewpoint, the auto electric seat adjustment system is not only a complex nonlinear function which includes the location of the DC servo motor and the speed, but also contains serious nonlinear coupling interference, so the system is a highly nonlinear strong coupling, variable multivariable system. Application of traditional control methods (such as traditional PID) is difficult to meet its order requirements, so the research is highly robust method of intelligent control is an effective way to solve the problem. Fuzzy control technology has become the field in which drawn greater attention and researched in recent years. It doesn’t depend on the mathematical model of controlled object, has a good robustness, and nonlinear control characteristics, so it is an effective means to control the object with time-varying, non- linear parameters. In this paper, fuzzy control technology to achieve the orders of auto electric seat adjustment control system functions in the Literature [1], and the tracking of the system was simulated.

A temperature rising control system and temperature maintaining control system were designed in according to time-variable and hysteretic nature of temperature change and limitation when traditional PID control deals with nonlinear systems. A new type of intelligent fuzzy controller combination of traditional PID control and fuzzy control was designed and applied in temperature maintaining control system. The simulation results show that the holding phase at elevated temperatures and temperature, the temperature curve has a high steady-state accuracy and dynamic performance in the period of temperature rising and maintaining, and the system and controller cause a better result.

In order to achieve fuzzy control of denitrification in a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) brewery wastewater was used as the substrate. The effects of brewery wastewater, sodium acetate, methanol and endogenous carbon source on the relationships between pH, ORP and denitrification were investigated. Also different quantities of brewery wastewater were examined. All the results indicated that the nitrate apex and nitrate knee occurred in the pH and ORP profiles at the end of denitrification. And when carbon was the limiting factor, through comparing the different increasing rate of pH whether the carbon was enough or not could be known, and when the carbon should be added again could be decided. On the basis of this, the fuzzy controller for denitrification in SBR was constructed, and the on-line fuzzy control experiments comparing three methods of carbon addition were carried out. The results showed that continuous carbon addition at a low rate might be the best method, it could not only give higher denitrification rate but also reduce the re-aeration time as much as possible. It appears promising to use pH and ORP as fuzzy control parameters to control the denitrification time and the addition of carbon.

Abstract The fuzzy control system is composed of an integral part of modern intelligent automatic control, can control of precision is difficult to directly establish the mathematical model of the intelligent control system object data for effective fuzzy control, so fuzzy has wide application field, considering the basic features of fuzzy control arithmetic, more close to the parallel processing of the way of fuzzy data stream, so fuzzy control is more suitable for implementation by a special control circuit, not only can not only improve the speed of data processing, and it also can improve the control system running stability. With the improvement of programming logic and programmable ability of FPGA, FPGA has the necessary ability to implement ASIC directly and meet the requirements of system programming and design on chip. It has become the development trend of FPGA. The fuzzy analog controller can be used as a digital analog controller of a DC/DC fuzzy converter. In the absence of Matlab/Simulinkc environment, a DC/DC fuzzy converter can be modeled by using Maplecs toolbox. The simulation test results firstly verify the practical feasibility of the fuzzy analog controller. Then PLXILINXXC3S500EFPGA chip is used to realize the fuzzy simulation controller, and good simulation results are obtained.

Based on the analysis of performance of vehicle and its suspension, half vehicle model of five DOF and road model were built and the dynamic equations of half vehicle were derived according to the parameters of a commercial vehicle. In addition, a novel fuzzy logic control system based on semi-active suspension was introduced to achieve the optimal vibration characteristic, with changing the adjustable dampers according to dynamic vertical body acceleration signal. The fuzzy control was designed based on non-reference model method that acceleration value was sent to the fuzzy controller directly. And then, simulation analysis of semi-active suspension with fuzzy control method were implemented on the B-class road surface. The results showed that the semi-active suspension control system introduced in this paper has better performance on vieicle vibration characteristic, compared to passive suspension.

Austenite 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel is one of difficult-to-cut materials. It has poor dilling process, especially for micro-hole machining. The main reasons are the tiny drill, poor rigidity, easy to deviation. Moreover, the chip is difficult to discharge, so the drilling force is increased and the drill bit is easy to break, or even it is impossible for micro-hole drilling. In this paper, the vibration drilling process is adopted. The vibration drilling 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel micro-hole process mechanism is researched. The stainless steel micro-hole drilling experiments are conducted. The results show that the vibration drilling can be a better solution for 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel micro-hole processing.

Designed a device with PLC and inverter for transformer cooling control system. The structure of fuzzy controller is built with PLC. By calculating and testing, fuzzy and fuzzy control rules are established. Practical computing for the PLC to control the output lookup table is given. Using this technique, transformer cooling system energy consumption will be reduced, transformer’s coolers life will be extended and transformer cooling system automation level will be increased.
