Urbanization is a necessary trend of human development. Urban landscape design, as an important means for improving people's living environment, plays a significant role in social economy, ethics and cultural heritage. Rural landscape can not only provide wider and more flexible space configuration, but also offer diverse perspectives for regional cultural heritage. The study of ecological green landscape in urbanization is beneficial to people's landscape aesthetic, the improvement of the sustainable development of landscape design in urban beautification as well as creation of harmonious and favorable modern city environment. Through discussing the artistic aesthetic of rural landscape from the perspectives of ecology, ethics and culture, this paper manages to cultivate the values and functions of rural landscape's urbanization and to provide feasible transformation plans for the environment during the process of urbanization. Creating rural environment in cities can meet people's demand of being closer to the nature and at the same time can strike out the geographical features, cultural heritage and moral ethics environment as well as bring the returning of humanity, establishment of new social order and the creation of harmonious ecological environment and ideal homes.

In recent years, with the rapid development of VR technology, its application range gradually involves the field of urban landscape design. VR technology can simulate complex environments, breaking through the limitations of traditional environmental design on large amounts of information processing and rendering of renderings. It can display complex and abstract urban environmental design through visualization. With the support of high-speed information transmission in the 5G era, VR technology can simulate the overall urban landscape design by generating VR panoramas, and it can also bring the experiencer into an immersive and interactive virtual reality world through VR video Experience. Based on this, this article uses the 5G virtual reality method in the new media urban landscape design to conduct research, aiming to provide an urban landscape design method with strong authenticity, good user experience and vividness. This paper studies the urban landscape design method in the new media environment; in addition, how to realize the VR panorama in the 5G environment, and also explores the image design of each node in the city in detail; and uses the park design in the city As an example, the realization process of the entire virtual reality is described in detail. The research in this article shows that the new media urban landscape design method based on 5G virtual reality, specifically to the design of urban roads, water divisions, street landscapes, and people’s living environment, makes the realization of smart cities possible.

The landscape industry has become one of the industries with higher resource and energy consumption, and the implementation of urban low-carbon landscape construction is of great significance to improve the ecological environment. In this study, the method of low-carbon landscape construction was studied from two aspects including the carbon source control and carbon sink, as well as both direct and indirect effect. The results showed that the low-carbon landscape construction can be controlled from five aspects including landscape planning, landscape design, low-carbon landscape technology, low-carbon landscape behavior and low-carbon policy. Through a series of low-carbon measures, carbon emissions can be controlled at a reasonable level during the urban landscape construction, which also promotes the sustainable development of urban ecological environment.

Residential area greening is an important part of urban greening, close to the residents, the most closely relationship with residents' daily life, it is the improvement of the quality of living environment, improve people's physical and mental health is very important. Residential area greening level, is an important symbol of urban modernization. Residential green space's most widely distributed in the urban landscape green space system, is the crucial aspect of common greening, is an important part of the urban ecological system.

Garden landscape is the basic construction of a city, which can effectively improve the ecological environment of a city, highlight the urban cultural characteristics and the quality of life of the residents. The landscape design project uses the internal space of the garden to improve the quality of the city, protect the ecological environment, improve the greening of the city and improve the quality of the urban living environment, and continue to develop green landscapes to improve the urban environment and improve the living comfort of living.

The Baltic seashore cities Liepaja, Ventspils and Palanga people’s relationships with the sea had an impact on architectural quality of surrounding, which reflect understanding of the economic, culture and art. One of the sustainable development preconditions is identity, which can be achieved by identification, preservation and restoration of cultural heritage, natural objects and specific landscape. Identity of city environment is formed by cultural heritage that encodes information about many processes in the past. There is limited knowledge of the identity of coastal cities in the Baltic countries, where living environment is rich with forms and structures, which can satisfy individual's physical and mental needs, and inspire new ideas. To realize sustainable and balanced development of the Baltic seashore cities Liepaja, Ventspils and Palanga, structural changes are carried out using different spatial development models. The goal of this research is to compare models of sustainable spatial development of the Baltic seashore Latvian cities Liepaja and Ventspils, as well as Lithuanian city Palanga, and to assess their effects on the citizen quality of life.

As an important component of urban landscape elements, garden plants have the role of improving urban ecological environment and forming landscape effects. Digital landscape is a high-simulation model of the system combined with computer hardware and software systems, which allow analysis of the application of computer simulation in the analysis of the value of urban landscape design. In this paper, we propose a “Task-Crowd-Process-Evaluation” computer simulation analysis framework to support management decision, which can form 2D or 3D spatial data, realize real-time and statistical analysis, make use of the multidimensional, efficient, and humanized human living environment, and make the environment landscape planning more reasonable and practical. The simulation shows that the effective use of urban vegetation can not only beautify the urban landscape, but also play the function of rainwater utilization.

Temporal analyses and multi-temporal 3D reconstruction are fundamental for the preservation and maintenance of all forms of Cultural Heritage (CH) and are the basis for decisions related to interventions and promotion. Introducing the fourth dimension of time into three-dimensional geometric modelling of real data allows the creation of a multi-temporal representation of a site. In this way, scholars from various disciplines (surveyors, geologists, archaeologists, architects, philologists, etc.) are provided with a new set of tools and working methods to support the study of the evolution of heritage sites, both to develop hypotheses about the past and to model likely future developments. The capacity to “see” the dynamic evolution of CH assets across different spatial scales (e.g. building, site, city or territory) compressed in diachronic model, affords the possibility to better understand the present status of CH according to its history. However, there are numerous challenges in order to carry out 4D modelling and the requisite multi-data source integration. It is necessary to identify the specifications, needs and requirements of the CH community to understand the required levels of 4D model information. In this way, it is possible to determine the optimum material and technologies to be utilised at different CH scales, as well as the data management and visualization requirements. This manuscript aims to provide a comprehensive approach for CH time-varying representations, analysis and visualization across different working scales and environments: rural landscape, urban landscape and architectural scales. Within this aim, the different available metric data sources are systemized and evaluated in terms of their suitability.

It is the starting point and destination of the planning of the new rural construction to design the new rural landscape, protect th e village environment, historical and cultural heritage, maintain the system of grass- roots belief and establish a dynamic and harmonious society. The old village should not be completely razed, and also it should not be completely changed by the city. Through the patterns of the village landscape, the ecology, history, culture of the rural landscape and the process of social life can go with continuity and regeneration.
