This article describes the information extraction in information system from SQL Server. Through the system tables all information of SQL Server's internal objects in information system can be obtained, including databases, data tables, stored procedures and triggers and so on. Analysis the method of the object’s information extraction in information system. Describe the relationships of system tables in SQL Server through the graph and table in detail. A visual basic procedure using system table method is designed to achieve the table’s structure information for all user tables in specified SQL Server database. This method is more complete than the method based on ADOX.

This article describes the SQL Server object model SQL-DMO. Through the object model all information of SQL Server's internal objects can be obtained, including databases, data tables, stored procedures and triggers and so on. Analysis the method of the object’s information extraction. Get the child object by analyzing the parent object’s collection property and get internal information by analyzing the object’s properties. A visual basic procedure is designed to achieve the table’s structure information for all user tables in specified SQL Server database. This method is more complete and simple than the method based on system table.

Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.

In the drug procurement process, there is no specific record of debt by the Pharmacy section or by the Finance Sector. The records that are trying to be done are like payment receipts from the Finance Sector paying invoices from the drug industry that have provided drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the financial sector in managing debt as well as in recognizing debt and the maturity of debt payments of each supplier. With these obstacles, the RSUD requires an Information System for Recording Debts in Procurement of Auxiliary Drugs for the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Financial Sector in recording Debts, especially in the procurement of Drugs. As the research design the author uses research design with primary/secondary daya, the author uses qualitative data ande quantitative data, the author uses exploratory ande descriptive research as a research method, for data collection techniques the writer uses field studies consinting of interviews, obsrvation dand literature studies, the author using process, data and output oriented methodologies. The author use the waterfall model as a system design structure. Information system degin use contxt diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, flow diagram, normalization and Entity Relationshop Diagrams.

Universal Computer is a business entity in Pekanbaru engaged in the assembly and sale of computers and equipment that do not have a system that integrates well between sales, purchases, and inventory. The recording process is still manual by using the ledger so that the resulting data is less effective and efficient. In addition, the Universal Computer Shop has a weakness in reporting sales, purchases, and inventory that the level of accuracy is still lacking. Entities such as Universal Computer Store will be very good if they have a good information system so that the management of sales, purchases, and inventory in the business will be better. This information system is based on desktop using visual basic programming language .Net and SQL Server 2008 database and information system design that used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and ER diagram for business process to be designed. Information systems are provided for Universal Computer Stores to provide convenience to system users, especially employees, suppliers, customers, inventory, goods, and sales, purchasing, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers and customers. It can be concluded that this application is able to assist the Universal Computer Shop in handling the problem of recording purchases, sales, management, inventory, employees, suppliers, customers making reports on purchases, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers, and customers. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Brach of Bengkulu has been using a system that is well integrated with each other between divisions in order to facilitate data processing both sales and maintenance and repair data and spare parts. But behind this integrated application, there is still one application that PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu, the application that can measure the level of customer satisfaction in the services provided at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. Application in determining the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database. This application has applied a method, namely the six sigma method, where the results of community satisfaction assessment will be reprocessed to determine the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. The output pis in graphical form, where if the DPMO value is the highest, it can be said that these attributes need to be improved / improved in the future to improve the quality of service at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run according to the expectations of the testing scenario that has been carried out. Intisari- PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu selama ini sudah menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi dengan baik satu sama lain antar divisi agar dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data baik data penjualan maupun data perawatan dan perbaikan serta suku cadang. Namun dibalik aplikasi yang sudah terintegrasi ini, masih terdapat satu aplikasi yang belum dimiliki oleh PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu, yakni aplikasi yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada pelayanan yang diberikan di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu. Aplikasi dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net dan database SQL Server. Aplikasi ini sudah diterapkan suatu metode yaitu metode six sigma, dimana hasil penilaian kepuasan masyarakat akan diproses ulang untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

 Abstract. One of the successful keys to compete in a business is the mastery of information. Marketing jobs in a company is to find the right products for customers rather than to find the right customers for the products. “ProMix” (comes from the term of "Product Mix") is one of some marketing tools to use in order to achieve its marketing objectives in target markets. It assesses the company's operations efficiently to avoid or minimize waste in the organization in the efforts to achieve the goals. Therefore, it is necessary to design a computerized system which, in this study, is called ProMix system. The system can be used to forecast the company's production volume and product distribution. ProMix system is designed and built by using Visual Basic as its programming language and SQL database server. The result is an information system that contributes to the efficiency of company operations and performance management of PT. Danar Hadi Batik Solo in making a decision.Keywords: information system, product mix, product, forecasting, marketing Abstrak. Salah satu kunci keberhasilan untuk mampu bersaing dalam menjalankan usaha adalah penguasaan informasi. Pekerjaan pemasaran dalam perusahaan bukan untuk menemukan pelanggan yang tepat melainkan menemukan produk yang tepat bagi pelanggan. ProMix (berasal dari Istilah “Product Mix”) merupakan salah satu alat pemasaran yang digunakan perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan pemasarannya di pasar sasaran. Operasi perusahaan dinilai efisien bila mampu menghindari atau meminimalisasi pemborosan di dalam usahanya mencapai sasaran organisasi. Untuk itu dirancang suatu sistem terkomputerisasi dalam penelitian ini yang disebut Sistem ProMix dan dapat digunakan perusahaan untuk meramalkan volume produksi dan pendistribusian produk. Sistem ProMix dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan Visual Basic sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dan database SQL Server. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap efisiensi operasi perusahaan dan kinerja manajemen PT. Batik Danar Hadi Solo dalam pengambilan keputusan, sehingga dapat meminimalisasi kerugian perusahaan baik dari segi penjualan produk maupun distribusinya.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, product mix, produk, peramalan, pemasaran

Hotel reservation is an activity where a customer comes to the hotel to book a room and stay in a room that has been booked. Orders are made by customers, at the hotel Shades Rantaupapat the process of collecting the customers who will stay is still done manually. So that customers have to come to the hotel to make reservations directly. This reservation information system is an application that can help speed up registration or registration when at the reception. Cancellation can also be directly managed by the admin or receptionist. So as to provide other convenience in making reservations. In making this information system using a system development method in the form of a waterfall. At the time of making the programs using Visual Basic NET 2010. For databases that are used to create databases using SQL Server 2008. The application of this information system can help employees to record customers who stay overnight and manage information needs needed to support the hotel business.
