In the drug procurement process, there is no specific record of debt by the Pharmacy section or by the Finance Sector. The records that are trying to be done are like payment receipts from the Finance Sector paying invoices from the drug industry that have provided drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the financial sector in managing debt as well as in recognizing debt and the maturity of debt payments of each supplier. With these obstacles, the RSUD requires an Information System for Recording Debts in Procurement of Auxiliary Drugs for the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Financial Sector in recording Debts, especially in the procurement of Drugs. This study aims to assist LDPM (Community Food Distribution Institute) in facilitating the recording of transactions and distribution of grain from and to farmers so that it can provide information that can speed up the work process at LDPM Batutaba Agreed in serving farmers who sell grain at LDPM Batu Taba Sepakat. This information system itself was built using Object Oriented Programming Language, Delphi 7. With the SDLC system development model consisting of 7 (seven) steps, namely identification and selection, initiation and planning, analysis, logical design, physical design, implementation, and maintenance expected can create an information system that is in accordance with the needs of the LDPM Batu Taba Sepakat, so that there is an increase in food sales and distribution transaction data management that can improve the welfare of the people of Batu Taba, especially farmers.

The author designed an object oriented programming based sales application using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, deployment diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, logical record structures, and user interfaces. The design of this information system is expected to produce sales application programs ranging from customer data input, input data of goods, input of sales orders, print out of travel documents, print invoices, cash receipts input, print payment receipts to print reports so that sales applications can have a positive impact on the course of business which is built, reducing duplicated functions, and errors caused by human errors. With the design of a sales application, the problems that exist in the manual system can be resolved such as the system will not receive incomplete data, the system can make automatic numbering, and minimize errors that occur due to humans (human error), reduce the amount of paper usage, report generation can done easily and quickly because the data is processed by the system.Keywords: Design, Sales, Object Oriented Programming.

This article describes the information extraction in information system from SQL Server. Through the system tables all information of SQL Server's internal objects in information system can be obtained, including databases, data tables, stored procedures and triggers and so on. Analysis the method of the object’s information extraction in information system. Describe the relationships of system tables in SQL Server through the graph and table in detail. A visual basic procedure using system table method is designed to achieve the table’s structure information for all user tables in specified SQL Server database. This method is more complete than the method based on ADOX.

Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. CV. Trianom Agrotektur is a company that runs on coffe industry as a supplier of pristine coffee products without a mixture under Kadatuan Koffie brand, located on Jl. Karawitan No. 48, Bandung. Activities in distributing their coffee products especially to partners, ordering goods made by partners is still through communication media (social media or telephone), then each order data is processed using the Microsoft Office Excel program which will certainly take a long time. In addition, there is no data management for procurement of inventory and returns. The purpose of the research is to build an information system for managing order data from business partners to speed up in making report, build information systems of return from order goods of business partners, and procure inventory on CV. Trianom Agrotektur. As for several methods to meet the needs of building a proposed system,  it is data collection methods (primary and secondary), object-oriented system approach methods, and the method of developing the waterfall system. In programming languages, the author uses the PHP programming language in the Laravel framework and MySQL as database management. It is expected that by conducting this research, that is building an information system of supply that can speed up the making of order reports from business partners and their management, and provide a means of managing data procurement and returns.

Universal Computer is a business entity in Pekanbaru engaged in the assembly and sale of computers and equipment that do not have a system that integrates well between sales, purchases, and inventory. The recording process is still manual by using the ledger so that the resulting data is less effective and efficient. In addition, the Universal Computer Shop has a weakness in reporting sales, purchases, and inventory that the level of accuracy is still lacking. Entities such as Universal Computer Store will be very good if they have a good information system so that the management of sales, purchases, and inventory in the business will be better. This information system is based on desktop using visual basic programming language .Net and SQL Server 2008 database and information system design that used is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and ER diagram for business process to be designed. Information systems are provided for Universal Computer Stores to provide convenience to system users, especially employees, suppliers, customers, inventory, goods, and sales, purchasing, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers and customers. It can be concluded that this application is able to assist the Universal Computer Shop in handling the problem of recording purchases, sales, management, inventory, employees, suppliers, customers making reports on purchases, sales, inventory, employees, suppliers, and customers. Stock opname is an effort to control the turnover of a product so as not to deviate. The implementation of stock opname is inseparable from the support of the information system, therefore the aim of this study is to analyze the stock opname process of KOSÉ beauty product and to create a suitable application to facilitate the process. Analysis performed using the System Development Life Cycle. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, sampling and literature. The application design uses the Object Oriented Programming method. Testing application uses the blackbox method. The results of this study are an android application is made through Kodular and connected to the realtime database of Firebase, but the implementation of the application still has flaws in logic block-coding.

Abstract - History has noted that before Islam came and before the Quran was revealed, the world is currently in a state of jahiliyah/ignorance.then Islam came with the Quran which was brought by Rasulullah, the friends were very excited about studying the Quran and the salafus shaleh they began to study starting with learning and memorizing the Quran so that Islam has succeeded in printing many scholars who have multidisciplinary knowledge, for the sake of printing a hight quality quran generation students who have strong memorization skills are needed (mutqin). Rumah Tahfizh Madena needs a method to simplify and speed up the decision making process by solving the problem into its parts. For this reason the author tries to make the final task regarding the design of information systems choosing the best rote students in munaqosah tahfizhul quran using the AHP method. Rumah Tahfizh Madena is a foundation of tahfizh institution under the auspices of FHQ (Forum Huffazhil Quran) which focuses on teaching memorization of the Quran. The system in Rumah Tahfizh Madena is still done manually, starting from data collection of santri munaqosah, data storage data from the assessment of munaqosah, determination of the best rote student to make report, so that it is possible during the process to occur errors in the recording process, less accurate and late reports made and delays in the search for data needed,information system design using the AHP method is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in Rumah Tahfizh Madena. With a decision support system the selection of the best computer based rote students can help decision makers in an institution house tahfizh in deciding the best alternatives.Keywords—Information system design, selection of the best rote students, Munaqosah Tahfizhul Quran, AHP MethodAbstrak- Sejarah telah mencatat bahwa sebelum Islam datang dan sebelum Al-Qur’an diturunkan, dunia saat itu sedang dalam keadaan jahiliyah/kebodohan, kemudian Islam datang dengan Al-Qur’an yang dibawa oleh Rasulullah yang mulia, para sahabat sangat bersemangat sekali dalam mempelajari Al-Qur’an dan para salafus shaleh pun mereka mengawali menuntut ilmu mulai dengan belajar dan menghafal Al-Qur’an sehingga Islam telah berhasil mencetak banyak ulama yang mempunyai multidisiplin ilmu. Demi mencetak generasi qur’ani yang berkualitas tinggi, dibutuhkan santri yang memiliki kemampuan hafalan yang mutqin (kuat). Rumah Tahfizh Madena membutuhkan metode dalam menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dengan memecahkan persoalan tersebut kedalam bagian-bagiannya. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai perancangan sistem informasi pemilihan santri hafalan terbaik dalam munaqosah tahfizhul quran menggunakan metode AHP. Rumah Tahfizh Madena adalah Sebuah Yayasan Lembaga Tahfizh dibawah naungan FHQ (Forum Huffazhil Qur’an) yang fokus pada pengajaran menghafal Al-qur’an. Sistem yang ada pada Rumah Tahfizh Madena masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pendataan santri munaqosah, penyimpanan data-data hasil penilaian munaqosah, penentuan santri hafalan terbaik sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan, kurang akurat dan terlambatnya laporan yang dibuat serta keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode AHP ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada Rumah Tahfizh Madena. Dengan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan santri hafalan terbaik yang berbasis komputer dapat membantu para pembuat keputusan di suatu lembaga rumah tahfizh dalam memutuskan alternatif-alternatif terbaik.Kata kunci—PerancanganSistemInformasi, Pemilihan Santri Hafalan Terbaik, MunaqosahTahfizhul Quran, Metode AHP
