The design of the hardware in the system consists of battery charging circuit based on TP4056, data acquisition circuit based on 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis magnetometer LSM303DLH, OLED display circuit and master control circuit based on high speed MCU C8051F321. The software contains circuit control code, data fusion code and the upper computer software. In addition, the software code mainly depends on C language and C++. Finally, it accomplishes a kind of digital compass which can be powered by battery and uploads the data to the computer.

Noncontacting mechanical seals with various kinds of face surface modifications have established their position in the sealing technique. Over the last few years, a lot of works dedicated to the impact of various surface modifications on the dynamics of working rings have been created. This paper presents model studies regarding relatively unknown noncontacting impulse gas face seals. Here, a mathematical model of impulse gas face seals is developed including the nonlinear Reynolds equation and stator dynamics equations, which were solved simultaneously using numerical methods. An original computer software written in C + + language was developed. A number of numerical tests were conducted and the phenomena occurring in the radial gap during seal operation were analyzed. Final conclusions were drawn and several features were indicated characterizing impulse face seals. It should be emphasized that numerical research on this type of seals has not been published yet. The literature usually presents simplified models for the noncompressible medium, which can be solved with the use of analytical methods.

Transmission of electrical energy from a catenary system to traction units must be safe and reliable especially for high speed trains. Modern pantographs have to meet these requirements. Pantographs are subjected to several forces acting on their structural elements. These forces come from pantograph drive, inertia forces, aerodynamic effects, vibration of traction units etc. Modern approach to static and dynamic analysis should take into account: mass distribution of particular parts, physical properties of used materials, kinematic joints character at mechanical nodes, nonlinear parameters of kinematic joints, defining different parametric waveforms of forces and torques, and numerical dynamic simulation coupled with FEM calculations. In this work methods for the formulation of the governing equations of motion are presented. Some of these methods are more suitable for automated computer implementation. The novel computer methods recommended for static and dynamic analysis of pantographs are presented. Possibilities of dynamic analysis using CAD and CAE computer software are described. Original results are also presented. Conclusions related to dynamic properties of pantographs are included. Chapter 2 presents the methods used for formulation of the equation of pantograph motion. Chapter 3 is devoted to modelling of forces in multibody systems. In chapter 4 the selected computer tools for dynamic analysis are described. Chapter 5 shows the possibility of FEM analysis coupled with dynamic simulation. In chapter 6 the summary of this work is presented.

Abstract C language programming is more and more favoured by the majority of technical personnel in embedded systems. The application of C language technology in computer software programming can effectively avoid unnecessary language logic problems, ensure the smooth progress of programming work and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of programming. For the development of C language embedded system, the programming ideas of system software are explained, the functional module division based on hierarchical design is given, and the realization methods of project organization, program framework design, module reuse design, etc. in the software development process are clarified. To solve the contradiction between C language flexibility and application development engineering. Although it is introduced for the ARM platform, the basic experience and algorithms are also suitable for software design on other embedded platforms.

As the main pressure relief component of the tanker, the spring type safety valve is indispensable for its periodic verification. An on-line check device is designed for the check problem of the safety valve. The check device is divided into mechanical structure, program control, motor drive, tension detection, displacement measurement, upper computer, etc., and the safety valve is verified according to the safety valve check principle and the determination method. Compared with the check device that uses the hydraulic system to provide the pulling force, the device has the advantages of simple operation, high speed, convenient disassembly, strong applicability, and the like, and has certain market application prospects.

China’s terrain is complex, both plain, microhill (heavy-hill) and mountainous terrain; the hidden dangers of highway construction are prominent. Construction site management, production safety management, and construction personnel management are difficult, and it is necessary to borrow advanced technology to establish information, and it is necessary to borrow advanced technology to establish information system to realize the visualization of safety monitoring. In the construction of highways, mountainous terrain is often complicated due to complex terrain, high mountains, and deep valleys. Excavation of the mountain mass is required to form high and steep slopes. For successful projects, safety monitoring is particularly important. Multisource data fusion is one of the computer application technologies. It is an information processing technology that is automatically analyzed and synthesized under certain criteria to complete the required decision-making and evaluation tasks. This paper analyzes high-speed data in the context of multisource data fusion. Study on highway slope construction safety monitoring. BP neural network fusion technology of multisource data fusion technology is used. A high-speed breccia-bearing silty clay slope is taken as the research object. The feedback information about the deployed monitoring system is fully used in the slope design and construction. The construction design parameters are reversed to predict the stability of the slope and ensure the safety of construction and operation of similar slopes of the entire expressway. The research in this paper finds that the maximum deviation between the slope displacement value and the measured value obtained by the slope monitoring based on multisource data fusion in this paper is 7.53%, which is less than 10%, which verifies the feasibility of the method in this paper. The research methods and ideas of this paper can also provide a reference for similar engineering research.

The Smart Hybrid Powerpack (SHP) is an electro-hydraulic system which combines the system of Electro Hydraulic Actuator (EHA) and advanced technologies such as network fault tolerance and intelligent control. EHA system has been famous in the industry because that the EHA acts as a power-shift which shifts the power from high-speed electric motor to the high-force of hydraulic cylinder by bi-directional piston pump. If errors in the plant and network occur in the SHP, the system will cause serious malfunctions. To reduce plant noises and network errors, this paper shows the intelligent control method comparing Self-tuning fuzzy with fuzzy control and network fault tolerant error control coding in the SHP. In the intelligent control part, the simulation result shows good performance to reduce plant noises by the self-tuning fuzzy than fuzzy control. In the network fault tolerant error control coding part, proposed scheme also shows good performance by CRC code and Reed-Solomon (R-S) code in two channel (CRT) method than one channel only. We developed LabVIEW Graphic User Interface (GUI) to show these simulation results. Using this GUI, we can save time to experiment and get benefit of guidance to make real program.

To achieve better MP3 audio output quality, this thesis makes research of D/A chips that most MP3 players to ultimately make the decision of using one-bit DAC as the way of DAC and audio output. And this overall design scheme is given out as well. Decoding MP3 files through upper computer software of PC and transmitting data to one-bit DAC module through serial ports. DAC is realized in FPGA chip through Verilog Language. And high shelf is used in the output section of one-bit DAC module. Finally, analyzes the output audio frequency of one-bit DAC module, surveys general performance of the overall play system and DAC module.[1][2]
