Every city has its own special “niche”. The inborn geological environment, local conditions and customs, building style, historical cultural traditions, esthetic tastes, and historical human culture have formed the basis for the special “niche” of a city. The basic principle in urban planning and construction is to find out the right “niche” of the city and make full use of the natural conditions and respect the historical unity and coherence in building the city.

With the background of China’s new energy vehicles (NEVs) subsidies declining, there is an important practical significance to effectively play the role of the nonsubsidized consumption promotion mechanisms. The nonsubsidized mechanisms for NEVs are classified into two types—concept induction and policy incentives, and differences in the sensitivity of the two types of mechanisms on potential consumer purchase intentions due to differences in urban traffic patterns and consumer education levels are analyzed. The results show that consumers in cities with medium to high traffic pressure are more sensitive to the right-of-way privileges component of the policy incentives, and consumers in cities with low traffic pressure are more sensitive to the charging guarantee component of the policy incentives. Consumers with medium to high education are more sensitive to the pro-environmental component in concept induction, and consumers with low education are more sensitive to the charging guarantee policy component of the policy incentives. Therefore, the implementation of the nonsubsidized mechanisms for NEVs in China should adopt differentiated strategies based on local conditions and vary with each individual.

Abstract We shared our successful treatment experience of a severe tetanus patient in China. A 50 year old male patient was admitted to our hospital 10 days after the right arm injury due to pain and masticatory weakness. The pathogen of wound secretion was confirmed to be clostridium tetanus by next-generation sequencing (NGS).The patient's condition rapidly progressed to a severe state with autonomic instability. After debridement and comprehensive treatment in ICU, including deep analgesia and sedation with dexmedetomidine, ventilator support and anti-infection treatment, the patient finally recovered and discharged. This case suggested that early diagnosis and reasonable intervention of severe tetanus could reduce mortality.

Diagnosis of tuberculosis in children is challenging because of variable clinical symptoms and no specific signs. We report a case of tuberculous osteomyelitis of the ribs, which demonstrates difficulties associated with the diagnosis of generalized tuberculosis in an 8-year-old child (correct diagnosis was established after 1.3 years). Diagnostic procedures included: Mantoux test, skin test with recombinant tuberculosis allergen, computed tomography, pathomorphological and bacterioscopic testing. The patient presented with disease progression and lesions to the lung tissue, pleura, and ribs and did not respond to antibacterial therapy, hormones, and cytostatics. This required repeated diagnosis revision. The diagnosis of tuberculosis of the right 4th and 5th ribs was confirmed after surgery using bacterioscopic and immunohistochemical examinations. The child received comprehensive treatment in a specialized tuberculosis hospital and had positive dynamics. Despite the correct routing, low suspicion for tuberculosis in primary and secondary healthcare institutions has led to an insufficient use of currently available diagnostic methods and late diagnosis of tuberculosis in a child residing in a megapolis. Key words: generalized tuberculosis, children, tuberculosis of the rib, immunodiagnostics, diagnosis of tuberculosis, immunohistochemistry
