The supply of construction land index is difficult in coal villages migration, especially the construction land index in urban and rural, lacking of construction land index becomes the bottleneck of village migration. In order to ruduce the pressure of the contradiction between supply and demand of land used for construction purposes. This paper combines with the actual situation of coal villages, taking Huainan as an example, starting from the connotation and significance of the policy of linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction, based on the analysis of the current situation of the city construction land use, making predictions on the potentiality of village land readjustment in coal mining areas, the potentiality of the rural residential areas hook readjustment and the potentiality of linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction, the results show that the overall hook potentiality is larger.

In Baotou, along with the rapid economic development in the recent 10 years, the construction speed of the City is getting more and more quickly, and the urban land scale is expanding rapidly. At the same time, the restrictions derived from the land resources are also getting stronger and stronger, which results in the even more obvious contradiction between the differentiated requirements from the urban development and proper land usage. The paper analyzes the scale of Baotou urban construction land expansion and the transformation rules of land-using structure in the recent 10 years, and makes conclusions upon the characteristics of urban land expansion. The paper aims to present an optimization strategy of proper urban construction land expansion.

In order to protect cultivated land and balance farmers’ needs and shortage of land, the Chinese government introduced policies to rearrange land use in rural areas. However, many problems, such as unused rural construction land and illegally occupied land, have occurred through implementing land use policies. Rural construction land transformation has been promoted to solve these problems. This transformation was designed to let farmers voluntarily transforming their idle rural construction land. Then, local government could rearrange village layout for developing cultivation, industry and green space. Therefore, in order to analyze the factors that influenced farmers’ decision-making behavior in rural construction land transformation, household surveys were conducted in four typical villages in Jizhou District. After using the Probit model to analyze the data, the results indicated that the willingness to settle in the city, the mode of housing resettlement, the mode of compensation, the rationality of the measurement standards, and the annual total household income positively affected the willingness of farmers to transform their rural construction land. The strong willingness to settle in the city dominated the other factors. Moreover, the age and amount of construction land, the method of construction land acquisition, and the amount of cultivated land negatively affected the decision-making behavior during the transformation of rural construction land. Based on the influencing factors, policy suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of establishing an orderly transformation mechanism, implementing priority transformation, and providing compensation for transforming rural construction land.

Currently, urban development needs more construction land, and food security requires the guarantee of a certain farmland. This causes a sharp contradiction between the lack of urban construction land and the protection of farmland. Meanwhile, rural construction land was extensively used. So, the solution of this contradiction is allocating urban and rural construction land. Taking Xindu district of Chengdu as an example, this paper proposed the implementation method and operation environment of linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction (hereinafter referred to as the “link”). It is proven by research that the farmland increased 11.4 mu, the land of farmers centralization residence saved 438.7 mu and the land of urban construction increased 533.2 mu. The link realized the goal of without increasing the total amount of construction land and decreasing the farmland, and improving quality at the same time.

Some areas in the city of Bandung is an area that dilitasi by the flow of the river, to prevent the introduction of garbage into the river basin is necessary to note the waste management systems in residential areas along the river. Cidurian river has a length of 24.86 Km along the river flow. Consists of the city of Bandung and Bandung regency. Administrative regions Cidurian River past eight (8) districts, from the region in the District Kiaracondong precisely Village Babakan Babakan Sari and Surabaya populous and the most densely populated. Thus, there should be community-based waste management in the form of a reduction in resources to prevent potential entry of waste into the river basin. Planning waste reduction will be divided into two, namely the reduction of inorganic waste with waste bank then the reduction of organic waste with absorption holes biopori, and bio reactor mini determination of the reduction is determined by the results of the analysis of the sampling covers the composition and garbage, then the result of the measurement characteristics test and analysis results questionnaire.

Abstract The aim of the study is to find the relationship between the land surface temperature and air temperature and to determine the hot spots in the urban area of Bucharest, the capital of Romania. The analysis was based on images from both moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS), located on both Terra and Aqua platforms, as well as on data recorded by the four automatic weather stations existing in the endowment of The National Air Quality Monitoring Network, from the summer of 2017. Correlation coefficients between land surface temperature and air temperature were higher at night (0.8-0.87) and slightly lower during the day (0.71-0.77). After the validation of satellite data with in-situ temperature measurements, the hot spots in the metropolitan area of Bucharest were identified using Getis-Ord spatial statistics analysis. It has been achieved that the “very hot” areas are grouped in the center of the city and along the main traffic streets and dense residential areas. During the day the "very hot spots” represent 33.2% of the city's surface, and during the night 31.6%. The area where the mentioned spots persist, falls into the "very hot spot" category both day and night, it represents 27.1% of the city’s surface and it is mainly represented by the city center.
