This paper mainly introduces a new design about intelligent greenhouse control system based on system on a programmable chip, which is PSoC. This paper first introduces the current advanced characteristics of this system on a programmable chip PSoC with digital and analog mixed processing ability, and then focuses on the system structure, working principle, the realization of hardware module and software design method of the intelligent greenhouse control system based on PsoC platform.

CAN bus was used as the data transferring channels in the two–level controllers, and the real-time,dexterity,expansibility and security for the Gluing control system based on CAN bus can be improved obviously.The system structure, principle and software design were introduced.The experiment shows that it is a reliable control system and it can meet the requirements of automatic gluing tasks.

Based on the principle of ultrasonic transit time ranging, this article describes that the microcontroller is used as the core to develop the ultrasonic distance-measurement automobile-reversing radar control system. The system includes both hardware and software parts. The hardware part mainly consist single-chip control circuit, ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuits, temperature compensation circuit and voice alarm circuit. The software design part of the system was divided into several function modules with modular design method, such as main program module, temperature measurement module, voice alarm module and so on. The main program was responsible for dispatching management all the modules. Experiments show that this system can reach design requirement and has high value and broad application prospects.

Automatic box unfolding and closing mechanisms are the important components of the horizontal type boxing line. The process principle of box unfolding and closing mechanisms was researched based on the production requirement of the boxing line. The structure scheme was brought out, which was mainly composed of box opening mechanism, box unfolding mechanism, posture keeping device, box closing mechanism and sealing device. The composition and working principle of pneumatic control system of the box unfolding and closing mechanisms was analyzed and the pneumatic sequential operation control circuitry with multi-cylinders was simulation designed and debugged by using the software FluidSim. The control system was also constructed of PLC module and its assistant components, whose program was compiled and simulated in the software GX Developer and Simulator. The theoretical basis for researching and developing the packing line was established by proposing the solution and design method of pneumatic control system driving the box unfolding and closing mechanisms.

A remote control simulation system is designed to resolve some problems in repairing diesel’s remote control system which makes good use of PLC in automation, combining the popular configuration technology. The system structure, hardware design and software design are introduced in shis paper. The results shows that the effect is remarkable in function replacement on the logic circuit module of the original system and can provide some intellectual support for upgrading the remote control system.

Before final assembly and while debugging a missile, in order to ensure the flight control system can work stably and reliably, it is necessary to develop an auto test system. Test software is an important part of the test system. After describing the composition and working principle of the flight control system, summarizing the test requirements, the test software is designed. The design ideas, test algorithm, realization and key technologies, software anti-jamming techniques are introduced in detail. The test software guarantees the test system test the flight control system generally and reliably.

The article has built a control system of 10kW photovoltaic grid-connected inverter based on high-performance 32-bit DSP processor TMS320F2808 of TI company, and has designed the software overall structure of main control part of control system by using modularized design method, has given the interrupt timing priority and software design process in the main control part of the control system of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.
