During the last decades under the enthusiastic and competent guidance of Mr Chiarmetta SSM processes attained in Italy at Stampal Spa (Torino) an unquestionable high level of industrial development with the production of large numbers of high performance automotive parts, like variety of suspension support, engine suspension mounts, steering knuckle, front suspension wheel, arm and rear axle. Among the most highlighted findings SSM processes demonstrated their capability to reduce the existing gap between casting and forging, moreover during such a processes there are the opportunity to better control the defect level.Purpose of this paper is to highlight the research work and the SSM industrial production attained and developed by Mr G.L. Chiarmetta, as well as to give an overview concerning some alternative methods for the production of enhanced performance light alloys components for critical industrial applications and to present an analysis of a new rheocasting process suitable for the manufacturing of high performance industrial components.

This work aims at studying the possibility of optimising the heat treatment cycles of parts produced using the New Rheocasting process in order to reduce the total cost of the operation, attaining good mechanical properties for high performance parts. The mechanical properties and the microstructure features of the considered A 356 alloy and the relative produced parts have been analysed and studied on samples machined both from the as cast and from the heat treated compomnents. The obtained results showed the possibility of successfully modifying the T6 heat treatment cycle with economical benefits, maintaining at the same time comparable high level properties and performances, together with good dimensional precision.

This paper presents an analysis of a new rheocasting process suitable for the manufacturing of high performance automotive parts. The process is able for the realization of components using Al alloys. An important aspect is related to the possibility to obtain quite wide range of thicknesses, starting from 2.5 mm. The used alloy is the well known A356, with low Fe content, maximum 0.08 wt%. T6 heat treatments has been performed, while the soundness of the parts has been certified by non destructive tests. These parts are produced to be mounted on a top level and famous sport car. Non standard samples for mechanical tests have been machined directly from the components. Following the mechanical tests fracture surface analysis has been carried out by SEM to observe some morphological details and to evaluate the influence of the process and of the alloy conditions on the fracture behaviour. On the polished transverse sections of the samples morphological analysis has been performed. The obtained results shown high level of mechanical strength for all series of components. The reliability of the process is very high at a convenient level of manufacturing rate. The weldability of the parts has been demonstrated.

Cloud Computing uses a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer. Cloud computing provides services on demand. In the recent time, Cloud Computing is highly demanded service because of the advantages like high computing power, less cost of services, high performance, scalability, reliability, accessibility as well as availability. To understand cloud security, there are referred high level publisher’s papers. For this review total 122 research paper of security issues in cloud computing till May 2016. For this paper included studied graphical and systematic review of various research work carried out on cloud computing. These findings show that the research in Cloud Computing received more attention over the past few years. There are referred high level publisher’s paper for better understanding about the security issues in cloud computing. This analysis would provide insights for researches, students, publishers, experts to study current research trend in cloud computing, helps to peoples for any issues about cloud computing.

Cognitive ability alone is no longer the highest standard by which companies assess college graduates. Non-cognitive ability, such as emotional intelligence (EI), is an essential skill that distinguishes the potential high-performance students. It is hypothesized that high academic performing students will also display more EI levels than students with more modest academic achievement. The present study aims to review the studies conducted across the globe to explore the impact of EI's fundamental components, namely personal and social competencies on academic performance among the college students. The current literature reviews found a growing area of research into EI's necessary competencies and its relationship with academic performance among the students. The study reveals that a high level of personal and social competencies results in increased academic performance and vice versa. Research work done by various researchers shows a positive and significant relationship exists between the EI competencies (personal and social competencies) with the academic performance of the college students. This research work entitled Financing of high performance individual sport in Benin aims to analyze on the one hand, the effects of insufficient funding of high performance athletes in Benin on the development of individual sport and support of their elites and, on the other hand, the type of funding that would be best suited to this situation in Benin. It focuses on three sources of funding for sport: public funding, self-funding and other sources of funding. The results of the study show that, on the one hand, the insufficiency of the budgets allocated to high-performance individual sports constitutes in part an obstacle to the development of this type of sport, and on the other hand, that public funding does not favor not the improvement of the performance of high performance individual athletes, compared to other sources of sport funding.

In various industrial applications, the high performance of heat exchanger demand is increasing. Subsequently, the energy resources depletion, for instance, in power plant, air-conditioning system and food processing systems. The important field for saving energy was through improving thermal performance, which can provide high performance heat exchanger. Present enhancing approaches can be classified by three changed types, which are passive technique, active technique and compound technique. Dimple, twisted tape and corrugated pipe are the passive heat improvement technique which includes more surface extensions. Hence, this research work concentrates on verifying the computational calculations of flow in the heat exchanger pipe with different surface extensions in the pipe. It is carried out for turbulent flow with a range of Reynolds number from 1000 to 15000 using CFD methods. The numerical outcomes illustrate that change twisted tape configurations have more effect on flow and heat performance. Experimental and numerical results agreement can confirm the simulation technique reliability, which adopts in this investigation. The deviation errors are observed by less than 6% compared with the normal pipe. Pressure drop increases due to the rise of twisted tape dimensions (width and thickness), leading to more mixing of fluid, secondary flow, and swirl flow inside the pipe. As the tape geometrical parameters increase, the f value also increases due to more variance in velocities flow between liquid layers, which are adjacent to tape surfaces a pipe wall, and pipe core flow layers, become higher. Correspondingly, compared to the normal pipe, twisted configurations can rise f about 5.4 to 33.5%. The better thermal evaluation factor is at a twisted tape of 1x1 mm at Re number of about 1000. The range value of the thermal evaluation factor is more than 1.67.

Digitization offers significant opportunities for the formulated product industry to transform the way it works and develop new methods of business. R&D is one area of operation that is challenging to take advantage of these technologies due to its high level of domain specialisation and creativity but the benefits could be significant. Recent developments of base level technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML), robotics and high performance computing (HPC), to name a few, present disruptive and transformative technologies which could offer new insights, discovery methods and enhanced chemical control when combined in a digital ecosystem of connectivity, distributive services and decentralisation. At the fundamental level, research in these technologies has shown that new physical and chemical insights can be gained, which in turn can augment experimental R&D approaches through physics-based chemical simulation, data driven models and hybrid approaches. In all of these cases, high quality data is required to build and validate models in addition to the skills and expertise to exploit such methods. In this article we give an overview of some of the digital technology demonstrators we have developed for formulated product R&D. We discuss the challenges in building and deploying these demonstrators.<br>

: Isatin is an endogenous and a significant category of fused heterocyclic component, widely been a part of several potential biologically useful synthetics. Since its discovery, tons of research work has been conducted with respect to the synthesis, chemical properties, and biological and industrial applications. It contains indole nucleus having both lactam and keto moiety which while being a part of a molecular framework exerted several biological effects, viz.; antimicrobial, antitubercular, anticonvulsant, anticancer etc. Isatin derivatives are synthetically significant substrates, which can be utilized for the synthesis of huge diversified chemical entities of which few members emerged to be a drug. The reason for this review is to provide extensive information pertaining to the chemistry and its significance in altering several pathological states of isatin and its derivatives. A Structure Activity Relationships study thus developed through a gamut of scientific information indicates the importance of mostly electron withdrawing groups, halogens, nitro, alkoxy and to a minor extent groups with positive inductive effects, such as methyl at position 1, 5, 6 and 7 of isatin in alleviating several clinical conditions. It is also observed from the survey that the presence of two oxo groups at position 2 and 3 sometimes become insignificant as fusion with a heterocycle at those position resulted in a biologically relevant compound.

A key aspect of work processes in service sector firms is the interconnection between tasks and performance. Relational coordination can play an important role in addressing the issues of coordinating organizational activities due to high level of interdependence complexity in service sector firms. Research has primarily supported the aspect that well devised high performance work systems (HPWS) can intensify organizational performance. There is a growing debate, however, with regard to understanding the “mechanism” linking HPWS and performance outcomes. Using relational coordination theory, this study examines a model that examine the effects of subsets of HPWS, such as motivation, skills and opportunity enhancing HR practices on relational coordination among employees working in reciprocal interdependent job settings. Data were gathered from multiple sources including managers and employees at individual, functional and unit levels to know their understanding in relation to HPWS and relational coordination (RC) in 218 bank branches in Pakistan. Data analysis via structural equation modelling, results suggest that HPWS predicted RC among officers at the unit level. The findings of the study have contributions to both, theory and practice.

Much of what takes place in auditor-client management negotiations occurs in unobservable settings and normally does not result in publicly available archival records. Recent research has increasingly attempted to probe issues relating to accounting negotiations in part due to recent events in the financial world. In this paper, we compare recalls from the two sides of such negotiations, audit partners, and chief financial officers (CFOs), collected in two field questionnaires. We examine the congruency of the auditors' and the CFOs' negotiation recalls for all negotiation elements and features that were common across the two questionnaires (detailed analyses of the questionnaires are reported elsewhere). The results show largely congruent recall: only limited divergences in recall of common elements and features. Specifically, we show a high level of congruency across CFOs and audit partners in the type of issues negotiated, parties involved in resolving the issue, and the elements making up the negotiation process, including agreement on the relative importance of various common accounting contextual features. The analysis of the common accounting contextual features suggests that certain contextual features are consistently important across large numbers of negotiations, whether viewed from the audit partner's or the CFO's perspective, and hence may warrant future study. Finally, the comparative analysis allows us to identify certain common elements and contextual features that may influence both audit partners and CFOs to consider the accounting negotiation setting as mainly distributive (win-lose).
