The use of online shopping agents has increased dramatically in the last 10 years, as a result of e-commerce development. Despite the importance of these online applications, very few studies attempted to identify and analyse the main factors that influence the users’ perception regarding the service quality of online shopping agents, and consequently, the elements that determine the users’ choice of online shopping agents. The present study attempts to fill this literature gap, identifying on the basis of primary data analysis, the various circumstantial or personal factors that can determine the choice of a specific searching strategy and shopping agent.

This study wanted to determine the factors that caused the accumulation of year-end budgets in the DP2KBP3A Bangka Regency for the 2017-2019 fiscal year. The data sources are field studies and documentation in related offices at the Bangka Regency Regional Work Unit. Based on the primary data analysis and discussion of the results, we report that the causes of budget accumulation are, among others, still more dominant, characterized by item line systems, incremental, rigid, overlapping, conflicts of interest, motives for seeking personal and group benefits, budget wastage, and does not provide benefits for improving the performance of the apparatus and public services. The factors for the procurement of goods/services related to the procurement of goods/services are the lack of knowledge about the regulations in the process of procuring goods/services, the weak management commitment of the SKPD head, and the commitment of the employees involved in the procurement of goods/services. The process of procuring goods/services and the SKPD environment is not yet conducive to coordination and teamwork. Other problems include the human resource deficit that manages finances. We hope that this result will be a valuable input for developing the following study.

AbstractBackgroundThe infectious respiratory disease COVID-19, caused novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) reached pandemic status during 2020. The primary statistic data are important to survey the actual circumstances of COVID-19. Here, we report the analysis of the primary data of COVID-19 in Japan during 2020.MethodsData were collected and released systematically under Japan domestic law. Machine learning was conducted to estimate the positive rate in Japan and four prefectures (Tokyo, Osaka, Chiba, and Fukuoka).ResultsPrimary data analysis revealed there were at least two peaks of infection in Japan; the first one was during April 2020 and the second one started from November 1, 2020. Estimating the positive rate in Japan as well as in the four prefectures reinforced the above observations. The positive rate in Japan during 2020 was estimated to be around 6% to 8%. We also estimated that 1.95 million people were possibly exposed to the novel virus on October 31, 2020. The numbers of related deaths were over 3,000 people at the end of 2020.ConclusionWe estimated the infection rate of SARS-CoV-2 in Japan to be 6–8% in 2020. We also concluded that Japan had at least two infection-spreading periods, the first one being from Jan 19, 2020 until May 2020, and the second one beginning from November 1, 2020. Importantly, our analysis supports the need for clear definition of the criteria for conducting confirmation tests before embarking on data analysis.

This research is conducted in Yogyakarta that has four districts and one city. The data used in this research is primary and secondary data. The respondents are foreign and domestic tourists and stakeholders officials. The number of respondents is 300 people. The data is collected by convinience sampling. The secondary data analysis shows that foreign and domestic tourists who come to Special Region of Yogyakarta is relatively increasing in the last three years. Tourism destination in Special Region of Yogyakarta which based on community is also increasing and always innovating. The primary data analysis shows thattourism destination quality, satisfaction, and image according to the visitor perception is good, but the visitor loyaly shows a bad result. Most of the tourists visit Special Region of Yogyakarta just once and it is just a transit destination. The strategy that is necessary to increase the visit in tourism destination for tourists can be done through promotion of cultural destination that is quite attractive for the tourists. An integrated promotion for CBT needs to be more improved.

There are several studies carried out on the problems of the Ventspils region labour market, but due to rapid changes in the economic situation, the results of these studies no longer accurately reflect the current situation. The aim of the paper is to present the research for identification and analysing of specific problems in the Ventspils region labour market and propose solutions for situation improvement. The research has examined the relationship between labour market change, labour market conditions and employers’ expectations in Ventspils region. The research is based on both secondary data analysis and primary data analysis obtained in a quantitative (questionnaire survey of entrepreneurs – employers) way and a qualitative way (interviews with representatives of the non-governmental sector). The analysis also showed that the main problem of the labour market related to lack of a qualified, skilled and motivated labour force. It is very important to identify opportunities for increasing qualifications and re-qualification in cooperation with educational institutions and the State Employment Agency. The problem was also the employment of persons before retirement and persons with disabilities. Therefore, there are necessary new, more effective mechanisms of involvement of these groups in the labour market, which are based on cooperation with NGOs, continuing education possibilities and social entrepreneurship. The role of the municipality is very important in this process.

Curves number 2 and 18 on Manggarai - Jatinegara cross are part of cross in DAOP (Operation Area) 1 Jakarta area. The reliability of an arch in its role in the operation of the railway is important even be a major factor. Therefore, perfection in care is absolute and a major requirement of a condition where the arch can be said to be reliable. But not all arches have the same elevation value as the calculated result. Thus it required an analysis of the level of care arch the arch reliability. From the results of secondary and primary data analysis then obtained data related to the condition of curve number 2 and 18 cross Manggarai - Jatinegara still not good in terms of changes in arrows and rail elevation. Calculation and analysis of data used dilihiat in terms of curved geometry conditions that is curved radius, transverse arch, rail elevation, ideal curve graph conditions and human resources managers. After analyzing the data and then compared with the existing standard, the implementation of curved treatment has been said to be only just not maximal, it can be suggested that it needs to be maintained treatment of the curve condition continues with the inspection in accordance with the provisions and immediately repaired the curved geometry is lacking, Arch back to normal and do maintenance by using the MTT machine at the time of treatment at night so that the implementation of the treatment is more suitable as expected and also did not happen trial and error.
