The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This article discusses the poem "Sajak Pertemuan Mahasiswa" by W.S. Rendra. The discussion of this poem is motivated by efforts and efforts to apply the concept of poetry structure put forward by Lévi-Strauss. The description of the structure of this poem aims to display the structure of the poem consisting of the outer structure (surface structure) and the inner structure (deep structure). The outer structures that will be discussed are forms of text, diction, and sound, while the inner structures that will be discussed are imagery, compounds, and themes. The method used in this study is descriptive of analytics with a type of qualitative research, namely placing the text of poetry as the object and research data. Data collection techniques are done by identifying, classifying, and recording. Data anlysis is done by meaning direct and directed content. Analysis is done by discussing the structure of poetry consisting of text, diction, and sound, imagery, compounds, and themes. The results showed that the structure of Lévi-Strauss poetry can determine the overall meaning and message of poetry. The use of blank verse, simple diction, dominance of vocal sounds /a/, thought imagery, and metaphorical-rhetorical majas refers to the theme of "openness". This theme can be interpreted very broadly, namely openness to justice, education, employment, income, and livelihood. This openness is tried by students as agents of change and a bridge between the government and the people.

<p>This study is a qualitative reseachthat aims to describe how the spiritual guidance of Islam in cultivating spiritual adaptive response for stroke patients in hospitals Islam CempakaPutih Jakarta. This research is qualitative research. Source of research data is binroh officers as well as all stroke patients with mild stroke were treated qualification and post-stroke patients who are undergoing physiotherapy in Jakarta, CempakaPutih RSI. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The first results showed that stroke patients had a spiritual response adaptive, second, implementation of Islamic spiritual guidance in cultivating spiritual response is adaptive stroke patients with stroke patients to visit. Efforts are being made binroh officers to cultivate spiritual adaptive response is to encourage motivation, suggestion, support and education of worship during illness, such as providing guidance procedures for prayer, ablution, tayammum and exercising. Not only officer binroh who provide spiritual touch but all stakeholders in the hospital as nurses, physiotherapists, doctors, etc. also participated giving spiritual touch, the facilities and the best service both medical and non-medical patients, so that patients become optimistic about the pain and able to achieve adaptive spiritual response.</p><p align="center"><strong>***</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana bimbingan rohani Islam dalam menumbuhkan respon spiritual adaptif bagi pasien stroke di rumah sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah petugas binroh serta seluruh pasien stroke dengan kualifikasi stroke ringan yang dirawat dan pasien pasca stroke yang sedang menjalani fisioterapi di RSI Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi data reduction, data display, conclusion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama pasien stroke memiliki respon spiritual adaptif, kedua, Pelaksanaan bimbingan rohani Islam dalam menumbuhkan respon spiritual adaptif pasien stroke adalah dengan visit ke pasien stroke. Upaya yang dilakukan petugas binroh untuk menumbuhkan respon spiritual adaptif adalah dengan memberikan semangat motivasi, sugesti, support dan edukasi ibadah selama sakit, seperti memberikan tuntunan tatacara sholat, wudhu, tayammum beserta prakteknya. Tidak hanya petugas binroh saja yang memberikan sentuhan rohani tetapi seluruh stakeholder yang ada dirumah sakit seperti perawat, fisioterapis, dokter dll juga ikut serta memberikan sentuhan rohani, fasilitas dan pelayanan terbaik medis maupun non medis kepada pasien, sehingga pasien menjadi optimis terhadap sakitnya dan mampu mencapai respon spiritual adaptif.</p>

The Point the Alphabet Technique is a vocabulary learning technique by making a word based on the letters it sees in as many numbers as possible. In this research, the Abjad Pointing Technique will be combined with group games. During the game, students will say as many vocabulary as possible according to the alphabet designated by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Point Abjad game on learning vocabulary in class X Language MA Negeri 1 Cilacap. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation and tests.

The purpose of the current study was to determine what the metaphors of the candidate philosophy group teachers regarding the concept of mind and understand the related metaphors by means of gathering the metaphors expressed under certain categories. Phenomenology, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the current study. The working group was made up of the students having pedagogical formation at Gazi University in the academic year of 2017-2018 and the last year students studying Philosophy Group Teaching at Gazi University. In this sense, the study was applied to total 85 people. Qualitative data collection techniques were used in the research. Data collection tool was applied to the participants by the researchers. In this sense, 62 valid metaphors were produced out of 85 candidate teachers. The metaphors produced were gathered under 10 categories as mind as a guide, mind as a basic element, mind as suitability for the purpose, mind as a working and developing structure, mind as a storage, mind as showing the reality, mind as an illuminator, mind as a valuable competence, mind as a limitless competence and the unclassified.In the order of metaphors produced mostly by the candidate philosophy group teachers participating the research, mind as a guide was in the first place at the rate of 17.3%. Mind as a basic element was in the second category with a rate of 16% and it was followed by mind as suitability for the purpose and mind as a working and developing structure with a rate of 12%.

The purpose of this research is to know the process of calculation cost of service on HBBA Automotive Repair shop using Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method. This research was conducted in one of Member's HBBA that is Formula Automotive Repair shop. This type research is qualitative research. Data collection methods used ini this research are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analytical. The result of this research showed when Formula Automotive use Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method in determining cost of service is more clear and appropriate in accordance with utilization available resources in each services. Which is different with whats done by the company in determining cost of service, where the company still has not made a definite calculation and this can be seen when determining price of service based on provisions of owner and mechanics still using estimates. The results of calculation of Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method there are 3 types of services that have a cost that is too large compared to the service price determined by Formula Automotive Repair shop, namely wheel laher replacement, ac service and lamp service.  The purpose of this study to determine community participation in the management of natural attractions in beach Karsut Jeneponto. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were observation , interviews , and documentation . The results showed that the participation of society in the form of participation in management planning, charitable giving in the form of ideas / opinions as well as power and responsibility . Kampala village community participation that has begun to diminish. The factors that inhibit the Object Management Karsut Nature Coast is still a lack of funds obtained to repair any damaged facility in Turkish Karsut and still lack infrastructure facilities owned so it is still inadequate Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan objekwisata alam Pantai Karsut di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat berupa keikutsertaan dalam perencanaan pengelolaan, pemberian sumbangan berupa ide/pendapat serta tenaga dan juga tanggungjawab. Keikutsertaan masyarakat Desa Kampala yang sudah mulai berkurang. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menghambat dalam Pengelolaan Objek Wisata Alam Pantai Karsut yaitu masih kurangnya dana yang diperoleh untuk memperbaiki setiap fasilitas yang rusak di Pantai Karsut dan masih minimnya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki sehingga masih kurang memadai.

The purpose of this research is to determine the perceptions of the members participating in active zumba about the concept of "Zumba" with the help of metaphor. The research group consisted of 94 volunteers living in Ankara (age = 32.57 ± 9.91 years) and doing active zumba in various gyms. In the research, as a data collection tool, a "metaphor form" was prepared to determine the participants' perceptions about the concept of zumba. The research data were collected with the metaphor form sentence is written "Zumba is like …; because…. ” As the metaphors obtained in the research are used as a descriptive tool, one of the qualitative research approaches; content analysis was used.For the reliability of the analysis of the research data, the reliability coefficient between the participants was calculated and this value was found to be 97%. When the data were evaluated, it was determined that active zumba participant members produced a total of 35 metaphors.These metaphors were collected in 5 categories. While it was determined that the participants mostly developed metaphors related to the concept of zumba in the categories of "pleasure" and "feeling of happiness", these categories were followed by "health", "psychological benefit" and "socialization". The metaphors most produced by the participants are listed as entertainment, dance, chocolate, sports, lifestyle and life energy. As a result; in research for the concept of "zumba" of the participants; it has been determined that they use living, inanimate, abstract and concrete metaphors.   Özet   Bu araştırmanın amacı, aktif zumbaya katılan üyelerin ‘Zumba’ kavramına ilişkin sahip oldukları algıları metafor yardımıyla belirlenmesidir. Araştırma grubunu Ankara’da yaşayan (yaş = 32,57±9,91 yıl) çeşitli spor salonlarında aktif zumba yapan 94 gönüllü oluşturmuştur. Araştırma da veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcılara zumba kavramına ilişkin sahip oldukları algılarını belirlemek için “metafor formu” hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri “Zumba…gibidir, Çünkü…”cümlesinin yazılı olduğu metafor formuyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen metaforlar bir betimleme aracı olarak kullanıldığından nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinin güvenirliği için katılımcılar arası güvenirlik kat sayısı hesaplanmış ve bu değer %97 olarak bulunmuştur. Veriler değerlendirildiğinde, aktif zumba katılımcısı üyelerinin toplam 35 metafor ürettiği görülmüştür. Üretilen bu metaforlar 5 kategoride toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların zumba kavramına ilişkin en çok “haz” ve “mutluluk hissi” kategorisinde metaforlar geliştirdikleri belirlenirken, bu kategorileri “sağlık”, “psikolojik fayda” ve “sosyalleşme” kategorileri izlemiştir. Katılımcıların en fazla ürettiği metaforlar eğlence, dans, çikolata, spor, yaşam biçimi ve hayat enerjisi şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; araştırmada katılımcıların “zumba” kavramı için; canlı, cansız, soyut ve somut metaforlar kullandıkları belirlenmiştir.
