The revolution in information and communication technology occurred during the last few years. During the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, all sectors experienced obstacles, including the education sector which was hampered from carrying out teaching and learning activities. Along with the times, the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom now has many challenges and demands. One-way learning makes the learning atmosphere boring, it is feared that it will affect students' motivation to study the material, so it is modified into blended learning. This model combines offline and online learning, is student centered, namely students must be active in understanding the material, efficient in time, energy, and place because it can be done anywhere. The methods used in this training activity are lectures and discussions, guidance and training. As a result of this blended learning In House Training, all participants actively participated in this activity and participants gained new insights about blended learning strategies that could be implemented in the classroom teaching process during the COVID-19 pandemic to become more varied and innovative

This study aims to analyze the teacher's Pedagogical and technology competence in the implementation of the Curriculum 2013. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 includes dimensions of curriculum concepts, procurement of books, learning activities, and learning assessment. Implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in terms of teacher pedagogics includes nine aspects. The implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in terms of mastery of information and communication technology teachers includes 1) ICTs used, 2) Development activities of subject matter using ICTs, 3) forms of use of it. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum accommodates student learning needs. The provision of books is following the provisions. Student learning activities are student-centered. The assessment shows an emphasis on authentic attitude and knowledge assessment. The implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in the dimension of teachers' pedagogical competence in the good category. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the dimensions of ICT mastery by teachers based on interview data, questionnaires, and observations is quite well categorized in terms of the technology used, the activities of using ICT, and its use as a learning medium.

Dalam era komunikasi instan dewasa ini, cara belajar dan proses pembelajaran telah berubah. Kondisi ini membawa pembelajaran ke era e-learning di mana upaya belajar dan membelajarkan dapat difasilitasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Mengkombinasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang tepat (blended learning) merupakan salah satu isu penting dalam merancang e-learning yang baik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan semacam panduan (framework) yang dapat menjadikan acuan dalam memilih dan menentukan blended learning yang tepat sesuai kondisi dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Artikel ini mencoba memberikan framework untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Framework yang coba ditawarkan dalam artikel ini mengacu pada konsep e-learning, empat kuadran seting belajara menurut Noord, dua kontinum strategi pembelajaran menurut Smaldino dkk., dan empat standar proses pembelajaran yang penulis adaptasi dari Horton. Framewrok tersebut adalah bahwa dam merancang blneded learning perlu mempertimbangkan beberapa unsur sebagai berikut: 1) upaya memfasilitasi pengalaman belajar sebagai esensi dari e-learning; 2) optimalisasi empat standar proses pembelajaran dalam konteks e-learning; 3) pemilihan dan penentuan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat; dan 4) pemilihan dan penentuan teknologi dan tool TIK yang tepat dalam empat kuadran seting belajar. In the era of instant communication, today, learning and instructional process has changed. This condition has led learning into a new era called e-learning, where learning process can be facilitated with proper use of information and communication technology. Combining information and communication technology appropriately to facilitate learning has become an impportant issue in e-learning design context. Therefore, we need such a kind of framework as a guidance in selecting and determining the appropritae blended learning strategy to address the learning objectives to be achieved. The framework offered in this article refered to the essential concept of e-learning itself, four quadrants of learning seting offered by Noord, two continuum of instructional strategy offerd by Smaldino et. al., and four standard of e-learning process adapted by author from the work of Norton. The framework offered are that in designing blended learning, we should consider the following aspects: 1) efforts to facilitate learning experiences as the essence of e-learning; 2) optimalization of the four learning process standard in the context of e-learning; 3) selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies; and 4) selection and determination of apropriate learning seting and ICTs used in four quadrants of learning seting.

<em>The covid-19 pandemic has changed the culture of teaching and learning activities in the schools. Learning activities are conducted online with the use of e-learning. Generally, Vocational High Schools (SMK) already have supporting facilities for the implementation of e-learning such as computer laboratories and adequate internet networks. However, most of the teachers in the schools are still not ready for the massive use of e-learning. For this reason, schools need training for teachers to optimize the use and integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning activities. The purpose of this community service is to provide training to teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu to make e-learning and implement it in the learning process. This activity involved all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Delanggu. The stages of this training are: a) introduction to the concept of online learning (e-learning), b) workshop of creating e-learning, and c) application of e-learning into the subjects taught by each teacher. The results of this training: a) the teachers have been able to make learning packages, materials, and activities in the e-learning, b) Pedagogical competences of teachers have increased showed by a readiness to integrate ICT in the learning process, and c) The readiness of the school to optimize the application of e-learning to improve the learning process.</em>

Cyberbullying is a new form of bullying that is commonly experienced in the real world but with the same characteristics and effects. Cyberbullying is the behavior of using information and communication technology that aims to intimidate others repeatedly and intentionally Victims of cyberbullying are "parties who are intimidated by stronger parties repeatedly through electronic media. Bodhicitta High School is an integrated school with internet where every high school student can use the internet in teaching and learning activities. This study aims to find out who is the victim of cyberbullying and also how cyberbullying behavior is experienced by victims. This study used descriptive qualitative method. A purposive technique is used to determine the informants to be interviewed. The results of the study show that not only students who are not achievers, but also students who excel even teachers are also victims of cyberbullying. The anonymity of cyberbullying is one of the most powerful reasons for triggering cyberbullying. Victims mostly experience cyberbullying behavior in the form of flaming, harassment, and also denigration.

ENGLISHOn the one hand, the development of information and communication technology especially in education sector grows fastly. On the other hand, in practice, the utilization of this technology shows lower results. The objective of this study is to describe the role of interactive learning by using multimedia and the utilization of multimedia in learning activities. Desk research is used as design of this research and it use qualitative approach. Data mainly are collected from the literature and analyzed descriptively. The findings show that the application of multimedia plays an important role to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. Later, the development of information and communication technology offers various types of interactive learning and the multimedia has the potential to attrach students to involve in learning activity as well as to increase learning outcomes. Finally, there is a neccessity to accelerate the development of human resources in particular teachers so that the utilization of the technology run optimally. INDONESIAPada satu sisi, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi khususnya di dunia pendidikan berkembang dengan cepat. Namun di sisi lain, realitanya pemanfaatan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif masih terbilang rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran media pembelajaran berbasis komputer sekaligus pengembangan dan pemanfaatannya dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desk research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan selanjutnya data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar. Perkembangan produk-produk teknologi informasi komunikasi menawarkan berbagai bentuk media pembelajaran yang variatif sekaligus efektif dalam menarik minat peserta didik untuk belajar yang pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penyiapan sumber daya manusia khususnya pengajar yang handal menjadi faktor penting agar pemanfaatan multimedia sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dapat berlangsung secara optimal.

One of the developments in information and communication technology that currently is mobile technology. Various Google production services are known as Google Apps. One of the google applications is google calendar which is a schedule management web. This application can be adopted for making school academic calendars. The advantage of using google calendar for making academic calendars is that information created on the google calendar can be shared and synchronized with smart phones owned by teachers at Miftahul Ulum Middle School Surabaya. Through the academic calendar, the teachers now have a schedule of activities for one semester to help teachers when they want to plan their teaching and learning activities. In addition, information stored on mobile phones will be safer from potential damage or loss. The purpose of the implementation of this service program is to socialize the use of the google calendar to teachers for the school academic calendar. In this activity, as many as twenty-seven teachers attended and participated in the training actively and enthusiastically.AbstrakSalah satu perkembangan dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang saat ini adalah teknologi mobile. Melalui teknologi mobile, kini seseorang dapat menikmati berbagai layanan internet kapan saja dan dimana saja melalui ponsel pintar mereka. Google sebagai salah satu perusahaan teknologi informasi terbesar di dunia memiliki layanan internet yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para penggunanya. Berbagai layanan tersebut dikenal dengan sebutan google apps. Salah satu aplikasi google adalah google calendar yang merupakan web pengelolaan jadwal. Aplikasi ini dapat diadopsi untuk pembuatan kalender akademik sekolah. Kelebihan menggunakan google calendar untuk pembuatan kalender akademik adalah informasi yang dibuat pada google calendar dapat dibagi dan disinkronkan dengan ponsel pintar yang dimiliki oleh guru-guru di SMP Miftahul Ulum Surabaya. Melalui kalender akademik tersebut, para guru kini memiliki jadwal kegiatan apa saja selama satu semester sehingga membantu para guru ketika ingin merencanakan kegiatan belajar mengajarnya. Selain itu, informasi yang tersimpan di ponsel akan lebih aman dari potensi rusak maupun hilang. Tujuan Pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk sosialisasi pemanfaatan google calendar kepada para guru untuk pembuatan kalender akademik sekolah. Dalam kegiatan tersebut, sebanyak dua puluh tujuh guru hadir dan mengikuti pelatihan dengan aktif dan antusias.

Banyak dari masyarakat menerima begitu saja teknologi informasi dan komunikasi modern yang bahkan tidak dapat diakses beberapa dekade lalu. Inovasi-inovasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ini, telah lama dianggap sebagai hal tidak penting, selama masa tenang kini menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Sekarang telah ada berbagai teknologi digital yang dapat digunakan untuk menambah dan meningkatkan strategi pekerjaan, pembelajaraan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Selama pandemi COVID-19, teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kegiatan masyarakat tetap berfungsi pada saat Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat di era globalisasi saat ini tidak bisa dihindari lagi pengaruhnya terhadap dunia Pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, Peran pendidik sangat berperan penting dalam pemanfaatan ICT dimana pendidik berperan sebagai desainer pembelajaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dari sisi bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media untuk meneruskan kegiatan yang tidak dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka dan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di sekolah selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini dipaparkan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pertemuan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagaimana bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk kegiatan School From Home dan kepentingan manajemen pendidikan. Disimpulkan bahwa bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang memiliki keunggulan dan kemudahan untuk dipergunakan oleh berbagai komponen pendidikan.Kata Kunci :Bimbingan Teknis, Pemanfaatan Tekonologi ICT Many societies take for granted modern information and communication technology that was inaccessible even a few decades ago. The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in learning outcomes of ICT subjects between groups of students who are taught with blended learning strategies and expository who have the ability to think creatively after being controlled by initial knowledge. This research method uses quasi experiment with 2x2 factorial design. Data analysis techniques used two-way ANCOVA at a significant level  = 0.05. The results showed that (1) ICT learning outcomes between groups of students taught with blended learning strategies were higher than those of students who were taught with expository learning strategies after controlling for initial knowledge; (2) there is an interaction effect between learning strategies and the ability to think creatively on ICT learning outcomes after controlling initial knowledge; (3) for students who have high creative thinking skills, ICT learning outcomes among groups of students taught with blended learning strategies are higher than those of students who are taught with expository learning strategies after controlling initial knowledge; (4) for groups of students who have low creative thinking ability, ICT learning outcomes among groups of students who are taught expository learning strategies are higher than groups of students who are taught with blended learning learning strategies after controlling for initial knowledge. Based on the results of this study, to improve the learning outcomes of Information and Communication Technology students are done by implementing BL learning strategies with regard to student characteristics.
