La educación actual ha sufrido diversas modificaciones, sobre todo con la aparición del COVID-19 en el mundo. Entre las herramientas tecnológicas que apoyan la actividad didáctica, están los softwares educativos; éstos permiten la simulación de prácticas en laboratorios virtuales que complementan el aprendizaje y permiten demostrar principios teóricos. En el presente artículo se llevó a cabo un análisis documental sobre el uso del software en la electrónica digital, se elaboró un temario común de la materia electrónica digital de las licenciaturas que oferta el Tecnológico Nacional de México. Finalmente se llevó a cabo un análisis del uso del software determinado hacia la materia en cuestión y se estableció una relación que indica el nivel de adecuación de este. Current education has undergone various modifications, especially with the appearance of COVID-19 in the world. Among the technological tools that support the didactic activity is simulation software; These allow to carry out virtual laboratory practices that complement the learning and allow demonstrating theoretical principles. In this article, a documentary analysis was carried out on the use of software in digital electronics, a common agenda of digital electronic matter of the degrees offered by the Tecnológico Nacional de México was elaborated. Finally, an analysis of the use of the software determined towards the subject in question was carried out and a relationship was established that indicates the level of adequacy. Learning styles were identified in the group of surveyed students, and their relationship with the level of satisfaction and achievement of the software.

Netflix, a platform with more than 100 million users in the world, has forever changed the way television is produced and consumed. This article analyzes how this new television model convergent with Internet has transformed the concept of programming and teleclairvoyance through intensified viewing or binge watching. A conceptual review identifies the main theoretical displacements on television, programming and audiences generated by the platform, as well as a documentary analysis of news articles on the subject, and the visualization of the Original contents published until May 2017.Netflix, una plataforma con más de 100 millones de usuarios en el mundo, ha cambiado para siempre la forma como se produce y se consume la televisión. Este artículo analiza como este nuevo modelo de televisión convergente con internet ha transformado el concepto de programación y televidencias a través del visionado intensificado o binge watching. A través de una revisión conceptual se identifican los principales desplazamientos teóricos sobre televisión, programación y audiencias generadas por la plataforma, además de un análisis documental de artículos noticiosos sobre el tema, y la visualización de los contenidos originales publicados hasta mayo de 2017.

This chapter examines some of the issues that are driving the development of a master’s course designated as “Information Systems Development Methodologies.” The course takes a “reality as a social construct” view of the world, the purpose of the approach being to encourage students to challenge assumptions and enhance their abilities to research, reflect, critique, and develop strong arguments to support their understanding of the subject area. An interpretive approach such as this can challenge those students whose experiences of previous educational settings have been more strongly oriented toward rote or positivistic teaching and learning styles. The chapter outlines a number of approaches that have been adopted to help students deal with interpretive approaches to learning and to introduce them to issues of belief, inquiry, argument, and reflection.

After the emergence of the electronic process and with the effectiveness of the Federal Law no. 13.105/2015 - CPC/2015, it was observed, within the procedural praxis, the use of a tool called QRCODE, a shortcut to a link or other territory in the world wide web, to make defenses or oral arguments in videos, or even the direction to other pages containing media files, in a virtual environment outside the official electronic procedure used. The paper's main objective is to analyze the problem about this possibility within the procedural legal system in force in Brazil, using an initially theoretical methodology of documentary analysis, with hypothetical-deductive logic basis, although the empirical research is also used, analyzing in an inductive way cases that have already occurred on the subject, concluding for the impossibility of using this mechanism in the electronic procedure as it is currently, in view of its incompatibility with the Brazilian constitutional and procedural principles of law, besides the need for the construction of a technological due process of law.

The subject of alignment is not new to the world of education. Today however, it has come to mean different things and to have a heuristic value in education according to research in different areas, not least for neuroscience, and to attention to skills and to the alternation framework.This paper, after looking at the classic references that already attributed an important role to alignment in education processes, looks at the strategic role of alignment in the current context, outlining the shared construction processes and focusing on some of the ways in which this is put into effect.Alignment is part of a participatory, enactive approach that gives a central role to the interaction between teaching and learning, avoiding the limits of behaviourism, which has a greater bias towards teaching, and cognitivism/constructivism, which focus their attention on learning and in any case, on that which separates a teacher preparing the environment and a student working in it.

This study aims to find out the relationship between learning style and students’ knowledge aspect on Computer System Subject at SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu, the type of research is quantitative and the subject of research is grade X in SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu. Data collection techniques using observation, Questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were Descriptive Analysis, and inferential Statistical Analysis. The results of visual learning style post-test were 11 people with a mean of 76.36, an auditory learning style of 8 people at a mean of 62.14, a kinesthetic learning style of 3 people at a mean of 50.33, apart from that (r x y = 2.35) and the magnitude of r is reflected in the table (r table = 0.4132). Then rxy > r table ie = 2.35> 0.4132. In other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It has a significant relationship between the learning styles of students and students’ knowledge aspect on Computer System Subject of grade X TKJ in SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu

Each religious sect has its own characteristics, whether fundamental, radical, or religious. One of them is Insan Al-Kamil Congregation, which is in Cijati, South Cikareo Village, Wado District, Sumedang Regency. This congregation is Sufism with the concept of self-purification as the subject of its teachings. So, the purpose of this study is to reveal how the origin of Insan Al-Kamil Congregation, the concept of its purification, and the procedures of achieving its purification. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a normative theological approach as the blade of analysis. In addition, the data generated is the result of observation, interviews, and document studies. From the collected data, Jamaah Insan Al-Kamil adheres to the core teachings of Islam and is the tenth regeneration of Islam Teachings, which refers to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. According to this congregation, self-perfection becomes an obligation that must be achieved by human beings in order to remember Allah when life is done. The process of self-purification is done when human beings still live in the world by knowing His God. Therefore, the peak of self-purification is called Insan Kamil.

Abstract De-Finition. Poststructuralist Objections to the Limitation of the Other The metaphysic tradition always tried to structure the world by definitions and scientific terms. Since poststructuralist authors like Derrida, Foucault and Deleuze have claimed the ›death of the subject‹ educational research cannot ignore the critical objections to its own methods. The subject of this article is the genesis of the professional culture of personnel management. The last decades of the 20th century were marked by various revolutions - scientific, technical, democratic, informational, sexual, etc. Their cumulative effect has been mostly reflected in the professional revolution that shapes the professional society around the world. This social revolution has global consequences. In addition to its extensive parameters, it also has intensive ones related to the deeply-rooted structural changes in the ways of working and thinking, as well as in the forms of its social organization. The professional revolutions in the history of Modern Times stem from this theory.Employees’ awareness and accountability shall be strengthened. The leader must be able to formulate and bring closer to the employees the vision of the organization and its future goal, to which all shall aspire. He should pay attention not to the "letter" but to the "spirit" of this approach.
