This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, work environment, and motivation have on the performance of PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo employees during The Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study amounted to 100 people, while in determining the sample used The Slovin's Formula with a 5% sample which obtained a sample of 80 employees. This research was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021. The data were collected using quantitative methods and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that: hypothesis testing, The F-count is 34,636. In comparison, The F-table is 2.72, which means F-count > F-table. This result shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result means that leadership style, work environment, and motivation simultaneously significantly affect employee performance at PT. Djaya Sinar Propertindo.

This study was motivated by the decline in targets at PT. Mod Indi Semarang. For this reason, the problem can be formulated is how the sewing part efforts improve Employee Performance so that production is achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation on Employee Performance in the part of sewing production at PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The population of this study was 420 production employees at sewing PT. Indo Mod Semarang. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides an opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of collecting data through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 22 which includes tests of validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a t-test, F test, R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the determination coefficient value of 0.884, it is known that in this study the Work Environment, Leadership, and Motivation has a consequent on the variable employee performance of 88.4% while the rest, which is 11.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained.

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Serpong Tangerang Building. The method used in this study uses associative quantitative approach while the sample used in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, Ftest, Ftest, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.091X1 . Tcount value of 3.086> ttable 1.989 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination of 28.5%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven by the regression value of 0.173X2 . Tvalue 4.612> ttable 1.989 with a significant 0.000 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination 36.6%. Simultaneously the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 31.222> Ftable 3.11 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Rvalue of the coefficient of determination of 43.2% Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Serpong Tangerang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, tehnik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji thitung uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,091X1. Nilai thitung 3,086 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,003 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 28,5%. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai regresi 0,173X2. Nilai thitung 4,612 > ttabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi 36,6%. Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dapat dibuktikan oleh nilai Fhitung 31,222 > Ftabel 3,11 dengan siginifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,2%. Good leadership and supervision of employees are some of the factors that are expected to improve employee performance at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. This study aims to find out how much influence leadership and supervision have on employee performance at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. The population and sample in this study were all employees totaling 99 employees who worked at PT. Purna Baja Harsco Cilegon. This research was conducted from 03 to 15 November 2019. Data were collected by questionnaire method, and the analysis used was the data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS v.25 for windows. Based on the results of this study concluded that: Hypothesis 1 test obtained tvalue is greater than ttable (5,242 > 1,984) so ​​H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means leadership (X1) influences employee performance (Y), hypothesis 2 obtained tvalue is greater than ttable ( 6,597 > 1,984) so ​​that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means supervision (X2) influences employee performance (Y), and hypothesis 3 is obtained the Fvalue value is 638,205 while Ftable is 3.09 which means Fvalue > Ftable. This shows that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, which means that leadership (X1) and supervision (X2) jointly influence employee performance (Y).

In this study the authors want to explain about the influence of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Personnel and Human Resource Development (BKPSDM) Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study are: 1) To explain the motivation effect on Employee Performance Personnel Board and Development Manusian Resources Pariaman City, West Sumatera Province, 2) To explain the work environment has an effect on to Personnel Employment Personnel and Manusian Resources Development of Pariaman City West Sumatera Province. This type of research is a basic study. The object of this research is BKPSDM office of Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. This research can be concluded that Motivation and Work Environment have an effect on to Employee Performance of BKPSDM of Pariaman City of West Sumatera Province. This data is processed by using SPSS version 21 with classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. From the test the R Square value of 95.8% where this figure shows that Motivation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance BKPSDM Pariaman. So the conclusion is Motivation and Work Environment Affects Employee Performance BKPSDM Pariaman City West Sumatra Province.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on the performance of stationary pump operators in the water resources department of West Jakarta city administration. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling population of 250 employes sample of 71 respondents. Data analysis used regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, using SPSS Version 24 software. The results obtained leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation Y = 11,128 + 0,339X1 + 0,392X2. Correlation value obtained at 0.695 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong influence with a coefficient of determination of 48.3% while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained value (31,716> 3,130), it was also strengthened with a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. This means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and work environment on employee performance in the West Jakarta City Water Resources Administration Office.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan apakah lingkungan kerja memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja. Metode penentuan sampel dengan cara sampel jenuh, maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana, uji hipotesis, koefisien determinasi, dan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja mampu memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan disiplin kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai.This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and whether the work environment moderates the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The variables studied were work discipline, employee performance, and work environment. The method of determining the sample by means of saturated samples, then all populations are used as research samples. Data analysis techniques using simple regression, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment is able to moderate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research shows that by increasing work discipline will improve employee performance, and a good work environment will improve employee work discipline.

This study aims to reveal. (1) Analysis of the influence of Commitments on employee performance, (2) Work Environment on employee performance, (3) Work Discipline on employee performance, (4) Analysis of the Effect of Commitment, Work Environment and Work Discipline and simultaneously on Employee Performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Pasaman Regency, amounting to 58 people. Samples were taken from all populations, namely 58 people. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. Research Results obtained 1) Commitment variables, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Registration and Civil Registration Service Office of West Pasaman Regency. The contribution of commitment variables, work environment and work discipline to employee performance is 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the scope of this research. 2. Commitment variables, work environment and work discipline partial has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Servants and Civil Registration Offices of West Pasaman Regency

This study aims to analize how much store atmosphere and consumers positive emotions influence to impulse buying on consumer in Giant Hypermarket Pekanbaru.The sample in this study was 100 consumers who shopped at Giant Hypermarket in last 3 months, with the method of sampling incidental and  then do an analysis of the data obtained using the analysis of quantitative data include : validity and reliability, the classic assumption  test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t test, hypothesis testing via F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the effects of compensation and work environment onemployee performance at the Office of District Salahutu Central Maluku District. Research in the Office ofKecamatan Salahutu, Central Maluku District. The population of this research is all employees of DistrictOffice of Salahutu Regency of Central Maluku which need 57 sampling technique by using census samplingdata. Data completion method used in this research is through questionnaire distribution to employees whobecome sample. Comprehensive data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis method to measurethe magnitude of influence or influence of independent variable to dependent variable, either partial orsimultaneous influence with other independent variables.
