In providing loans, cooperatives have stages that must be passed before credit is decided to be disbursed. The aim is to facilitate cooperatives in assessing the feasibility of a credit application. The loan eligibility assessment is carried out with many assessment criteria including employment, income, capital/shares, number of dependents, and house status. Analysis of loan eligibility requires the accuracy of a credit analyst in analyzing credit applicants submitted by members. If the credit analysis is not precise, then the provision of credit funds can be difficult and even make a loss. So to determine whether a loan application can be accepted or not, of course, cooperative management has many multi-criteria considerations. In this study, an analysis was carried out using the Simple Additive Weighting method to facilitate the process of making feasibility decisions and eliminating lending to prospective debtors. The results of the study show that the results of the calculation of the determination of lending funds to members of savings and loan cooperatives using the simple additive weighting method can show alternatives that are eligible to receive loans with a preference value >= 60% and also alternatives that are not eligible to receive loans, namely with a preference value of <= 60%.

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) is a program organized by the government in overcoming poverty and food needs. The BPNT program aims to reduce the burden of expenditure and provide more balanced nutrition to Beneficiary Families (KPM). However, in the implementation of the BPNT program there were still technical problems, including the determination of potential BPNT recipients who were wrongly targeted. To facilitate Government in determining prospective BPNT recipients, the authors make a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method where this system generates ranking to choose citizens who are entitled to receive BPNT through calculating the criteria of each alternative. It is expected that this application can provide recommendations for prospective BPNT recipients who are more targeted.

Majors are part of higher education institutions that a very important role determining the thesis student supervisor . At the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) the determination of the thesis supervisor is carried out through a lecturer meeting based on its title in accordance with the competence of the lecturer who will guide, regardless of the number of lecturers' workload or the number of students being supervised. The results of the decision of the meeting to determine the supervisors will be announced to students after the meeting is held. This flow inefficient and may lead to ineffective determination of the supervisor . The final result of the system shows that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can be applied to determine the weight value of each attribute so as to produce a ranking of each alternative lecture who will be selected as a student supervisor for the thesis according to the result of computerized and accurate calculations.

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in this study. Decision making to determine beneficiaries was facilitated by the existence of a decision support system that was submitted, so that the fund provided was targeted at those entitled to receive uninhabitable rehabilitation fund.

Bekasi city, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2018, shows the average Economic Growth Rate (LPE) of 5.82% from 2013 to 2016. Based on this growth, Bekasi city has business opportunities, for example culinary business, that has already spread around Bekasi city. The number of culinary places can cause problems when visitors determine culinary places that fit their criteria. Many visitors usually rely on information from relatives in determine culinary places, so this allows a mismatch between the recommendations of relatives and the criteria they want. Based on the problem, one of the proposed solutions needs to be made a method to support decisions that can provide recommendations in determining culinary places for visitors. The method used in determining the recommendation of culinary places is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In the process of calculating the method there are alternatives and assessment criteria used, there are several assessment criteria, namely price, number of menus, rating, and distance. The result shows the recommended alternative culinary place is the eighth alternative (A8) since the alternative has the highest preference value of 0.85. Therefore, the proposed system can be integrated in the culinary website to support user in choosing the culinary place.

In the world of student education is an important component where the role of students is as someone who is psychologically ready to receive lessons or other input from the school. However, each student has different performance and development, therefore it is important to do monitoring so that student performance will always be monitored by the school for improving student quality maintenance. Also, in the process of valuing education for students needs to be done by giving an appreciation in the form of giving gifts or just giving words and motivation so that students can perform better in learning and participating in other activities at school. In terms of selecting students with good performance or those who have a very declining development using the school method not only assess students by one criterion but with several criteria to produce a decision that can be accepted by many people. Performance Students must also be monitored by the school or the related rights. In this paper, the student performance prediction was assessed with 5 criteria components and the result shows there are 10 very satisfy students, 10 satisfying students, 10 well students, and 10 Enough students from sample 40 students.

This study examines how to design an application for the Deli Serdang Civil Service Police Unit in order to Facilitate the Process of Determining Salaries employee. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it Easier for the Office to Determine the determination of employee Salaries so that it is faster and more accurate. The SAW method certainly uses a more Appropriate assessment Because it is based on a criterion value of a predetermined preference weight. With the existence of accurate the data will be Able to minimize the time wasted and Be Able to use the system that is being designed. Abstract The scholarship is a form of giving the material, besides being able to encourage the students to be more active, to support the progress of the education world, to sharpen themselves to become a qualified student, and also to provide the relief in paying tuition fee for the students. STMIK Tunas Bangsa holds a scholarship program for outstanding and underprivileged students by fulfilling the requirements that must be met. This is where the campus conducts selection to determine who is eligible to receive the scholarship. In the process of selection of scholarship recipients is needed a method of decision-making scholarship. One of the methods that can be used for decision support systems is by applying the Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decission Making) method. To perform the calculation on this method using SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is that eligible to receive scholarship based on the criteria specified.
