Information Technology in spatial data processing has developed to a point where these results are in line with the application challenges required by natural resource management. In addition, the internet, geomatics, and telecommunications are rapidly changing the way natural resources are managed and protected. These provide more accurate and up-to-date information and are quickly available to users. Regional potential is a product that exists in an area that can be developed and is able to provide benefits to the local community and can be used as a supporter of the national economy. This understanding gives the connotation that optimal management planning is needed in order to achieve the intended expectations, so this decision support system is presented in a simple form for easy access on Android smartphone devices. Applications are made with Eclipse as an editor as well as compile and builder and SQLite for the application database.

Information technology development today resulted in the growing number of internet users. Easy access of the internet makes it as a media presentation of data to both individuals and institutions. It is similar with Computer System major that has taken advantage of the Internet to provide a variety of information to both academic and community service in the field of information technology. But it is still using manual method to organize and inventory data associated with the On-Job Training (KP) and Final Project (TA) in a site. One way to ease the data organization is to design an information system that can record and organize all the data held by the Computer System. Design and Implementation phase begins with system requirement analysis. Its objection is to get a proper system specification. In design phase, Data Flow Diagram is used to represent data in a logic way. The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system. The previous research “Perancangan Sistem Informasi Seminar dan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Elektro Undip” was to organize database final project consist of schedule, seminar schedule, and test schedule. It used Unified Modeling Language (UML) consist of use case and activity diagram. The users of this information system were two, that were called admin and student. The result from information testing showed that all features like organizing students data, organizing teacher data, printing KP and TA data, uploading KP and TA data, alerting KP and TA coordinator about the schedule of the students worked well. The current research use Entity Relationship Diagram model system. This information system has five users, that are admin, student, teacher, KP coordinator, and TA coordinator.

The result from design phase then implements with PHP programming language, associated with Database Management System MySQL, and Javascript to generate a dynamic web-based information system.System Information inventory and Loan goods on the laboratory computer system, has two categories of access rights, there are super admin and admin (operator), where the super admin have all permissions and the lending system inventory information communications system laboratory, while the operator is further divided into three parts ie (embedded, networking, and software engineer) where each lab has one operator and one other can notaccess that does not belong to its access. The test results and Loan Information Systems Inventory Computer Systems Laboratory, showed that all the features of the application can work well as Super Admin can see the entire menu of each Lab and can make the process of printing from any lab reports, for each lab operator can to process the data change, the process of borrowing items and returns. Using the Entity Relationship Diagram modeling system. The information systems have as many as four users on the system, which are super admin, operator Lab embedded, networking lab operator, operator Lab Engineer software.

The ubiquity of information technology augurs a new golden age of espionage. Intelligence is the use of deceptive means for strategic ends. It encompasses the collection of secrets, analysis and decision support, covert action and influence, and counterintelligence. Modern computational networks expand the opportunities for all these types of intelligence, for new types of actors to engage in intelligence activities, and for almost anyone or anything to become intelligence targets. Yet large-scale information systems also amplify the classic ethical, operational, and strategic challenges associated with intelligence. Many of the policy controversies associated with cybersecurity, for instance, are not simply novelties of the Internet age, but rather are symptomatic of the uneasy relationship between counterintelligence and democracy. Understanding the technology used for cyber intrusion may be necessary for understanding cyber conflict, but it is not sufficient for comprehending its strategic ends and limits: it is further necessary to understand the political logic of intelligence.

Perilaku membeli merupakan kegiatan dalam mendapatkan atau menggunakan barang atau jasa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan.Perkembangan teknologi informasi disertai mudahnya mengakses internet menyebabkan para produsen melakukan pemasaran produknya melalui internet sebagaimana disebut dengan ecommerce.Kemudahan akses dan banyaknya pilihan semakin mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian produk secara online. Hasil riset Asosiasi Penyedia Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII)menunjukkan bahwa remaja adalah mayoritas pengguna internet di Indonesia dengan berbagai macam kegiatan yang bisa mereka lakukan salah satunya adalah berbelanja online.Remaja yang berada pada tahap imagery audience ingin selalu diperhatikan oleh lingkungan sekitarnya sehingga mereka membutuhkan atribut-atribut agar dapat diakui oleh lingkungan, salah satunya adalah pakaian. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini difokuskan pada perilaku membeli produk pakaian onlinedi kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik statistik dekriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMA Santo Thomas 1 Medan berjumlah 290 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku membeli yang disusun berdasarkan aspek perilaku membeli yang dikemukakan oleh Kotler (2008). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran perilaku membeli produk pakaian online subjek berada pada kategori sedang.   Buying behavior is an activity in obtaining or using goods or services either directly or indirectly that aims to fulfill the needs. The development of information technology along with easy access to the internet causes producers to market their products through the internet as e-commerce. The easy access and varied choices encourage consumers to purchase products online. The results of research by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) showed that teenagers were the majority of internet users in Indonesia with various kinds of activities that could be done; one of which was shopping online. The teenagers who were in the step of imagery audience bound to be noticed by their surroundings. Therefore, they needed attributes to be recognized by the environment, one of which was clothing. Therefore, this study focused on the behavior of buying online clothing products among teenagers. This study used descriptive statistical techniques. The subjects of this study were students of Santo Thomas 1 Medan High School consisted of 290 people. The measuring instrument used was the buying behavior scale compiled based on the aspects of buying behavior proposed by Kotler (2008). The results of this study indicated that the description of the behavior of buying clothing products online was in the medium category.

The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the main geodetic databases of Lithuania and to create a geodetic database of cultural heritage objects in Klaipėda using program ArcGIS 9.3. The problem is that the geodetic database storing graphical and attributive information about cultural heritage in Klaipeda city has not been created yet. Thus, in order to incorporate GIS technologies into the management of cultural heritage, starting the creation of such a database seems to be a relevant point. The fully completed and regularly updated geodetic database can be used for cultural heritage management, planning, design, road construction, etc. Therefore, the following objectives have been set: 1) describing geo-data collection and input devices; 2) stimulating the geodetic database that introduces information about buildings, building complexes, cemeteries, locations of archaeological and cultural heritage; 3) giving a detailed description of the database creation process; 4) analyzing the need for establishing a geodetic database of cultural heritage objects in Klaipėda. Santrauka Lietuvoje GIS pagrindu sukurta daug įvairiems tikslams skirtų georeferencinių bei teminių erdvinių duomenų rinkinių. Viena iš šių rinkinių panaudojimo sričių – valstybės registruose esančių duomenų kaupimas. Tokiu principu yra sukurta Kultūros vertybių registro duomenų bazė, kurios pagrindiniai duomenys buvo panaudoti kuriant Klaipėdos miesto kultūros paveldo objektų erdvinių duomenų rinkinį. Siekiant kuo operatyviau įtraukti GIS technologijas į kultūros paveldo objektų tvarkybą, aktualu Klaipėdoje pradėti kurti kultūros paveldo objektų erdvinių duomenų rinkinį. Nuolat atnaujinamas erdvinių duomenų rinkinys palengvins įvairių sričių specialistų atliekamus kultūros paveldo objektų administravimo, teritorijų planavimo, projektavimo, kelių tiesimo ir kitus darbus. Резюме В Литве на основе ГИС для различных целей создано множество гео-ссылок, а также тематических наборов пространственных данных. Область использования одного из множеств – сбор данных, имеющихся в государственном учете. По такому принципу создана регистрационная база культурных ценностей, основные данные которой были использованы при создании набора пространственных данных объектов культурного наследия города Клайпеды. С целью оперативно обеспечить управление объектами культурного наследия технологиями ГИС следует начать создание набора пространственных данных объектов культурного наследия в Клайпеде. Полностью заполненный и постоянно обновляемый набор пространственных данных облегчит работу специалистов в различных областях: администрировании объектов культурного наследия, планировании территорий, проектировании, строительстве дорог и других.
