This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of product quality, brand image and consumer trust on customer satisfaction. Including quantitative research using the results of questionnaire surveys filled by respondents. The sample used is 100 consumers of on line products in Palembang. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis the partial effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test. The F test is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable together. The results of processing data show there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust affects consumer satisfaction and brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction. Taken together there is the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Consumer trust has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction on line products in Palembang.

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi, the effect purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction smartphone Xiaomi, the effect of product quality and brand image to satisfaction consumers smartphones Xiaomi, and the effect of product quality and brand image together on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi and customer satisfaction. This research is classified in research exspost facto. Its population is a student at the Faculty of Economics University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa that are currently using or have used a smartphone Xiaomi and samples for the study of 100 people. Methods of data collection is done by using the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis were supported by detrminan coefficient F test and T, and classical assumption test consisting of multicoloniarity, heterocedasticity test, and test for normality and path analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product does not affect the purchase decision Xiaomi smartphone, brand image influence on purchase decisions Xiaomi smartphone. Product quality, brand image affects customer satisfaction while purchasing decisions do not affect the Xiaomi smartphone customer satisfaction. Taken together the product quality and brand image influence on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction Xiaomi smartphone. Research on the influence of two independent variables namely service quality and product quality (of room and food) conducted at Harris Hotel Sentul Bogor aims to examine the level of its influence either partially or simultaneously on customer’s satisfaction as the dependent variable. The dimensions of service quality that are examined in terms of its influence on consumer satisfaction include elements of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness. Some of the product quality indicators for the rooms quality examined to have its influence on customer satisfaction include elements of design, features, quality of performance and the perceive of quality while indicators for the quality of food products which considered to have effect on consumer satisfaction includes the element of taste of food, aroma of food and the presentation of food. The number of respondents who took part in the research was 300 of respondents who were the consumers invited to share their experience on the questioner during their stay at Harris Sentul Hotel. Data analysis techniques used in this study are linear regression analysis. The study results have answered the 3 hypotheses and show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction partially likewise, the study results has showed that the quality of room and food have a strong influence on the level of customer satisfaction who stayed at Harris Sentul as well as study has showed that simultaneously the 2 (two) independent variables had a positive and significant effect.

This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions

This study discusses the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. The data used in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire that had been distributed to customers of the BRI branch office in Sidoarjo. This quantitative research was conducted with a survey method with purposive samplin technique. The variables used in this study are independent variables that include service quality and product quality, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and product quality can affected customer loyalty at the bank branch office in Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, brand image on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. This study is a survey with quantitative research. The population in this study is Cak Ed Lamongan online motorcycle taxi customers. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 100 respondents using the formula Rao Purba. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used were the validity test, the reliability test, the multiple linear regression analysis, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination R2 test, and hypothesis was tested through t test that was used to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image partially on satisfaction of ojek online transportation customers in Lamongan. From the analysis, results obtained of t test results variable service quality was tcount = 3.934 > ttable = 1.660 which states that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction. Price variable was tarithmetic = 3,622 > ttable = 1,660 which indicates that price influences customer satisfaction, and brand image variable tcount = 2,216 > ttable = 1,660 which states that brand image influences customer satisfaction. While R square of 0.783 shows that 78.3% of the variable Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality, price, and brand image. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.

Newspapers are one source of information for the public that is actual and factual, so that various kinds of information presented in it. Lahat Pos is one of the media companies in the form of community newspapers in Lahat District precisely located in Lahat City which produces the daily newspaper of Lahat Pos circulating every day and distributed throughout the Regency of Lahat, Empat Lawang, and Kota Pagaralam. This study was conducted to determine the Influence of Product Quality and Service to Satisfaction of Daily Consumer of Newspaper Lahat Pos. The sample used is 40 customers. The analysis method is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T-Test, and F-Test. The resulting regression equation is Y = 64.319 + -0.488 X.1 + 0.055X.2 + e. The t-test results suggest that product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service has positive significant effect on customer satisfaction. F-test results show that both independent variables do not affect simultaneously to customer satisfaction. The result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) can be obtained Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.013 which means that variable of Product Quality and Service to Consumer Satisfaction equal to 13%. While the rest of 87% explained by other factors outside of research such as place and facilities, already have a loyal customer, and so forth.

This study aims to analyze the influence of halal label, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions with a case study at the Bread Boy Bakery Cake Shop in Banda Aceh. This research is quantitative research. The sample used was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The results of data processing carried out using the SPSS 22 program through the multiple linear regression analysis methods shows that the independent variables are halal labels, product quality, and price simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While partially, the halal label variable does not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the product quality variable partially influences the purchasing decisions. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research is motivated by the great potential in Boyolali Regency, Central Java, in the field of cow's milk production and its processed products. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions for Indrakila Cheese products in Boyolali, Central Java. The research method used is quantitative research with purposive random sampling technique. The data analysis used includes instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product quality, brand image, halal labeling, and purchase intention simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially product quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on purchase intention, but halal labeling has no effect on purchase intention. The results of the path analysis test show that there is mediation between product quality, brand image, and purchase intention on purchasing decisions, but cannot mediate between halal labeling on purchasing decisions.

Along with the increase in the number of boutiques of Balinese kebaya, making competition in the kebaya industry increasingly high, and entrepreneurs are required to determine the marketing strategy planning that will be used to face the current competition. Consumer satisfaction is a very important thing to consider in facing the market competition of the Balinese kebaya industry. The number of samples representing the population in this study were as many as 75 consumers of Wina Rumah Kebaya. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques, where the validity and reliability tests were carried out in the initial stages of testing. The results of this study are the price fairness and product quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price fairness and product quality simultaneously also significantly influence customer satisfaction, and the prices fairness has the most dominant influence. For this reason, to increase customer satisfaction it is necessary to improve the quality of kebaya and consider the fairness of the price determined.

This research is motivated by the needs of society and the conditions of service business competition intensifies, so the company must create a new marketing strategy to maintain and gain market share higher. As for the issue of this research is "What are the factors of products, personnel and promotion effect on customer satisfaction in PT. Mnet Indonesia ".The purpose of this study to determine how the product implementation process, personnel and promotion are being made to improve customer satisfaction and to determine the extent of the effect of products, personnel and promotion of customer satisfaction. The hypothesis of this study is the product, personnel and promotion effect on customer satisfaction. The author uses quantitative research methods explanatory. The research sample as many as 101 customers with a 99% confidence level (α = 0.01) in. Results of multiple linear regression analysis we concluded that all the independent variables, namely products, personnel and promotion have a positive effect on the dependent variable of customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis of figures obtained correlation R of 0.697. This shows that there is a strong relationship or correlation between the products, personnel and promotion of customer satisfaction. While the results of the analysis of determination (R2) of 48.6%. This shows that the percentage of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable of 48.6%. While the remaining 51.4% influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.
