El presente trabajo contiene un estudio descriptivo de los factores tales como;  la inserción, trayectorias, permanencia y formación en la docencia; que intervienen en la profesionalización docente, en el contexto y marco normativo académico del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), México; con la intención de proponer un modelo de formación- profesionalización docente, basada en áreas de formación, competencias docentes y etapas de desarrollo profesional, con el objetivo de  mejorar la calidad de la práctica docente en los niveles superior y medio superior del IPN. Abstract This paper contains a descriptive study of factors such as; the insertion, career path, permanence and training in teaching; that intervene in teacher professionalization, in the context and academic regulatory framework of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), Mexico; with the intention of proposing a professionalization - training model based on areas of training, teaching competencies and stages of professional development, with the aim of improving the quality of teaching practice in the upper and middle levels of the IPN.

ResumenEn la actualidad la tecnología contribuye a elevar la calidad de la práctica pedagógica y los procesos de renovación dentro de la actualización del docente. En la medida que se asumen las novedades tecnológicas, el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje contribuirá a elevar las competencias de los aprendices. Es la razón de este trabajo de investigación: “Uso de las TIC en la práctica pedagógica de los docentes del Departamento de Ciencias Jurídicas de la PUCMM campus Santiago”. Es por ello, que el objetivo general busca “Analizar el uso que dan los docentes del Departamento de Ciencias Jurídicas de la PUCMM, a las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en su práctica pedagógica”. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental y de enfoque eminentemente cuantitativo.AbstractNowadays, technology helps raise the quality of teaching practice and processes of renewal in the retraining of teachers. To the extent that technological developments are assumed, the teaching learning process will help raise the skills of apprentices. That is why this research: “Use of ICT in teaching practice of teachers in the Department of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago”. It is therefore the overall objective sought to “analyze how teachers of the Department of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, use information and communications technology in their teaching practices.” The research design was non-experimental and eminently quantitative approach.

Las políticas educativas planteadas en Guatemala, sus características e ideales, se establecen como como un parámetro de referencia para los docentes, a partir de la importancia de conocer y establecer cuáles son las estrategias educativas actuales, al paso de los años y de diversas reformas a la educación los efectos no has sido los esperados, se ha establecido a los docentes como elementos claves en las transformaciones pedagógicas por razones que no son objetivas, es pues la labor docente en simultaneo la problemática mayor y la solución más viable en el ideal de la mejora de la educación (Villafuerte, 2020).   Los cimientos sobre los que descansan los sistemas escolares se enfocan en que la enseñanza tradicional, en donde el docente dicta una catedra y el estudiante escucha y asimila lo que pueda, es por ello que el rol de los educadores es preponderante, pues a partir de su disponibilidad por adquirir destrezas y aptitudes demandadas por los diferentes contextos, en conjunto con la comunidad educativa, como una serie de engranajes movidos por un eje central, en este sentido la responsabilidad social de los formadores en el marco del cambio de los sistemas educativos, es necesaria e indispensable. The modules of language for buniness play an important role in the program for students majoring in French for Business - French Language at Foreign Trade University. In order to improve the quality of student output, it is essential to improve the quality of these modules. Therefore, we have conducted a descriptive study, based on basic research tools such as observations, surveys, interviews with students, lecturers and employers to evaluate the current status of teaching at our university. The results include: (1) Identifying outstanding issues in each of the constituent elements of teaching French for business, namely the content and training program, teachers, learners, and learning materials. (2) Proposing solutions in order to improve the quality of teaching.

In an effort to ensure a high level of implementation and increase the efficiency of the use of teaching aids in music education, a research was conducted in the academic 2014/2015 with an aim to test whether the educational level of teachers, the number of years of their experience at work, and the particular school in which the teachers are employed influence their selection of teaching aids used in the course in music education. The aim of the study was to determine whether the selection and use of teaching aids influences the quality of teaching the course in music education. The attitudes of participants were studied by means of a questionnaire specifically designed for the present research. The total sample comprised 113 primary school class teachers. The study so conducted has determined the current situation in the teaching practice, any significant differences emerging from the connection between the use of teaching aids in the course in music education and a number of general variables, including any prior elementary musical education of the teachers themselves.

Research backgrounds and hypothesis. This study investigates the student teachers’ preparation for the practical school  placement  in  Poland  and  Kosovo.  Considering  the  two  countries  with  different  academic  backgrounds there might be reasonable differences in the state of students’ preparation to work practice. While other research  concentrates on teachers’  supervision  during practical placement the literature review carried out for this paper  illustrates that teaching practicum, which has been a focal point of many academic discussions, has been relatively little researched, especially from the students’ perspective of the process. Understanding the differences regarding  various academic systems may bring some more light into the search for the most effective ways of preparing student  teachers for the school practical placement. Research aim. The purpose of the study was to analyse the student teachers’ assessments of their actual teaching  competencies in order to further prepare a Cooperating PE Teachers Programme (COPET) at both universities. A  sample of 154 second year Bachelor undergraduates in Poznań and 128 students from Pristina and respectively 109 from Master students from Poznań, and 45 from Master students of the international post-graduate programme in Physical Education and Sport in Kosovo were surveyed.Research  method.  Quantitative  data  were  collected  via  the  Pre-Service  PE  Teachers  Self-Assessment Questionnaire including 25-items concerning three areas: organizational, didactic and pedagogical. A multivariate analysis of variance showed the differences between students from Poznań and Pristina. Research results. In our own research, the analysis of progression (visible in the difference between Bachelor and Master students) in their self-assessment indicates more critical self-reflection present in the assessments of students in Poznań. This was not common in the self-assessment of the students in Pristina as levels of their self-assessment at the two phases of the PETE programme (Bachelor and Master) were similar.Discussion and conclusions. Recommendations for further improvements of PETE programmes in both Polish  and Kosovan Higher Education Institutions concern the introduction of a COPET programme. Improving teaching  practice  and  professional  preparedness  of  student  teachers  requires  elevating  the  quality  of  academic  teaching  delivered to students throughout their studies. This especially concerns subjects dealing with the teaching of practical  and methodological skills. Equally important is the quality of early practical experience.Keywords: PE practical school placement, student teachers’ competencies, self-assessment.

<p>En el presente artículo se sintetizan las principales tensiones, problemas y desa- fíos de la formación docente en los tiempos actuales. También se aportan ideas y propuestas para el fortalecimiento de la gestión innovadora de las instituciones formadoras. En este sentido, se parte de la premisa que la transformación de la for- mación docente debe ser asumida por los actores como un proceso de <em>composición socio-educativa </em>que estará focalizado en el mejoramiento de los aprendizajes y de la enseñanza, en la construcción exitosa del itinerario formativo de los estudiantes, en la creación cotidiana de un clima institucional productivo y a la vez saludable, cuyo trabajo dé cuenta del desarrollo profesional de los actores, de las múltiples relaciones con la comunidad y en una gestión estratégica de los procesos institu- cionales y curriculares desde una perspectiva situada.</p><p><strong>Palabras clave: </strong>formación docente, institución formadora, gestión estratégica si- tuada, competencias, capacidades.</p>

Administration is a system that helps, serves, directs or manages all activities in achieving a goal. besides that, educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service. Student administration is a process carried out by a group in an effort to manage students to achieve educational goals. The purpose of student administration. The administrative objectives of the students themselves are to regulate the activities of the students from the time they enter to graduate. The activities of these students are directed at improving the quality of teaching and learning activities both intra and extracurricular, so that they contribute to the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of the school as well as the overall educational goals. And besides that, the teacher's role in student administration is as a selection committee for new students, plays a role in making it easier for students to adapt to school confusion, recording and controlling student attendance, conducting competency tests and controlling atmosphere in the classroom.

Abstract: As we all know, information teaching design belongs to the product of the application of modern educational technology theory, and its core lies in solving the difficult problems existing in teaching activities through multimedia technology and network technology.As far as the actual situation is concerned, the emergence of information teaching design has caused a certain impact on the traditional teaching mode.Therefore, information teaching design has become an important educational method for college teachers.The teaching practice shows that the introduction of information teaching design into the teaching of architecture is helpful to promote the high quality of teaching activities and to improve students’ interest in learning.Based on this, this paper will take the concept and design of information teaching design as the starting point, and then discuss it around it, in order to give some reference to the majority of colleagues.
