Administration is a system that helps, serves, directs or manages all activities in achieving a goal. besides that, educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service. Student administration is a process carried out by a group in an effort to manage students to achieve educational goals. The purpose of student administration. The administrative objectives of the students themselves are to regulate the activities of the students from the time they enter to graduate. The activities of these students are directed at improving the quality of teaching and learning activities both intra and extracurricular, so that they contribute to the achievement of the vision, mission, and goals of the school as well as the overall educational goals. <span class="ShortAbstract"><em><span>Teachers have a very important role in determining the quantity and quality of teaching in improving the quality of national education. The efforts to improving the quality process and learning outcomes are part of efforts to improve the quality of education through the evaluation system. Therefore, the teachers’ ability in planning evaluation is absolutely necessary. SD Negeri 20 Mambok is one of the primary schools that is located in Sintang which has been established since 1981. They followed training and course for self-development for learning evaluation infrequently. Based on those reasons, the author chooses the theme of this activity or PKM with SD Negeri 20 Mambok as a partner. The method used is course and Training. Implementation of this PKM is a day. The result of the activity or PKM shows that there is interest from the participant in following the activity which is shown by the number of participants exceeding the planned target and the improvement of the participant's understanding and skill in designing and analyzing the evaluation instrument of learning in the good category. The improvement in participants' understanding and skills can be seen in showing in practicum and do the task during the event.</span></em></span>

Computerized auditory training (CAT) is a convenient, low-cost approach to improving communication of individuals with hearing loss or other communicative disorders. A number of CAT programs are being marketed to patients and audiologists. The present literature review is an examination of evidence for the effectiveness of CAT in improving speech perception in adults with hearing impairments. Six current CAT programs, used in 9 published studies, were reviewed. In all 9 studies, some benefit of CAT for speech perception was demonstrated. Although these results are encouraging, the overall quality of available evidence remains low, and many programs currently on the market have not yet been evaluated. Thus, caution is needed when selecting CAT programs for specific patients. It is hoped that future researchers will (a) examine a greater number of CAT programs using more rigorous experimental designs, (b) determine which program features and training regimens are most effective, and (c) indicate which patients may benefit from CAT the most.

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

Quality outcomes from vocational education and training (VET) are fundamental to ensuring a skilled workforce and supporting a productive economy. The quality of vocational training from the demand’s perspective is defined as meeting the customer specification, needs or requirements. Using the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis to get the analytical results of 275 respondents as graduates of University of Transport and Communication, University of Transport Technology (the two universities training on transportation in the North of Vietnam), the results show that factors are measured by the observed variables in the study that ensure reliability and relevance. The descriptive statistics result of vocational training quality is 3.28, while all independent variables are at average level (between 3.1 to 3.48) with the highest value related to the quality of the teacher and the lowest are facilities and training programs and management capacity of university. However, the regression results show that the qualification of the teacher, material facilities and training program, management capacity and job opportunities at the training school do not affect the quality of the training while “Learners-NH” have a great positive effect and the labor market information has a negative effect on the training quality of the school significantly. Base on those data, some policy recommendations have been given out in order to improve the training quality of transport technology universities in the north of Vietnam in particular and the vocational training quality of Vietnam in general.

<p>This research was conducted for the purpose of getting a clear and complete <br />picture conserning the quality of teaching and learning process through eveloping and implementing jigsaw type cooparative learning model for subject of Thermodynamics. The quality of teaching and learning process can be viewed by positive response of university students towards thermodynamics subject using the implemented jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The subject of this research were students of high school class X, semester II in the academic year of 2011/2012, which were listed as learning tools needed for thermodynamics of jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The learning tool which were being developed consist of teaching materials, learning plan, and student worksheet. The research prosedure consisted of developing the tools of teaching and learning process, and the followed by realization of learning in class using the jigsaw type cooparative learning approach. The research instruments were to be observation sheet and student response questionaire towards the learning process. The reseach data were analyzed using percentage statistic. Based on the refection result towards the action which was planned beforehand and also the researh result discussion, it was found that the learning process of hermodynamics which was done by implementing the jigsaw type cooparative learning model can increase student activity in his study. Implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning can increase the learning result of students. Most of the students who partisipated in the thermodynamics class agree and give a positive apreciation towards the implementation of cooperative learning model. They believe that with the learning group can help them overcoming the learning deterrent. </p><p> </p>

Abstract The purpose of this article is to develop a learning module for the Evaluation of Teaching Indonesian at the Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta using the Dick and Carey development model. The implementation of this instruction includes how a prospective teacher is good at evaluating teaching materials so that the lecturer feels the need to develop teaching materials to improve the quality of teaching materials using formative evaluation consisting of One-to-one evaluation by experts, One-to-one evaluation by Learners, Small Group Evaluation, and Field Trial by making a blue print of each formative evaluation activity. Keywords: Dick and Carey Development Model, Formative Evaluation, Blue Print, Summative evaluation
