In the current millennial era, many young Muslim generations are exposed to the millennial effect, which has an impact on emerging behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe an integrated approach as an alternative medium for Islamic education innovation. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interview. The data were analyzed using Miles Huberman and Saldana's stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the integrated approach implemented at SMP IT Salman Al-Farizi Yogyakarta was able to be an alternative media for Islamic education innovation in the millennial era. This integrated approach makes the Islamic faith as its foundation, it also enables teachers to create students who have Islamic personalities, smart, and skillful in mastering science and technology.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan proses perumusan visi dan misi sekolah; (2) mendeskripsikan strategi yang dibuat sekolah dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi; (3) mendeskripsikan gambaran ketercapaian dari visi yang telah dibuat sekolah; (4) mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi sekolah dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi selama ini; dan (5) menemukan strategi yang efektif dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi yang telah dirumuskan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Data dianalisis melalui proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) proses perumusan visi dan misi sekolah dilakukan melalui rapat internal yang dibuat oleh kepala sekolah dengan memperhatikan visi lembaga di atas sekolah, nilai-nilai dalam masyarakat, dan relevansi dengan perkembangan zaman; (2) strategi yang dibuat ketiga sekolah memang sedikit berbeda-beda namun pada dasarnya dapat dianalisis dengan dimensi proses, konten, dan konteks; (3) visi ketiga sekolah dapat dikatakan belum tercapai karena beberapa unsur yang ada di dalam visi belum sepenuhnya terwujud; (4) sumber daya manusia, pendanaan, metode, sarana prasarana, kepemimpinan sekolah, dan komunikasi mempengaruhi ketercapaian dari visi dan misi sekolah; dan (5) strategi yang efektif dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan cara membangun harapan individu menjadi visi bersama, membuat prioritas pembangunan dengan indikator ketercapaiannya, membangun motivasi berprestasi, meningkatkan partisipasi orang tua, dan membangun kemitraan dengan berbagai pihak. Kata kunci: strategi mewujudkan visi dan misi STRATEGIES IN ACTUALIZING VISION AND MISSION SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL IN DISTRICT KASIHAN, BANTUL Abstract This study aims to: (1) describe the formulation of schools’ vision and missions; (2) describe the schools’ strategies to actualize the vision and mission; (3) describe the illustration of vision and missions achievement formulated by schools; (4) identify factors that affect the schools in actualizing their visions and missions; and (5) find an effective strategy to actualize the vision and mission. The study used a qualitative approach with the type of phenomenology. Data were analyzed through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Results of the study: (1) the process formulation of schools’ vision and missions was done by internal meeting conducted by the headmaster by considering higher institution’s vision, values in society, and relevance of current development (2) strategies designed by those three schools are little bit different and can be basically analyzed with the dimension of process, content, and context (3) the schools’ visions were said to be not yet achieved since some elements/components of vision and mission have not been completed (4) human’s resource, funding, methods, facility and infrastructure, leadership in school, and communication affect the actualization of schools’ visions and missions, and (5) effective strategy to actualize vision and missions of schools can be done by uniting individual expectation into shared vision, creating development priority along with its achievement indicator, building achievement motivation, increasing parent’s participation, and building partnership with any stakeholders. This thesis attempts to review how the Young People of Tattoo Alley interpret tattoos and social movements carried out to fight stigma. The process of extracting data is done through a qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation. The research location is in Tattoo Alley, Kemantren Village, Malang Regency. The process of data analysis is done through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was examined using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: First, there are two types of meaning of tattoos that are distinguished by phase, namely the first phase of meaning of tattoos tends to be negative, while the second phase of tattoos is more positively interpreted. Second, forms of social movements undertaken by Tattoo Alley Young People to fight stigma and discrimination include: conducting tutoring, training in mask craft, training in traditional musical instruments, and implementing teaching programs conducted by thugs.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

This study aimed to find out a depiction of school policies in the implementation of students’ disciplinary character at SDN 77 of Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative approach, and the subjects were Islamic education teachers, classroom teachers, and the school principal. Subsequently, the data collection techniques of this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis adopted Miles’ et al theory comprised of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study concluded that the application of disciplinary character education was integrated into subjects in accordance with the materials and objectives to be achieved and resting upon the school culture including class culture. Class culture referred to the culture associated with the application of disciplinary character education and responsibility as seen from the activities commonly carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom.

This study discusses how the implementation of Islamic guidance for converts at the Indonesian Branch of Muallaf Center (MCI) Lampung Branch. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of Islamic religious guidance for converts at the Indonesian branch of the Muslim Center (MCI) Lampung. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach and analytical nature. The technical analysis of the data used in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. There are 5 stages of the implementation of Islamic guidance, namely, case identification, diagnosis, prognosis and evaluation. At the therapy stage or the implementation of assistance there are 3 steps: opening, opening and preparation. Activities, while the Islamic guidance activities carried out include the delivery of material, prayer practice, guidance on reciting and learning to read hijaiyah letters, lectures, and ongoing guidance. And the last is evaluation, evaluating and follow-up given in the next week. From the implementation of Islamic guidance that has been carried out obtained positive results on converts who previously did not understand the prayer readings and sequences in prayer, can perform prayers properly and correctly, who previously could not distinguish and read hijaiyyah letters to understand how to read them.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran budaya literasi dalam pembentukan karakter religius anak di Kampoeng Batja Patrang Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis interaktuf model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensai data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data yang diperoleh, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Karakter membaca yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter membaca reseptif, reflektif, skimming dan scanning (2) Budaya literasi di Kampoeng Batjadapat membentuk karakter menulis cerita, menulis ayat-ayat Al-quran, menulis kaligrafi, menulis sinopsis, menulis pantun, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan bernuansa keagamaan (3) Karakter berbicara yang terbentuk melaui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan di Kampoeng Batjaadalah karakter berbicara di depan publik dan berbicara interpersonal.  Kata Kunci: budaya literasi, karakter religius The purpose of this study is to describe the role of literacy culture in the creation of the child's religious character in kampoeng batja patrang jember. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of phenomenon. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses miles's and huberman and saldana analysis for data collection, data condenser, data presentation, deduction/verification. To test the validity of the acquired data, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The study is (1) the character reading through the literated cultures already applied in kampoeng batjais the character of prescriptive, reflective, skimming and scanning (2) of the literated cultures in the kampoeng batjadat forming the character of storywriting, writing of the quran, writing calligraphy, writing synopsis, poetry, The activity was carried out in a religious (3) speaking character through literacy cultures already adopted in kampoeng batjais a public speaking and interpersonal speech.

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi widyaiswara melalui pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif dengan proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain  keterampilan dosen dalam menulis KTI sudah cukup, walaupun ada beberapa aspek yang harus ditingkatkan. Beberapa kendala Widyaiswari dalam menyusun KTI terkait dengan peluang, penelitian pustaka, fasilitas pendukung yang terbatas dan motivasi yang kurang. Beberapa upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam penyiapan KTI adalah melalui pelatihan pelatih, pelatihan, mengikuti webinar, bengkel kerja, memperbanyak literasi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, dan mengikuti kegiatan tutorial di YouTube. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of widyaiswara's competence through scientific writing training. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation study. Technique validity of data using source and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study include the skills of lecturers in writing KTI which are sufficient, although there are several aspects that must be improved. Some of Widyaiswari's obstacles in preparing KTI are related to opportunities, literature research, limited supporting facilities and lack of motivation. Some of the efforts made to improve skills in KTI preparation are through trainer training, training, attending webinars, workshops, increasing literacy of previous research results, and participating in tutorial activities on YouTube.

This study aimed at finding out Islamic education values embedded in the tradition of Merti Deso in Suku Menanti Village, Sindang Jati District, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study encompassed observation and interviews conducted periodically. After the data were collected, the data were further analyzed by means of Miles, Haberman, and Saldana’s version of stages, namely data selection, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study concluded that the Islamic education values embedded in the tradition of Merti Deso were religious and spiritual values, muamalah/social values, and economic values.

After the enactment of regional autonomy, transparency and accountability have become veryimportant issues in the Regional Financial Management, including Village AdministrationFinancial Management. This research is meant to find out how far the implementation oftransparency and accountability principles of village administration in managing the VillageBudget (APBDes) at Desa Sukosari Lor, Kecamatan Sukosari, Kabupaten Bondowoso throughPlanning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting, and Accountability. The research methodused is descriptive with qualitative approach. The resource persons in this study include Headof Desa Sukosari Lor, other apparatus at Desa Sukosari Lor, Chairman and secretary of BPD(Village Consultative Board) in Sukosari Lor, Chairman of Village Community EmpowermentInstitution (LPMD), Head of Family Welfare Development (PKK) in Sukosari Lor and theresidents of Sukosari Lor as the target for various programs. Data collection techniques used arein the form of observation, interview, and documentation analysis. Data analysis is performedwith data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data testing, and making conclusion. Theresearch findings indicate that the Village Head in Desa Sukosari Lor, Kecamatan Sukosari,Kabupaten Bondowoso has implemented the principles of transparency and accountability in themanagement of 2016 budget. In general, transparency and accountability in Desa Sukosari Lor,Kecamatan Sukosari, Kabupaten Bondowoso has been running well. However, there are someproblems that still have to be fixed.
