<p><em>Hi Gadget Store is an electronics store that provides gadgets which requires an expansion on sales and promotion of its products for customer inside and outside Batam. Hi Gadget Store is still using Banner for its promotion and the recording transaction are still manual so it is likely to make a mistake and a data loss. At the time, the way of purchase at Hi Gadget Store are the customer directly came into the store to see and ordering products that are provided by the store. By developing a web-based sales information system on the Hi Gadget Store, it would help the store and the customer on making transactions and helps the store to promote the store’s products over the internet. The system is using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) for the method development and CMS (Content Management Software) called Opencart for the web-based system. The results of web-based sales information system research could be implemented and be a good use for the store on promoting its product and easily making transactions to the customers</em>.</p>

ABSTRAK Kopi Trabas merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan kopi yang masih memerlukan adanya perluasan wilayah dalam penjualan dan pemasaran produk yang disediakan baik untuk pelanggan didalam kota Bengkulu maupun diluar Bengkulu. Untuk promosi produk yang dijual pada Kopi Trabas saat ini hanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan Banner dan pencatatan transaksi pada toko ini juga masih bersifat manual sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan juga memungkinkan adanya kehilangan data. Pada saat ini cara pembelian pada toko Kopi Trabas adalah pelanggan secara langsung ke toko untuk melihat dan memesan produk yang disediakan. Dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis webs pada Kopi Trabas maka dapat membantu toko dan pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli, juga dapat membantu perusahaan mempromosikan produk melalui internet. Metode perancangan menggunakan pemodelan DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perancangan sistem penjualan berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh pemilik guna mempromosikan produk dan melakukan transaksi jual beli secara mudah kepada pelanggan dan online. Kata Kunci: Sistem Penjualan berbasis web, DFD (Data Flow Diagram.ABSRACT Kopi Trabas is an store that provides gadgets which requires an expansion on sales and promotion of its products for customer inside and outside Bengkulu. <p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Perkembangan teknologi pada era globalisasi ini menjadikan teknologi sebagai pilar penting dalam membantu kegiatan oprasional suatu organisasi atau instansi guna untuk mencapai tujuan yang diingikan oleh instansi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu bagian penting yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mengolah berbagai data menjadi sebuah informasi yang dapat berguna bagi orang yang memerlukannya. SMP Widya Sakti merupakan sebuah instansi yang yang sudah berdiri sejak 24 maret 1978 sampai saat ini. Dimana pada instansi ini sudah menggunakan teknologi  sebagai pembantu pengolahan data keuangan dan dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan yang selalu dilaporkan setiap bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis Web. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Waterfall. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas dirancang menggunakan database MySQL dan bahasa Pemograman </em><em>Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) sedangkan untuk pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing.Aliran data dan rancangan sistem menggunakan </em><em>Data Flow Diagram ( DFD) sedangkan perancangan table pada basis data menggunakan </em><em>Entity Realationship Diagram (ERD) dengan adannya pengembangan sistem penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis Web ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengembangkan teknologi informasi yang dulunya masih dilakukan secara komputerisasi dan sekarang di kembangkan dalam sebuah program. Selain itu dengan adanya sistem ini, perasalahan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan dapat di atasi dengan mudah Pada SMP Widya Sakti.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Revenue and Expense Information System</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p><em>The development of technology in this era of globalization makes technology an important pillar in helping operational activities of an organization or agency in order to achieve the desired goals of the agency. The development of information technology is one important part that can help a person in processing various data into an information that can be useful for people who need it. Widya Sakti Middle School is an institution that has been established since 24 March 1978 until now. Where in this agency has used technology as a financial data processing assistant and can produce a report that is always reported every month. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-based cash receipt and expenditure information system. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The method in developing this application uses the Waterfall Method. Development of Cash Revenue and Expenditure Information System is designed using MySQL database and Hypertext Preprocessor Programming (PHP) while for system testing uses black box testing. Data flow and system design uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) while the table design in the database uses Entity Realationship Diagrams (ERD) with the development of Web-based cash receipts and disbursements systems is expected to help develop information technology that was previously still being computerized and is now being developed in a program. In addition, with this system, problems in making financial reports can be easily overcome in Widya Sakti Middle School.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Sistem Informasi Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran </em>

XYZ Company in the process of delivering receivable payable information is done by the way, the Director came directly to the company to know the due date receivable payable still using the manual system by admin seeing the accounts payable one by one. As a result, the information of due date receivable payables is less quickly submitted to the owner of the company.  The puspose of designing and building a system of receivable payable information on Batik Rahmawati  Company is, that the system expected would provide quickly and correctly information to the company. In this research, the researcher proposed the use of web-based accountspayable information system to provide receivable payable information to owner and the due date of receivable payable information of the accounts payable to the supplier or customer. The system that has been used is developed to computerize based (towards computerization) by using online web and using the waterfall development system method and by using designtools DFD ( Data Flow Diagram ). The testing is done by using Black box test which gives result that the web run as expected. The testing user who gives result agrees thet the system of the receivable payable information is feasiable and could help the user knowing the amount of the due date receivable payable. The conclusion  of we-based receivable payable system is, that application could facilitate easilythe owner, suppliers, costomers of XYZ Company to know the receivable payable.

Cooperation as one of the driving wheels of the economy also require technology in the implementation of their operations. The application of the information system to the cooperation will affect the cooperative's performance. The Tani Makmur Cooperation in Klaten is a cooperative that helps farmers in managing rice fields, but does not yet have a web-based system that can integrate the required information. In this study, a web-based information system was designed that can be used as data storage, using a waterfall model. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The resulting information system consists of the menu Master Data, Transactions, Reports, Settings, Graphics, Backups, and Help. Cooperation members can carry out storage, borrowing and installment transactions through the Transaction menu. The cooperation admin can view all transactions through the Reports menu. The resulting web-based information system can be used to store cooperation data, thereby expediting and accelerating the transaction process for Koperasi Tani Makmur customers and also reducing the risk of data loss..

Harris Hotel Denpasar is one of the 4-star hotels in Denpasar City which has a large value and number of assets, however the asset recording process is still conventionally using microsoft office excel software. This has become a problem that inflicted the burdensome to conduct the data search and distribute it to the related user. In this study, a web-based management information system is advanced using the waterfall model type of development system starting from the first stage namely the analysis stage and specification stage until the last stage namely the operation and maintenance stage. The system information is depicted using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) starting from the Flowmap of the designed system, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram Level 0 and Data Flow Diagram Level 1 along with the data base design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is implemented using the PHP native programming language, MySQL database and template Framework Bootstrap. It has the asset inventory of data management features, including data replenishments, data updates, listing of damaged goods, recording log activities, print reports and view the statistics. The assessment of the web-based information system of the asset inventory in Harris Hotel Denpasar is done using the Blackbox Testing Method. The result of this study is a web-based asset inventory information system that handles the company's asset management process at Harris Hotel Denpasar which consist of features such as the data additions, data updates, eliminating/reducting the asset request, recording of the damaged goods, recording of the activity log, printing reports into the spreadsheet and being able to display the asset of each department statistically.

Previous research shows that selecting an appropriate theory or model has always remained a critical task for IS researchers. To the best of the authors' knowledge, there are few papers that review and compare the acceptance theories and models at the individual level. Hence, this article aims to overcome this problem by providing a critical review of eight of the most influential theories that have been used to predict and explain human behaviour towards adoption of various technologies at the individual level. This article also summarizes their evolution; highlight the key constructs, extensions, strengths, and criticisms from a selective list of published articles appeared in the literature related to IS. This review provides a holistic picture for future researchers in selecting appropriate single/multiple theoretical models/constructs based on their strengths and weaknesses and in terms of predictive power and path significance. It is concluded that a well-established theory should consider the personal, social, cultural, technological, organizational and environmental factors

PurposeAs information systems (IS) phenomena continue to emerge and evolve in our ever-changing economic and social contexts, researchers need to increase their focus on time in order to enrich our theories. The purpose of this paper is to present broad suggestions for IS researchers about how they can direct some of their research efforts to consider, conceptualize and incorporate time into research endeavors and how they might be mindful about considering and specifying time-related scope conditions of their research efforts.Design/methodology/approachThe authors synthesize empirical studies and discuss three distinct yet related frameworks of time and the benefits they can provide. The authors choose two research streams that reflect dynamic economic and social contexts – namely, enterprise systems and social networks – to illustrate how time and frameworks of time can be leveraged in our theory development and research design.FindingsThe authors demonstrate that limited research in IS has incorporated a rich conceptualization and/or discussion of time. The authors build on this gap to highlight guidelines that researchers can adopt to enrich their view of time.Originality/valueGiven the dynamic nature of IS phenomena and the increased availability of longitudinal data, the authors’ suggestions aim to urge and guide IS researchers about ways in which they can incorporate time into their theory and study designs.
