Staffing information system (Simpeg) as an information provider of election Officers Work Medal Awardees Satya Lencana In RRI Palangkaraya aims to be a place of useful information provider for submission of award Satya lencana karya satya so that it could be effective, efficient, and accurate by simplifying the existing system. By having this website is expected to handle the process of logging employees so that it can help in the process of registration of a Nobel Prize Medal work of satya. Methodology in the making of this website using the method waterfall, waterfall method which consists of several parts or stages – stages, namely analysis, design, coding and testing. This methodology was chosen because every step of the development of this website is structured, and clearly documented. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as a database. At this stage of testing this website using black box testing. Black-Box Testing to focus on the functional specifications of the program. After doing the testing, can be seen the result of this site that this website can perform its function, namely to manage data, time data family history, history of education, employment, lencan setya, data filing SKP, and PKP

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

The development of Internet technology is widely used for positive things in helping human work, one of which facilitates communication between humans. In this case, CV. Unomax Indonesia is still relying on human as an online customer service to respond to inquiries from customers. As customers grow, it is less effective for customers who want to get quick reply information without time constraints. This study aims to create a web-based information system in the form of chatbot application that can be used by CV. Unomax Indonesia to respond to customer inquiries quickly. The method used is the prototype method as a modeling tool. This application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the built chatbot application is based on test results using black box testing, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer each question quickly as expected.

Graduation is an inauguration event for students who have completed their studies at university. This event was attended by many people in the room. The Covid-19 pandemic requires us to adapt to being new normal, as well as graduation events. Events cannot be held as usual because everyone must follow health protocols, such as maintaining distance between people and not gathering indoors. Online graduation can be a solution, but in-person graduation is more expected by students and parents. The purpose of this study is to implement a QR Code-based information system to prevent indoor crowds and manage graduation queues. The method used in building the system is a prototype model with stages, namely analyzing data, designing the system using UML diagrams, coding using the PHP Native programming language and testing using Black Box Testing. The result of this research is a web-based application that can read QR Code from students. The test results show that the application created can be a solution in holding graduation directly during the adaptation period of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic.

There is no periodic scheduling of Air Conditioner (AC) maintenance, which stems from the lack of recording on the maintenance card and maintenance book, resulting in a lot of AC damage that propagates from one component to component until finally the AC cannot function completely. A system is needed to provide information that will remind the time of maintenance as the first step in optimizing the life of the air conditioner. The purpose of this study is to build an information system of maintenance-reminder, so that the air conditioner used is maintained according to a predetermined schedule. The method used to build this system is a waterfall with five steps, namely: analysis, design, implementation, and testing. To Test the system that has been made, in this study using black box-testing by checking every part of each system. Our findings are to produce a standardized maintenance reminder system. The test results show that all components in the system are functioning properly, so it is easier for users to know which air conditioners need maintenance. With this system, it can maximize the maintenance function to optimize service life.

At the BP3TKI Jakarta office, there are still some problems in processing incoming and outgoing letters including frequent double numbering errors in incoming and outgoing letters, relating to storage in this case archiving is only in the form of storing hardcopy documents which results in lost letters and a lot of use of paper so spend more in terms of company operations. So it was designed a Letter Filing Management Information System in Jakarta BP3TKI. In building a Letter Filing Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta using Vb.Net with visual studio 2010 software as a programming language and display design. MySQL as a database. This system development uses UML (Unfied Modeling Language) tools as an analysis of the running system. The research methodology uses a waterfall, with stages of analysis, design, manufacture, coding, testing. This study produces a Letter Archive Management Information System in BP3TKI Jakarta that can facilitate the management of incoming and outgoing mail data, the process of making reports, recording letters, storing letters properly so as to facilitate the search for data. Can change a manual mail archive management into a structured system.

ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. Abstract  —This study aims to develop an information system of data processing of elementary school student grades by applying the waterfall method. Based on the preliminary analysis, there are several obstacles faced by class teachers in collecting student grades for one semester for the management of the final report card grades because all the assessment process documentation is still manual by handwritten and stored in a ledger so that it inhibits the management of final grades. The system development method used is the waterfall model which consists of several stages including analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of the study it was found that the manual method was burdensome and took a long time. Information system test results conducted by the blackbox method and based on the percentage value of the results of this black box test get a percentage value of 100% valid, and testing directly by the Class Teacher with quite satisfied resultsKeyword — system, information, grade, waterfallAbstrak  — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa sekolah dasar dengan menerapkan metode waterfall. Berdasarkan analisis pendahuluan terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru kelas dalam mengumpulkan nilai-nilai siswa selama satu semester untuk pengelolaan nilai akhir raport dikarenakan semua proses dokumentasi penilaian masih manual dengan cara ditulis tangan dan disimpan pada buku besar sehingga menghambat pengelolaan nilai akhir. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya analysis, design, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Beradsarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dengan cara manual memberatkan dan memakan waktu cukup lama. Hasil pengujian sistem informasi yang dilakukan dengan metode blackbox dan berdasarkan nilai presentase dari hasil pengujian black box ini mendapatkan nilai Presentase sebanyak 100% valid, dan pengujian secara langsung oleh Guru Kelas dengan hasil cukup puasKata Kunci— sistem, informasi, nilai, waterfall

In sidoarjo area more and more badminton court rental with quality standards that make fans play badminton more and more. in booking badminton courts still use a manual system. Then it takes innovation in technology to help in booking badminton courts. In the creation of the application using waterfall method so that the creation of the application can be completed according to the planning so as to produce the appropriate application. Implementation of the results of the study using android studio software using java programming language and using firebase database as data storage in the application in realtime. Badminton court booking application based on android can provide user convenience in booking badminton court does not have to come to the field. The application has been tested using the black box testing method on all features of the application shows a percentage of 100% so that arguably the application runs well. Similarly, can be seen in the test using the likert scale questionnaire method for UAT results get a result of 85%.
