This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the directorate general of rural area development, determine the effect of motivation and leadership on job satisfaction at the directorate general of rural area development, determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the directorate general of rural area development, and determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the directorate general of rural area development, knowing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the directorate general for rural area development, knowing the effect of motivation on employee performance at the directorate general for rural area development through job satisfaction, knowing leadership on employee performance at the directorate general for regional development rural areas through job satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of the directorate general of rural area development at the ministry of villages, development of disadvantaged areas, and transmigration. The data collection technique used a saturated sample involving 163 civil servants at the directorate general of rural area development and then analysis using path analysis. The results of this study indicate the findings: first, motivation and leadership affect employee performance; both motivation and leadership affect job satisfaction; the three motivations affect employee performance; the fourth leadership affects employee performance; fifth, job satisfaction affects employee performance; the six motivations have a more significant direct influence on employee performance, so it can be said that the job satisfaction variable is not intervening; The seven leaderships have a more significant influence on employee performance, so it can be said that the job satisfaction variable is not intervening.

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

Fulfill all needs or desires in the employee, it will create a feeling of satisfaction, and employees with high levels of satisfaction will experience an increase in performance. Based on this matter, this study aims, (1) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, (3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) To determine the effect work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data collection technique of this study was a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study was employees of PT. PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), eastern Lampung region with a total of 96 people. While the data analysis uses regression analysis and phat path. The results of this study are, (1) Motivating Work Influence on Employee Performance, (2) Motivating Influential Work Against Job Satisfaction, (3) Influential Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (4) Job Satisfaction Role as Intervening Variables Between Work Motivation and Performance Employees (5) Work motivation influences employee performance directly, but work motivation will have greater influence on employee performance if first through or added to job satisfaction. These Research Results Can Become Input For PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), as material for consideration to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of PT ISS Teluk Sirih cleaning service employees, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection methods consist of field research and library research. The data collection technique used in this research is to use a questionnaire, which is a data collection technique that is done by giving a set of questions to the employees of PT. ISS Teluk Sirih. The population in this study were all employees of the cleaning service PT. ISS Teluk Sirih as many as 47 people. The number of samples from the population above was drawn using the total sampling method. The results showed 1) work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance 2) job satisfaction satisfaction had a significant effect on cleaning service employee performance 3) work discipline had a significant effect on cleaning service employee performance.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance with OCB as the intervening variable. In this study the data collection technique was questionnaire in which the respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. Based on descriptive analysis, the results conclude that the level of job satisfaction is high, organizational commitment is high, OCB is very high, and employee performance is also very high. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment respectively have positive and significant effect on OCB. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment also respectively have positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant effect on performance with OCB as the intervening variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is a survey research using explanatory research type. The sample used was 106 respondents from the Pasuruan Pratama Tax Service Office. The sample in this study is the same as the population of data collection by means of a census. Statistical analysis used is Path Analysis approach. Calculation of the estimated values of the parameters is carried out with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that: i) Organizational culture directly has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; ii) the work environment has no direct influence on job satisfaction; iii) Organizational culture directly has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; iv) work environment has no direct influence on employee performance v) job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; vi) organizational culture indirectly has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction; (vii) the work environment does not indirectly have an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.Effectiveness while the remaining 35.1% is influential with other factors not examined by the authors in this study.

Jhony Legian Hotel as a research location with 58 respondents selected as samples using saturated sample selection techniques. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study have implications for the hotel jhony regarding the importance of compensation, organizational culture, career development and job satisfaction can improve the work performance of Jhony Legian Hotel employees. Regarding the limitations of the study between other factors that affect the work performance of researchers in this study only consisted of compensation, organizational culture, career development and job satisfaction, while other factors that affect employee performance. There is a second limitation because this study uses a questionnaire, the answers given by respondents do not determine the truth. The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Background/Aim. Motivated and job satisfied health professionals represent a basis of success of modern health institutions. The aim of this study was to investigate whether there was a difference in work motivation and job satisfaction between health workers in urban and rural areas in the region of Central Serbia. Methods. The study included 396 health professionals from urban setting, and 436 from a rural area, employed in four randomly selected health facilities. An anonymous questionnaire was used for data gathering. Statistical analysis was performed using ?2, Student t-test, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and logistic regression analysis. Results. Urban health professionals were significantly more motivated and job satisfied than respondents from rural area. In relation to work motivation factors and job satisfaction of health professionals in urban and rural areas, there were no significant differences in working conditions and current equipment, and in terms of job satisfaction there were no significant differences in relation to income either. Conclusion. In order to increase the level of work motivation and job satisfaction of health workers in rural areas, apart from better income, they should get more assistance and support from their supervisors, and awards for good job performance; interpersonal relationships, promotion and advancement opportunities, managerial performance and cooperation at work should be improved; employment security should be provided, as well as more independence at work, with professional supervision of health workers.

This study was conducted at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, as obtained related data the performance of employees who experience fluctuations, so factors that will affect the performance of PND employees will be investigated, namely leadership and organizational climate mediated by job satisfaction. The study population was all permanent employees at the 32nd Denpasar National Polytechnic. The sampling method uses the census method or saturated sample, so the number of respondents is 32 people. Based on the results of research and related discussions can be concluded: Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, organizational climate  positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the National Polytechnic Denpasar, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the National Polytechnic Denpasar, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar National Polytechnic, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the Denpasar National Polytechnic. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Denpasar National Polytechnic
