<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).</em>

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. This research aim is to know the influence which is significant from work environment variable to employees performance at PT Mitra Global holiday, Jimbaran Bali. Respondents were all employees which is total amount to 52 respondents and the sampling tehnique using purposive sampling, such as sampling technique with specific consideration. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative which we derived from the premiere and secondary data. The method used to gather the information were interviews, library, research questionary and observation. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis, likert scale, correlation, determination, regression and t-test analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, its clear that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is equal to 0,804. It is mean that there’s be strong relationship influence between work environment of employees performances at PT Mitra Global Holiday Jimbaran Bali. The more conducive of work environment the better the performance of employees. Mean while, from the determination method of 64,4 percent stated that the work environment has the effect of 64.6 percent and the remaining 35,4 percent were caused by other factors. According to regretion analysis the result have t-count 9,559 > t-table 2,40 states that the influence of work environment have relation with enthusiasm of employees at PT Mitra Global Holiday, Jimbaran- Bali.

This study aims to determine whether work motivation, work environment, and work stress affect the performance of employees of UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi. The population in this study used all employees at UMKM Arumanis Haji Ardi, totaling 80 employees. The sampling method is a non-probability sample with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula, data collection is done through a questionnaire and get the results of 64 respondents as a sample. The results in this study indicate that; (1) Work motivation has no partial effect on employee performance, (2) Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance, (3) Work Stress has a partial effect on employee performance, (4) Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Stress have an effect simultaneously.

The productivity of employee performance can be determined by the conditions of the work environment. This of course will affect the success of the agency in determining its goals. The research objective was to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of the employees of Abdurachman Saleh University (Unars). Quantitative research methods with a population of 66 UNARS employees and saturated sampling technique so that the sample is also 66 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed using t test, determinant test and simple regression model using SPSS 22. The results showed a simple regression model Y = -2.7596 + 0.622X. Work environment (X) has a significant effect on the performance of UNARS employees. The contribution of the work environment to employee performance is 38.7%, which means that there is a significant influence relationsh

This research is a field research which is sampling study. The sample is taken from by using porpusive sampling technique as many as 50 people with sample distribution as many as 10 people from 5 districts in Banjarmasin. Data collection technique is done by conducting interviews to the respondents, which then analysis is done qualitatively. From the results of the study note that from 50 respondents who are the authors carefully, then their perceptions can be categorized in two groups of opinions. The first group consists of 38 respondents who argue that broadcasting Islamic da'wah through private television in the city of Banjarmasin is a new pattern in Islamic da'wah. Because most da'wah in the past done only by using simple media, ie through direct meeting or assembly taklim. So someone who wants to follow an Islamic da'wah activities should come to the place of da'wah. This second group consists of 12 respondents who argue that broadcasting Islamic da'wah through private television in Banjarmasin City is a new pattern in da'wah Islamiyah, in the local context. But not enough, and need to be upgraded in the packaging or form of lecture, which is more compressed on the interactive form. The reason of the first group that the da'wah through media tekevisi broadcast by private television in the city of Banjarmasin, shows dakwah in Banjarmasin is a significant increase. According to this first group, private television programs broadcasting propagation programs such as TV Ambassador and Banjar TV are good enough, because the material of dakwah is quite varied, such as ketauhidan, Islamic law, and morals. Then there is also a commentary of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. but according to this second group, the da'wah broadcast by private television in Banjarmasin city is good enough, but still need to be improved again its dakwah program. Like more interactive dialogue compared to da'wah in the form of non-interactive religious lectures.

This assessment intends to see the influence of vertical communication and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The study used three variables, namely vertical communication, work environment and job satisfaction. This assessment is a descriptive quantitative research. There is a population of 79 teachers in this study, with sampling using a total sampling technique. Then obtained a sample of 79 teachers. The data collection technique used a research questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to see which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. which component had the most dominant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The acquisition of this study obtained: 1) vertical communication has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 2) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang as seen from the sig value. 0.000 <0.05. 3) vertical communication and work environment together have  a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Padang seen from the sig value . 0.000 <0.05.Keywords : komunikasi vertikal, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. <p><em>The work environment is one of the factors that can affect employee performance. A harmonious relationship between employees and superiors, colleagues, and subordinates can have a positive impact on these employees. This also affects the performance which tends to be good. This study aims to measure how the work environment affects employee performance. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature studies where the data used is secondary data which is the result of research from previous researchers. The references used in this study are 10 scientific papers which will be reviewed again to provide an overview of the effect of the workplace on employee performance. Based on a literature study that has been conducted, it shows that the work environment, both physical and non-physical, has a partial and also simultaneous influence on employee performance.</em></p>

Nowadays, families have a pet that represents a part of the love and affection they can give to others, but having this new member implies being responsible regarding its care and feeding, among other aspects. For the owners of a pet it can pose a serious inconvenience, for they need to be very tidy, attentive and comply with the schedules of feeding it. Derived from the above, this research consists of evaluating the feasibility of producing and selling a dog food dispenser that is automatic, programmable and remotely controlled in Nanchital, Veracruz. For this purpose, we conducted a quantitative field research of a descriptive nature with cross section, for it was carried out during a certain period of time. The sample was obtained by consulting an online calculator on the Survey Monkey website with a population of 26,070 people, 5% error and 95% confidence level, obtaining a sample of 379 people to be surveyed. (Survey Monkey, 2019). The sampling technique will be randomized, with respondents chosen completely at random.The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument consisted of a 15-question questionnaire. This questionnaire contains multiple choice questions, a Likert scale that allowed us to determine that the production and sale of this dispenser is viable, since most people work and have no way of feeding their pets in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi intrinsik terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada karyawan Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta dan dipersempit dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin menjadi 46 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, survei langsung, dan skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan skala  Likert. Hasil menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, kompensasi tidak ada pengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan sedangkan motivasi intrinsik ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, kompensasi motivasi intrinsik, loyalitas karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the work environment, compensation, intrinsic motivation on employee loyalty to employees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta. The population in this study were 100 employees of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta and narrowed it down by using the Slovin formula to 46 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, direct survey, and the measurement scale used in this study was a Likert scale. The results show that there is no influence between work environment on employee loyalty, compensation has no effect on employee loyalty, while intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: work environment, intrinsic motivation compensation, employee loyalty
