A correlational study to find out the relationship between the independent variables (psychological resources and gaudiebility) and the dependent variables (academic performance, stress, and risk behaviors) is developed and a Structural Equation Model (SEM) is proposed.

Family relations, parents’ educational practices, and Angolan adolescents’ values Abstract: The purpose of this study was three-fold. First, to analyze psychometric properties of the instruments used to evaluate the perceived Family relations, Familiar socialization and Angolan adolescents’ Values. Second, to predict the adolescents’ Values based on Family relations and Family socialization. Third, to analyze adolescents’ Values sex differences. For this aim, 917 adolescents (384 males, 533 females) ages 14 to 17 years (M = 15.68; SD = 1.06) completed Portuguese translations of the Family relations, Family socialization and Value questionnaires. When psychometric properties of the instruments were assessed, a Structural Equation Model (SEM) controlling for sex was carried out, with Family relations and Family socialization as independent variables, and adolescents’ Values as dependent variables. Results showed acceptable psychometric properties of the Portuguese versions of the instruments. Related to the SEM, Familiar functioning predicted Achievement, Universalism, Security and Conformity; Parents’ Support predicted Benevolence and Conformity; Family difficulties were negatively related with Achievement and Conformity; and Punishment/coercion were negatively related with Achievement, Benevolence and Conformity. The sex variable only differentiated two adolescents’ values. Boys assigned priority to Universalism and girls assigned priority to Conformity. These findings are discussed with regard to the implications to adolescents’ socialization.

The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship and influence between Social Media on Brand Attitude that has an impact on Purchase Intention on wedding photography services at PT. Cemara Selamat Sempurna. The population in this study is the people who live in the city of Jakarta. This study uses the Structural Equation Model method to measure the relationship and influence between independent variables with dependent variables. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The results achieved in this study were found an influence of Social Media on Brand Attitude, there is also a simultaneous influence on Social Media and Purchase intention through Brand Attitude at PT. Cemara Selamat Sempurna. But it was found that there was one variable, namely Social Media that did not have a direct influence on Purchase Intention.

We examined the impacts of emotional intelligence and self-leadership on coping with stress, and assessing the mediating roles that positive affect and self-efficacy play in this process. Participants were 575 students at 2 Chinese universities, who completed measures of coping with stress, self-leadership, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and positive affect. The structural equation model analysis results indicated that self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and active coping, as we had predicted. Further, self-leadership had a direct effect on active coping. However, positive affect and self-efficacy did not mediate the relationship between self-leadership and coping with stress. Implications are discussed in terms of theoretical contributions and interventions for coping with stress.

This study aims to examine the relationship between the factors that forming the institutions in Production Forest Management Unit (KPHP) Model Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The analysis used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM is a multivariate analysis were used to analyze the relationship between variables. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling method with 83 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the institutionality is signicantly inuenced by the factors of human resources, institutional variables and linkage.

An important aspect in the budgetsetting process is the tendency for budgeting managers to create budgetary slack. However, there is a limited study investigating the budgetary slack in non-profit oriented organization, such as local government. Therefore, this study address the gap in the literature by investigating the effect of budget participation and trust on budgetary slack. Besides, this study also analys the moderating effect of regulation understanding on the relationship the determinants (budget participation and trust) and budgetary slack. Final sample of this study is seven-eight (78) respondents who represented the lower level manager in organization. Structural equation model (SEM-PLS) is applied. The result show that only one hypothesis is accepted and other are rejected. the significant hypothesis is the effect of trust on budgetary slack. This study has practical and theoritical implication and it discussed in detail.                Keywords : budgetary participations, trust, regulation understanding, budgetary slack
