The article explains the technology for organizing extracurricular activities with students in mathematics and the methodology for their implementation, the general characteristics and benefits of different types of extracurricular activities in developing skills in students.    The purpose of modern education, in accordance with the state educational standard, is to educate a competent graduate, i.e. in creating the conditions for the optimal development of abilities for further self-education and improvement. Achieving this goal is possible when mastering special techniques of educational activity, the basis of which is cognitive activity. In this regard, we need such an organization of training in which children are actively involved in work. Much depends on the teacher: how he organizes the work, and what forms, including non-class work, he offers to children.

The article deals with one of the directions of educational practice — practice-oriented training. In the implementation of practice-oriented training in modern education can help institutions of additional education, because they have a high adaptation to changes in society, quickly respond to individual educational and other needs of children, and most importantly, unlike regulated school education, offer the freedom to choose programs, directions of training, education and development. New requirements for the organization of the educational process in the system of additional education was a prerequisite for the development of a model of formation of universal educational actions on the basis of Children’s Ecological and Biological Center of Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. When creating the model, we took into account that the educational activity of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center is based on a system-activity approach, which will ensure: the formation of readiness for self-development and continuous education, design and construction of the social environment of students in the education system, active educational and cognitive activity of students, construction of the educational process taking into account the individual age, psychological and physiological characteristics of students. The proposed model can be implemented in all institutions of additional education of natural Sciences.

The article presents the testing results of educational module “Individualization and Personalization of Educational Work with Students of Different Types” in pedagogical master program, Teacher education (secondary general education teacher) training direction. The module based on the professional direction, involving the connection of the objectives, content, forms, tools, and educational results with the main educational results according to Federal State Educational standard, as well as the content of different professional activities of future teachers of secondary education, are contained in the professional standards of the teacher. We characterized the structure and content of module subjects, the kinds of master educational activity organization, assessment tools which were used for the module educational outcomes (competencies, job functions and teacher activity) in master students. The article describes the changes and updates that have been made in teaching and guidance documents on the results of the module testing and presents the perspectives of module in master students training.

The relevance of the textbook is determined by the state and public request for an appeal to values as a management category that responds to world challenges that determine the search for identical grounds for the existence of national states, their sovereignty. General methodological principles of reliance on values in building public administration practices are presented. The world historical experience on realization of valuable translations through various niches of public life and communications - formation, the periodic press, TV, the Internet, theater, music, cinema, sports, etc. is analyzed. Great attention is paid to the definition of Russia's fundamental civilizational values. It is proved, with reference to the research of various "scientific schools", the specificity of the Russian valuable model. The connection between the factor of civilizational identity and the state administration of Russia is shown. The disclosed problem of the management of values is considered in the focus of wars and revolutions of a new type, the use of modern technologies of non-force desuverenization. For the first time in the Russian training practice of training political scientists, the task of developing theoretical bases and skills in managing valuable potentials is emphasized and solved. The textbook conforms to requirements of the Federal state educational standard of the higher education of the last generation. The textbook is focused on the students studying in the direction of training of bachelors "Political science" and also can be used within preparation in other social and humanitarian directions "History", "Sociology", "Cultural science", in educational activity and practice of public administration.

The article discusses the problem of the formation of functional literacy of primary schoolchildren as the main learning outcome that meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The article reveals the characteristics of the concept of “functional literacy”, which includes two groups of achievements of a younger student - subject and metasubject. The reader gets acquainted with the widespread pedagogical “mistakes” of the teacher, as well as the difficulties that children face in the learning process. The article discusses the features of building the process of familiarizing elementary schoolchildren with scientific methods of cognition (observation, experience) and their application to obtain new knowledge, solve educational, practical and educational-cognitive problems. This direction of educational activity of schoolchildren implements meta-subject learning outcomes in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education, and also forms the basis of natural-scientific functional literacy among younger schoolchildren.
