Penelitian ini lakukan untuk melihat secara utuh dan apa adanya proses penerapan absensi Finger Print, Seperti apa penerapan absensi Finger Print dalam mendisiplinkan kerja pegawai yang ada di SMP Negeri 1 Ciparay. Tujuan utama dari penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru melalui penerapan absensi Finger Print di SMP Negeri 1 Ciparay Kab. Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Hasil tindakan pada penelitian ini setelah diadakan penerapan mesin absensi Finger Print sebagai pencatat kehadiran, sebanyak 10 orang guru 23,81% terlambat datang ke sekolah kurang dari 15 menit, sebanyak 6 orang guru 14,29% terlambat datang ke sekolah antara 15 sampai dengan 30 menit, sebanyak 26 orang guru 61,90% datang ke sekolah tepat waktu atau sebelum melewati waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah, dan tidak ada guru yang terlambat datang kesekolah lebih dari 30 menit. Kemudian hasil rekapitulasi kepulangan guru dari sekolah diperoleh data, 16 orang guru 38,10% guru pulang tepat waktu, 21 orang guru 50% pulang cepat kurang dari 15 menit, 5 orang guru 11,90% pulang cepat antara 15 sampai dengan 30 menit, dan tidak ada guru yang pulang cepat lebih dari 30 menit. Dengan demikian Penerapan mesin absensi Finger Print sebagai pencatat kehadiran sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru di SMP Negeri 1 Ciparay.This research was conducted to prove the process of applying Finger Print attendance, how the application of Finger Print attendance in disciplining the work of teachers in Ciparay 1 Junior High School. The main objective of this school action research is to improve teachers discipline through the application of Finger Print absences in Ciparay 1 Junior High School, Bandung District in Academic Year 2019/2020. The research method used is a school action research. The results of the action in this study after the implementation of the Finger Print attendance machine as a attendance recorder, as many as 10 teachers 23.81% were late coming to school less than 15 minutes, as many as 6 teachers 14.29% were late coming to school between 15 to 30 minutes, as many as 26 teachers 61.90% arrive at school on time or before the time determined by the school, and no teacher is coming late to school by more than 30 minutes. Then the recapitulation results of the return of teachers from schools obtained data, 16 teachers 38.10% of teachers left on time, 21 teachers 50% went home less than 15 minutes, 5 teachers 11.90% went home quickly between 15 to 30 minutes, and no teacher returns early more than 30 minutes. Thus the application of the Finger Print attendance machine as a attendance attendant is very effective to improve teacher discipline in Ciparay 1 Junior High School.

This research was conducted to improve students’ achievement on Citizenship Education  through  Talking Stick Instructional Model in Class VII B Muhammadiyah Junior High School Seyegan  academic year of 2015/216. It was Classroom Action Research . Based on result of the study it  can be concluded that the implementation of   Talking Stick Instructional Model  improved  students’ achievement on Citizenship Education.  It  was based upon the results that (1) the procentage of passer grade was increased through entire cycles. The average of the score was 60.64  with 16.12 %  of students succed the defined treshold during pre Cycle, was increased  to 79.68 with 65.62 % of students during cycle I and the average of the score was increased to 96.54 consists of 93.54%. (2) The students’ learning activities were also increased, cycle I was 46.87%   and cycle II became 81.25%. Accordingly, it was recomended that Talking Stick Instructional Model can be used to improve students’ achievement on Citizenship Education.

This class action research aims to find out and prove that the Team Product Method can improve the skills and achievements of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Nusawungu Semester I for the academic year 2015/2016 in learning activities in Art and Culture with material showing appreciative attitudes towards the unique ideas and techniques of art works applied archipelago. This school action research consisted of 2 cycles which were implemented in 2015 and carried out for 6 months. In this school action research the research subjects were students of class VIII D of State Junior High School 1 Nusawungu Semester I of the 2015/2016 Academic Year with a total of 32 students. Actions taken in cycles 1 and 2 are the use of the Team Product method in learning Culture and Art with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the unique ideas and techniques of applied works of the archipelago, with observation sheets for skills and test questions as instruments. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive. Based on theoretical hypotheses and empirical mentions through the use of the Product Team method in learning Cultural Arts with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the uniqueness of ideas and techniques of applied works of the archipelago there is an increase in the skills and learning achievement of students in class VIII D of State Junior High School 1 Nusawungu Semester I Academic Year 2015 / 2016 ie from the average initial condition value only reached 64.78 after taking action using the Team Product method in the first cycle the average value rose to 79.98 or an increase of 23.5%. Whereas in cycle 2 the grade average value increased again to 84.19 or up 5.3% from cycle 1 and 30% from the initial conditions. So both theoretically and empirically through the use of the Product Team method in learning Culture and Art with material displaying an appreciative attitude towards the unique ideas and techniques of archipelago applied art can improve learning skills and achievement from low start conditions to high end conditions.

Polite Javanese language skills of students of class IXF Junior High School 1 Lasem Semester 1 Academic Year 2018/2918 are not optimal. Students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning polite Javanese language are still lacking. It is proven from the result of polite Javanese language skills that have not reached the expected target that was 74, 62. It is also proven by the failure to achieve the average mark of polite Javanese language skills of class IXF Junior High School 1 Lasem based on Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) set by the school that was 80. For the reason, the researcher tried to apply Palu model (Pacelathon Bocah Wolu) in learning activities in an effort to improve polite Javanese language skills. The data sources in this Classroom Action Research are students of class IXF Junior High School 1 Lasem totaling 32 students. This Classroom Action Research aims to find out whether Palu model can improve polite Javanese language skills of students of class IXF Junior High School 1 Lasem or not. This research includes two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data in this research were obtained trough test and non-test instruments. The test instrument is a polite Javanese language skills test. While the non-test instruments include guidelines for observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the research showed that polite Javanese language skills of class IXF Junior High School 1 Lasem had increased. The result is proven from the average of polite Javanese language skill mark at 79,75 in the first cycle, increasing to 86,18 in the second cycle. With an increase of 6,43. Meanwhile, the completeness of students is 50% in the first cycle, increasing 50% in the second cycle, with a percentage of completeness of 100%. This increase was followed by the changes of students’ attitude who were increasingly enthusiastic, active, brave, and expressive in polite Javanese language skills learning taught by Palu model.

This research aimed to describe how picture series medium can increase the students’s writing skill for eighth grade at state junior high school 1 of Bintan. Classroom action research was the research design. The research comprised of two cycles with four meeting in the two cycles. A test was the main data of this research. Twenty students in VIII B at state junior high school 1 of Bintan, in the academic year of 019/2020 was the subject of this research. The outcome appeared there were upgrades in students’ writing skill. It tends to be seen from the outcome of each post-test in the two cycles. Students’ test average in cycle 1 was 63.57. Students’ test average in second cycle was 68.87. It means picture series medium could help students in improving their writing skill.

Abstract: This research was conducted to improve the students’ forehand lob skill. After reviewing some references, the researcher decided to apply part and whole method. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles and done in three meetings. The research subject were the students of VIII E of junior high school 1 Winongan 2014/2015 academic year. There were 37 students consisted of 30 males and 7 females. After the action was applied, the students who were able to show correct practice were as follows; (a) aspect of handgrip 34 (91.8%), (b) aspect of ready attitude 32 (86.4%), (c) aspect of arm attitude 33 (89.1%), (d) aspect of foot attitude 32 (86.7%), (e) aspect of the direction of suttlecock 31 (83.7%). Based on the result of the research, the researcher suggests the teacher to use part and and whole method as the alternativeteaching method in order to improve the students’ forehand lob skill.Keywords: badminton, forehand lob, part and whole methodAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pukulan forehand lob. bulutangkis. Setelah mempelajari beberapa referensi, peneliti memutuskanuntuk menggunakan part and whole method. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan selama 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII E SMPN 1 Winongan Kabupaten Pasuruan sejumlah 37 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 30 peserta didik laki-laki dan 7 peserta didik perempuan. Setelah diterapkannya tindakan, pesertadidik mampu mempraktikkan dengan benar adalah sebagai beriut: (a) aspek pegangan raket 34 (91,8%), (b) aspek sikap siap 32 (86,4%), (c) aspek sikap lengan 33 (89,1%),(d) aspek sikap kaki 32 (86,4%), (e) arah shuttlecock 31 (83,7%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti menyarankan agar part and whole method dapat dijadikansebagai metode pembelajaran alternatif guna meningkatkan pukulan forehand lob bulutangkis.Kata Kunci: bulutangkis, forehand lob, part and whole method.

This aims study is to describe the implementations of both academic supervision and class observation  techniques to enhance of planning and performing learning skill of   Junior High School  6 Tanah Sepenggal Kabupaten Bungo teachers in academic year 2019/2020. This is an action research scool (PTS) study conducted by two cycles in with five person acted as the subject having been determinated based on the result of pracycles observation, observation techniques were  conducted to collect the data and quantitative descriptive analysis were used as data analysis.The study resulted that the implementation of  both academic supervision and class observation techniques enhanced the planning and performing  learning skill of Junior High School 6 Tanah Sepenggal Kabupaten Bungo teaches on odd semester in academic year 2019/2020.

<p><span>Based on class observations, some students in grade 8 of XYZ Junior High School were not contributing actively in an English class. One of the reason was because they were not used to speaking English. This research was aimed at increasing students’ active learning in studying English in the classroom by implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition (CIRC) technique. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) of Kemmis and McTaggart’s, conducted within three cycles. The subjects were four students who were not speaking English actively. The data was collected through questionnaires and mentor’s observation checklist. The result showed that the implementation of the CIRC technique in an English class could increase students’ active learning significantly.</span></p><p><span><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK: </strong>Berdasarkan hasil observasi di VIII SMP XYZ tidak berpartisi aktif saat pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Salah satu alasannya adalah siswa tidak terbiasa menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas VIII SMP dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan teknik Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition (CIRC). Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan McTaggart dengan 3 siklus. The aims of this study to know student vocabulary through drill vocabulary on second grade Elementary school in Sidomukti village, Kebomas Gresik. The participant from Elementary School until Junior high school and the enthusiastic of participant is good around 25-30 in every meeting.  Classroom activity was made fun but still get knowledge through game and material worksheet based on topic. Then drilling  method that is applied in the classroom, students not only listen theory but try to answer question in worksheet. Researcher want to make more relaxed learning atmosphere in every meeting in order to student did not bored, researcher try to guide student from worksheet to increase their  vocabulary. Vocabulary is the one of focus in this learning, their ability in vocabulary is variative because they are from different level Elementary School and Junior High School. Every meeting we try to drill their vocabulary so we hope their vocabulary increase step by step. We try to drill their vocabulary in every meeting to recognize some of vocabulary related with the material and  also try  to make student motivated for answer the question. This research method using pre-test and post-test for retrieve data .The result from this learning is participant happy and enjoy, their vocabulary ability and their vocabulary increase also.
