This study aims to show the positive effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the positive influence of classroom management on learning outcomes, the positive influence of project based learning (PBL) implementation on learning outcomes in Civic Education lessons in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive analysis method that involved the entire population, namely 26 respondents in class VIII SMPS Harvest Christian School Tangerang. Data was collected using a survey method in the form of a closed questionnaire and a test in the form of a rubric. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, with inferential statistics, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS version 3.0. This study shows that (a) learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (b) classroom management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; c) PBL implementation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in Civic Education learning.

Knowing identity in the Christian faith is essential to the life of each believer. Understanding the concept of self is closely related to how a person in his daily dealings with him, with others around him and also shows how he represents God. The result of not knowing or knowing yourself wrong can have a bad impact on yourself, others, the environment, as well as faith in God. Thus, the role of Christian education is highly demanded by both Christian education in the family, church and Christian schools to be able to work well together in order to achieve the inculcation of the concept of self-identity according to the Christian faith in children. It is not easy to realize the concept of self-identity in accordance with the Christian faith in the lives of children in an era that is so influenced by the current developments. Therefore, there is a need for awareness from the parties implementing Christian education to instill the principles and values of living according to the Christian faith as a provision for children in navigating their lives to face the challenges of the times.

The implementation of a scientific approach is something that needs to be studied more deeply in order to create an active and efficient learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of learning plans and the application of the scientific approach by science teachers. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method which is also known as naturalistic research. The result of this study is that the science teacher understands the theoretical scientific approach, and is equipped with a plan in the RPP document which is prepared before the lesson takes place. In the process of applying the scientific approach, it takes a longer time to carry out observations, where the media displayed is limited to the use of simple paper, due to the limited supporting learning media such as LCD projectors, and so on.

Honest behavior is the key to better education. In this case, education seems to turn a deaf ear to various problems related to honest problems. For that we need a solution to minimize it. A strategic solution to overcome these problems is to carry out civic education learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is to apply honest living behavior through civic education learning in elementary schools. In this case, civics education learning in elementary schools is important to be held because it will form a character attitude for students. Meanwhile, this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a literature study on the opinions of the figures and reviewing journals related to the material. The conclusion of this study is that civic education in elementary schools makes students good citizens because the content of the learning materials taught contains the value of character education, one of which is honest behavior.

This research aims at identifying the management of planning, implementation, result and follow-ups, and aspects of religious culture development. This research used a qualitative approach and the data were compiled through observation, interview, and documentation. Further, a validity test was done through triangulation of the source, technique, and time. The data analysis was done through the process of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research conducted, the results showed that: When compared, the management aspects of planning implementation, result and the follow-ups, and other influencing factors towards the religious development management at both schools are different. In terms of the planning, both schools’ plans are different. In terms of implementation, and results and follow-ups, they share similarities. Whilst in terms of the influencing factors, they have differences.

The research objectives: (1) measure the performance appraisal of the principal (2) measure the teacher's performance appraisal (3) determine the relationship between the principal's performance appraisal and the teacher's performance appraisal. This research is a quantitative descriptive. Respondents in this study 9 principals and 41 teachers who have been certified. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of research with good categories, it is shown as follows: (1) personality and social competence 65% good category (2) leadership competence 62% good category (3) school development competence 64% good category (4) resource competence 61% good category (5) entrepreneurial competence 59% good category (6) learning supervision competence with 55% good category. The results of the principal's assessment are in the good category. Teacher performance assessment with the following results; (1) pedagogic competence 65% good category (2) personality competence 64% good category (3) social competence 69% good category (4) professional competence 60% good category

This article is written to discuss the currently low quality of Indonesian education. In fact, education is something that is agreed upon to be the main thing in any nation. The quality of education in a nation is one of the determinants of the nation's progress. In other words, the progress of a nation or country can be seen from the quality of education in that nation and country. Therefore, this paper describes what problems Indonesia faces that can hinder the realization of a good quality education. Then it also describes how solutions can be made as an effort to overcome the problems of education in Indonesia. This study the authors used a qualitative method, namely by conducting a literature review. The author collects data and information from trusted journals and books and is in accordance with the discussion of this article. With this paper, it is hoped that it will raise awareness from each individual to build a better and more advanced Indonesia in order to prepare quality humans

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Ibu Jambistudents towards online learning via Zoom during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method. This research used descriptive method. The sample was collected using a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach. The results of this study indicated that students' expectations of the use of zoom were to make online learning easier, used in theory learning and also for discussion with friends.

This study aims to determine the political communication strategy of the winning team, the strengths and weaknesses as well as the causes of the low vote acquisition of Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 simultaneous regional elections in Jambi Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method which emphasizes the in-depth aspects of a problem. The results of this study indicate that the political communication strategy used by the Fachrori-Syafril winning team still has problems and obstacles that cause the low vote acquisition for candidate pair number 02 Fachrori-Syafril in the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections in Jambi Province. This is due to limited campaign factors, new people in the political realm, candidate management does not work and the disappointment factor from the community.

This writing aims to describe the roles and strategies of the families, communities, schools, and state for anti-corruption education. Techniques for data collection was literature studies. The results of the study show that anti-corruption education in the family, school, community and state must be put into effects together. The role of the families is to educate children by example, habits, and dialogue. The employed strategy is to make use of the religion, society and culture, socialization and education, as well as the economy. People need to learn about corruption to improve the bureaucracy, understand their rights and obligations as smart and good citizens, and fully cooperate and commit. Schools need to design learning modules by developing anti-corruption values, such as core values, attitude values, and work ethic values. The strategy used by the school is to develop an environment-based anti-corruption PPKn learning model through cooperative learning. The state needs to implement a culture of shame in the government, include anti-corruption education in basic to higher education, and formulate social sanctions for corruption.
