The new coronavirus, formed a clade within the subgenus Orthocoronavirinae, sarbecovirus subfamily. The first time these cases were published they were classified as “pneumonia of unknown etiology.” The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local CDCs organized an intensive outbreak investigation program. The etiology of this illness is now attributed to a novel virus belonging to the coronavirus (CoV) family, Covid-19. The pandemic caused by a novel virus strain Covid-19, approaches 7,734,000 cases with 429,000 fatalities in 215 countries worldwide. Moreover, a solid second wave in some countries, in cases exceeding the first, ensures that from the clinical range details of the disease, new diagnostics, prevention and treatment strategies remain in the process of development. Unfortunately, for future epidemics insufficient research leading up to purported species-species viral transmission (VT) is disastrous. We have designed a preventive vaccine in Silico aimed to protect against Covid-19 infection and transmission. Our analysis identified 16 microRNA (miRNA) with theorical Exosome Affinity (EA) with peptide among 85.44-92.84 “Ro” range. Due to, the miRNA-peptides, in Silico, manifesting highly affinity with exosomes, ours 16 chimeras could reach a representative activity against the virogenes and cancer disease due to “exosome sequestering” and also, the treatment of cancer diseases due to “podosome depletion” in metastasis stage.

Different from both MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV, 2019-nCoV it is the seventh member of the family of coronaviruses to infect humans. We have designed a preventive vaccine in Silico aimed to protect against Covid-19 infection and transmission. Our analysis identified 16 microRNA (miRNA) with theorical Exosome Affinity (EA) with peptide among 85.44-92.84 range. According to antiviral monitoring after and before vaccination using the candidate miRNA-peptide number 13 (LCR_2020_B008-13) with value EA=92.84 Ro. We proposed the exosomes as biomarkers of SARS-Covid-2 in lung: after and before vaccination. Due to, the miRNA-peptides, in Silico, manifesting highly affinity with exosomes, where our chimera LCR_2020_B008-13 could reach a representative activity against the Covid-19 virogenes due to “exosome sequestering”; and also, the treatment of cancer diseases due to “podosome depletion” in metastasis stage.

The global spread of the disease COVID-19 pandemic occurred due to novel virus corona 2019-nCoV, first time detected in China Wuhan city then spread throughout the world. In our country during 2020 march to up to starting of June, the government of India has put lockdown all over the country. Some restrictions were continued throughout the year and again has put lockdown in 2021 also. Again, in 2021 February last week second wave of COVID-19 pandemic has started and many states in the country has implemented lockdown as phase wise. COVID-19 lockdown has so much effect on surgery resident training program in India. The aim of this study is to assess the effect of the lockdown and COVID-19 pandemic restriction on general surgery residents training programs across India. It is an online based questionnaire survey using apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and telephonic services. Data from students was collected through social media who were responded to our questionnaire. Our survey showed that majority surgery trainees across the country felt that the COVID-19 lockdown adversely affected their learning, especially surgical training.

The increase in prescription and illicit opioid use since 2000 has become an urgent public health crisis. While the opioid epidemic spans racial, regional, and socioeconomic divides, women have surfaced as one demographic affected by opioid use and related sequelae. Certain federal and state regulations, secondary to the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, strip pregnant women with opioid use disorders of the ability to engage autonomously with their health care clinician while simultaneously impeding their ability to achieve and sustain recovery. The purpose of this article is to explore current health policy that impacts pregnant women who use opioids. Recommendations to improve care, broadly, will be highlighted to include access to contraceptive services, universal screening for perinatal substance use, and access to appropriate treatment strategies. Policy modifications to facilitate these recommendations are discussed. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Policy Analytical Framework was utilized to derive recommendations. The recommendations are relevant to advanced practice registered nurses and midwives who have the potential to treat substance use in women, to women’s health and pediatric registered nurses, and to nursing administrators who are involved in decision-making in obstetric and pediatric settings.

Since 1994, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has funded the National Immunization Survey (NIS), a large telephone survey used to estimate vaccination coverage of U.S. children aged 19–35 months. The NIS is a two-phase survey that obtains vaccination receipt information from a random-digit-dialed survey, designed to identify households with eligible children, followed by a provider record check, which obtains provider-reported vaccination histories for eligible children. In 2006, the survey was expanded for the first time to include a national sample of adolescents aged 13–17 years, called the NIS-Teen. This article summarizes the methodology used in the NIS-Teen. In 2008, the NIS-Teen was expanded to collect state-specific and national-level data to determine vaccination coverage estimates. This survey provides valuable information to guide immunization programs for adolescents.

The role of the immune system in tumor development increasingly includes the idea of cancer immunoediting. It comprises three phases: elimination, equilibrium, and escape. In the first phase, elimination, transformed cells are recognized and destroyed by immune system. The rare tumor cells that are not destroyed in this phase may then enter the equilibrium phase, where their growth is prevented by immunity mechanisms. The escape phase represents the final phase of this process, where cancer cells begin to grow unconstrained by the immune system. In this study, we describe and analyze an evolutionary game theoretical model of proliferating, quiescent, and immune cells interactions for the first time. The proposed model is evaluated with constant and dynamic approaches. Population dynamics and interactions between the immune system and cancer cells are investigated. Stability of equilibria or critical points are analyzed by applying algebraic analysis. This model allows us to understand the process of cancer development and might help us design better treatment strategies to account for immunoediting.

Xanthoma disseminatum (XD) is a rare normolipemic histiocytic disorder of non-Langerhans cell origin characterized by erythematous to tan/brown papules in flexor surfaces. Considered a generally benign, chronic disease of unknown etiology, XD typically affects the skin, mucous membranes, and less commonly, other organs. To date, there has been no typical or consistent inheritance pattern described, nor has it ever been considered as a component of any known syndrome. We describe, for the first time, two cases of XD in a pair of blind and deaf twin brothers.

The methodology of the study is a historian-cомpаrаtive approach, as this demonstrates works of A.Losev, also culturology foreshortening of musicology analysis, as this is given in "Symphonic etude" and others beside B.Asafiev. The scientific novelty of the work is conditioned, first, that that for the first time in specified foreshortening is presented analysis composition of V.Vlasov, but, secondly, original is a theoretical idea about cultural intrusion in style-typology life length Neo-Gothic that impossible was in classicist of music creative activity to XIX-XX cent. Conclusions. Traditionalism forms mеtаdirection since in base this style unity prescribed expressiveness of romanticism-pоstromanticism and realism XIX century that forms analogies to mеtаstyle forming of the modernism (vеrism at the end XIX - at the beginning initially XX century, "hard" type of the neoclassicism I. Stravinsky and P. Hindemith, others), in which vanguard took place as focus of the symbiosis of the styles-directions expressionism, futurism, primitivism, having formed new unity of the vanguard of the second wave in the manner of nеоexpressionism.

On 31st December 2019, China informed local WHO office of "cases of pneumonia of unknown etiology detected in Wuhan. As of 6th May 2020, there are nearly 3.6 million cases of corona virus infection and approximately 0.25 million deaths worldwide. The real-time data regarding the actual number of cases, as it originates from the epicenter is the key to the estimation of the case fatality rate, hospitalization rates, expected timeline of arrival of contagion, and other epidemiological data. The novel virus has no available literature pertaining to its epidemiological parameters, on which experts can base their estimates and hence the challenge in planning for epidemic management. Bolstering this challenge are the reports alleging under-reporting by Chinese authorities. Alleged toned down numbers could have led to erroneously low estimates contributing to inadequate public health response globally. We conducted a simulation on epidemiological model of COVID-19 to find out expected time off arrival of infections and mortality in different countries and compared this to actual data.

As a result of serological testing (MAC-ELISA, ELISA-IgG and neutralization test) 143 sera from 132 patients with acute febrile disease of unknown etiology hospitalized in summer 2012 in the hospitals of Tula, the first time in Tula and the Tula region were diagnosed 4 cases of West Nile fever. The age ofpatients was 42, 60, 62 and 64. They all got sick in August 2012. The temperature reached 39-40°C. Duration of disease from 13 to 20 days, the duration of hospitalization from 8 to17 days. Neurological symptoms were observed in two patients in the form of meningeal syndrome and encephalopathy with asthenic symptoms (in one case) and faint meningeal syndrome (in another).
