The civilisation is amazing result, with impressive attainments to believe cosmic or godly reasons of it. The continuance, today, is critical, due to exhaustion of resources and contamination of environs, practised to keep the suited trend. The ecology review of the progress requires cognition and awareness of the advances ways, technologic and political aids. The sustainable ecology needs resorting to human intelligence, having integrated reliefs by cosmic rationality or godly wisdom. The robotic helps open to inner/upper causes, with steady issues.


Hypogammaglobulinemia, developed as a result of cardiac surgery accompanied by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), may be caused by hemodilution, destruction of immunoglobulin, extravasation into the interstitial space related to systemic inflammation, and capillary leak syndrome. Therefore, to address this gap, we analyzed the characteristics of the infants who developed hypogammaglobulinemia after cardiac surgery and could benefit from Immunoglobulin supplementation. Methods: This is a retrospective study evaluating infants undergoing surgery for repair of congenital heart defects from October 1, 2019 to June 30th, 2020 in the neonatal unit of our institution. Due to its retrospective design, informed consent was not required. Patients were divided in two groups: Group 1 (IgG >= 340mg/dL) and Group 2 (IgG < 340mg/dL). The value cut point was defined taking into consideration p10 level of Immunoglobulin according to Fujimura. Results: From October 1, 2019 to June 30th, 2020, 62 children were born or admitted in our neonatal unit. Among them, 19 (30%) have their IgG dosed, according to attending physician decision. Among patients with hypogammaglobulinemia, Pseudomonas sp was present in 87.5% of blood stream and/or tracheal secretion cultures. Regarding survival analysis, mortality was not different between Group 1 and 2. Conclusion: Hypogammaglobulinemia has proved to be a predictor factor of postoperative complications in pediatric cardiac surgery. However, prospective trials are needed to determine the incidence of this problem, its real impact on survival, and the appropriate therapy.

Summary: The Author reports with this Article how, after having suffered a Chronic Glaucoma Disease himself (for 40 years), he found an Effective and “often” Resolving Cure with Local and General Therapy against Chronic Glaucoma with Homotoxicological and Organotherapeutic Drugs. Epidemiology: A rough estimate is that Glaucoma affects about 80,000,000 patients worldwide by calculating the number of patients followed by the various (and not all connected) “Anti-Glaucoma Centers” In my opinion, this value indicated by the O.M.S. only the “Tip of the Iceberg” and does not take into account Asia and Africa where only a few centers are connected with O.M.S. and furthermore in the Westernized World it is likely that there are patients not followed by the Centers but by hospital’ borrowed Eye’ Doctors and / or private Eye Doctors without counting “all those who suffer from it” but have not yet reached a “specific diagnosis” these considerations lead to an “only assumed Estimate” for a total of 600,000,000 patients and for many researchers also this Estimate appears largely approximate.


The fascinating field in present civilization scenario at the edge of science is micro-swimmers, which is a combination of bio physics with self-propulsion mechanisms involving swimming strategies at low Reynolds number. These micro swimming robots offer many advantages in biomedical applications such as drug delivery to some specific locations in our human body and also conducting some surgical operations like opening of blocked arteries etc. In recent times, blocked arteries become a major case in the medical world. This is can be diagnosed by Angioplasty (is a minimally invasive, endovascular procedure to widen narrowed or obstructed arteries or veins, typically to treat arterial atherosclerosis) method. So this is the main reason to choose the aorta as our domain for analysis purpose. This paper presents a micro-swimmer with three different heads they are spherical head, Capsule type head and Tapered cylindrical or elliptical head and modelled using SOLIDWORKS and analysis in ANSYS FLUENT.


In patients with cancer, SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) can contribute to increasing morbidity and mortality and decreased survival was found in patients with hematological and intrathoracic malignancies, poor performance status, comorbidities, and increased age. Patients with hematological malignancies who were treated with stem cell transplantation and anti-CD-20 antibody demonstrated lower rates of seroconversion, compared to COVID-19-infected-cancer patients. Patients with hematological malignancies might have substantially compromised B-cell and T-cell responses.


Total hip metal arthroplasty (THA) model-parameters for a group of commonly used ones is optimized and numerically studied. Based on previous ceramic THA optimization software contributions, an improved multiobjective programming method/algorithm is implemented in wear modeling for THA. This computational nonlinear multifunctional optimization is performed with a number of THA metals with different hardnesses and erosion in vitro experimental rates. The new software was created/designed with two types of Sytems, Matlab and GNU Octave. Numerical results show be improved/acceptable for in vitro simulations. These findings are verified with 2D Graphical Optimization and 3D Interior Optimization methods, giving low residual-norms. The solutions for the model match mostly the literature in vitro standards for experimental simulations. Numerical figures for multifunctional optimization give acceptable model-parameter values with low residual-norms. Useful mathematical consequences/calculations are obtained for wear predictions, model advancements and simulation methodology. The wear magnitude for in vitro determinations with these model parameter data constitutes the advance of the method. In consequence, the erosion prediction for laboratory experimental testing in THA add up to the literature an efficacious usage-improvement. Results, additionally, are extrapolated to efficient Medical Physics applications and metal-THA Bioengineering designs.


The rhizosphere is the slim region of soil that’s directly influenced by root secretions and accompanying soil microorganisms known as root microbiome. The rhizosphere involving the soil pores comprises numerous beneficial bacterium and others different microorganisms. Microbial communities play a vital role within the functioning of plants by stimulating their morphology, physiology and development. Several species of the rhizosphere microorganism are helpful to plant growth and overall productivity. The useful plant-microbe associations within the rhizosphere are the principal determinants of plant and soil health (SH). Rhizobacteria comprise mycorrhization helper microorganism and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are support arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AM fungi) to colonize the plant roots. Tomato is the second most common cultivated vegetable within the world for biological process and functions. Tomato has high values in soluble fat, vitamin A, B, C, lycopene, flavonoids, and β-carotene and is of course low in calories. Tomato consumption are extremely useful to human health (HH) because of several crucial nutrients are accessible. In current study, the impact of inoculating tomato with consortium AM fungi and PGPR on growth, fruit quality and productivity was estimated. The inoculated AM fungi are containing Aculospora logula-15%, Glomus fasciculatum-20%, Glomus intraradices-40%, Gigaspora margarita-15% and Scutellospora heterogama-10% infective propagules in inoculum. The consortium PGPR treatments were inoculated with Azotobacter chroococcum, Pseudomonas fluoresces and Fraturia aurantia (10-9CFU/g) and also the Control [100% Recommended Rate of fertilizers (RRF)] treatment was without microbial inoculated. Phyto-morpho-chemical factors, containing Lycopene, β-carotene, antioxidant activity, growth, fruit yield, fruit potassium (K) and macro and micro nutrients uptake in shoot were improved by AM fungi and PGPR mediated tomato as compared with control (100% RRF). Maximum lycopene, β-carotene, fruit K and antioxidant activity (AA) were recorded in plants treated with multiple biostimulants of AM fungi + PGPR treatment. Maximum height, biomass and marketable yield were observed in AM fungi + PGPR treated plants and minimum in control (100% RRF). Salvia judaica is an annual herb from genus Salvia L.; the largest genera of Lamiaceae. It’s a medicinal plant prominent in pharmaceutical applications in many countries around the world. This study aimed to explore bioactive compounds likely to be responsible for the plant anticancer activity, and evaluate anticancer effects, after determining the total content of phenols in the ethanol extract and essential oil in this species. Ethanol extract (EE) and essential oil (EO) were prepared from dried aerial parts (leaves and the flower). GC-MS analysis of EO showed the presence of/43/ effective compounds in varying proportions, the major compounds were sesquiterpenes like delta-cadinene, alpha-Gurjunene, beta-humulene, and alpha-caryophyllene. This is the first study revealed that S.judaica is so rich in phenols which proceeded S.officinalis, noting the superiority of the EE over the EO samples in the total phenols. Anticancer properties of EE and EO of S. judaica against MDA-231 breast cancer cell line were studied -for the first time - by cell cycle analysis and Annexin V/PI apoptosis assay using Flow cytometry technique. Cells were treated with EE (0.001, 0.01, 0.02, 0.1mg/ml) and EO (0.005, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 mg/ml) at various concentrations for48 h. The results revealed that both EE and EO induced cell cycle arrest at G1-phase. Cells treated with EE and EO for 48h showed increasing the percentage of cells in G1-phase and decreasing the percentage of cells in S-phase with increasing concentration compared with untreated cells (control). Annexin V-FITC/PI assay confirmed that EO and EE were able to induce apoptosis. Cells treated with EOat (0.04 mg/ml) for 48h resulted in apoptotic cells at 96.68%, and necrotic cells at 0.12%, compared with untreated cells. On the other hand, Cells treated with EE at (0.1 mg/ml) for 48h resulted in apoptotic cells at 94.43%, and necrotic cells at 0.47%, compared with control. Results revealed that EO is better than EE as anticancer; treatment with EO resulted in more apoptotic cells and less necrotic cells, and there were significant differences between them. This confirmed that EO contains specific anticancer compounds as showed by GC-MS analysis. However, more studies should be performed to explore antioxidants present in S.judaica and determine the underlying mechanism of their anti-breast cancer properties.


Aspirin, besides its antithrombotic activity, has also been quoted for protective effect reducing new coronary lesions. Objective: Considering the growing interest in the study of drugs that prevent the progression of atherosclerotic lesion, the objective of this study was to determine the effect of aspirin in experimental atherogenesis induced in rabbits fed with cholesterol rich diets. Method: Thirty adult, New Zealand white male rabbits, with 3.4 kg of body weight were submitted to a 1.5% cholesterol-rich-diet for 9 weeks. Aspirin was triturated, mixed with chloroform and incorporated to the normal chow. The drug was given to the rabbits every day in portions of 20 g of chow with 100 mg of aspirin. The rabbits were divided in 3 groups as follows: A) Cholesterol-rich-diet (n=10); B) Cholesterol-rich-diet plus aspirin (n=10) and C) Normal chow (n=10). Blood samples were collected before starting the diet, at 5 weeks and at sacrifice (9 weeks) for determination of total cholesterol, triglycerides, enzymes and hematological tests. After sacrifice, staining of the aorta was done by Sudan III for visualization of sudanophillic plaques. The percentual of aorta couvered with lipidic deposits were determined by computerized planimetry. Results: Total cholesterol (mg/dl) was per group: A- TO=52, T5=424 and T9=1.483; B- TO=32, T5=755 and T9=1.436; C- TO=41, T5=22 and T9=27. Planimetry data did not differ among groups A (23.3%) and B (27.3%). Scanning microscopy – the interpretation of the document images in three groups showed insignificant platelet deposition in all aortic segments both in groups B and C. Conclusion: This experiment enhances the theoretic basis for the protective effect of aspirin as an antiaggregant factor in the experimental aortic atherosclerotic lesion.


To gather and assess information on Alzheimer’s disease and its treatment from published studies to depict the overall treatment effect. The metaphysical findings appear to indicate that Alzheimer’s disease has multiple causes. There have been reports of patients reporting different symptoms or causing different symptoms. Treatments and preventative measures, on the other hand, have historically been difficult to implement. There has been no clear evidence as to which drug or treatment will clearly reduce the severity of this disease until now. Scientists have created drugs and treatments that can aid in the prevention and treatment of patients who have recently been diagnosed with the disease. As a result, there is a good chance that the treatment will improve and eventually be able to fully cure Alzheimer’s patients. Over the last two decades, enormous progress has been made in understanding Alzheimer’s disease, including its diagnosis, treatment pattern, epidemiology, and economic impact. Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most incapacitating old-age diseases. Thanks to a thorough understanding of the disease’s natural history, we were able to develop appropriate trial designs and outcomes for the various stages of Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s disease treatment guidelines must be constantly updated to reflect new evidence in order to benefit patients and caregivers in the long run. As the population ages, the availability of new treatments for Alzheimer’s disease management, as well as changes in the health-care system, will necessitate the integration of existing knowledge in order to better meet the needs of Alzheimer’s patients and their families.
