We often talk about the couple, what it means and what is involved, but we seldom recognize it`s true value. The couple is the one who leads to the perpetuation of the human species, it is the first step towards the spread of the human life on Earth. In order for two people to form a family, they need to go through the stage of couple, either married or not. Most people prefer that a couple status is achieved through legal recognition, marriage, then when the first child is born, they become a family. Each of us reaches a moment in life when the preoccupation, interest, curiosity and desire to choose a partner, to start a family appear. We all have our own and different experiences, but we certainly have many things in common. There is a unique intertwining of psychological and social factors that influence and determine an individual in making the right choices. Thus, the need to be part of a couple for some, or to start a family for others, is a need manifested similarly, but named differently. People are social, affective beings and the need to share feelings is common to all. Each individual has unique criteria that they meet when choosing a partner, and I believe that these criteria come from the intertwining of unique personality factors and the importance given by each to social factors that can be involved in forming, developing and maintaining a better relationship.

As a living guideline for all ages, and in many aspects of human life, the Qur'an is an open ended scripture to understand, interpret and be offered in the perspective of the interpretation method and the perspective of the dimensions Human life. The notion of moral fairness of application of capital punishment is stretched between two poles of opposite interpretative meanings. On the one hand, there is an imperative related to maintaining the social order and good that justifies in some specific cases killing an individual for the good of the community; on the other hand, there is the message of the Gospel about holiness of each human life. In this regard, at the attempt to investigate the fairness of death penalty, a certain hermeneutic tension related to the overlapping of rights and obligations both with regard to the criminal and society that needs to be protected against him or her. The starting point of this article is an outlook on death penalty with due regard of a ‘hermeneutic charge’ contained both in the duty to protect common good and each individual’s life. Next, the ‘genuine paradox’ was analysed that emerges in a situation where the right to live and the right to protect overlap. All the considerations are concluded with a question whether the recent abolitionist interpretation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church should be classified as the continuity hermeneutic or rather the discontinuity hermeneutic.

Hayy bin Yaqdhan is a treatise aimed at providing a scientific explanation of the beginnings of human life on earth. This treatise is Ibn Thufayl’s presentation of knowledge, which seeks to harmonize Aristotle with Neo-Platonists on the one hand, and Al-Ghazali with Ibn Bajjah on the other. Ibn Thufayl followed the middle way, bridging the gap between the two parties.Hayy bin Yaqdhan is a thought experiment. It was built on Ibn Sina’s thought experiment about “Flying Man” which calls for a living human mind, driven by the Active Intellect, the principle by which God communicates His truth to the human mind and establishes order and intelligence to nature. The findings of Ibn Thufayl’s thought experiment with his fiction is that language, culture, religion, and tradition are not essential for the development of a perfect mind even, perhaps, blocking its progress. This result shows a hard slap for social structures that exist in general and specifically Institutional Islam. Social criticism, which complements Ibn Thufayl’s critical message, is not left implicit. The criticism was explained in the meeting between Hayy bin Yaqdhan and members of a society governed by the religion of prophetic revelation. Ibn Thufayl has expressed Neo-Platonism postulates about religious harmony and philosophy.

One of the rights guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is the right to marry and have children. Marriage is the beginning of the process of embodiment of the formation of a family in human life. Therefore, marriage is not merely the fulfillment of biological needs, but more than that. Marriage is a part of Human Rights stipulated in Article 10 of the Human Rights Law that everyone shall have the right to start a family and to continue the offspring through legitimate marriage and it may only take place at the free will of the prospective husband and future wife. Marriage is the inner bond between a man and a woman as a husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household) based on the One Supreme God (Article 1 of the Marriage Law). Based on the article, it can be seen that the purpose of marriage is to establish a happiness and an eternal household based on the One God. Marriage is permissible for those who have met the age limit for marriage as set forth in Article 7(1) of the Marriage Law, for man nineteeen years old and for woman sixteen years old, but in fact under age marriages still happen. According to human rights perspective, under age marriage is the action of grabbing children freedom, namely the right to grow and develop optimally. Prevention of under age marriage, should be done so the children still get their basic rights.

Education is an urgent thing for human life. For that education has a primary position in human life. But in the context of education is perceived as a tool to gain wealth and power. His soul and heart were filled with worldly hopes. The existence of existing education no longer leads man to discover who his Lord is, but directed at the gods that are material (new idols). Therefore, Islamic education should be understood as one of the right concepts to restore human relations with God. The concept of Islamic education is an appropriate means to restore humans to their primordial relation with God. The concept of Islamic education in line with national education as set forth in the 1945 Constitution and the National Education System Law no. 20 year 2003. Is an education system that comes from a single paradigm that is the concept of Oneness of God. Islamic education introduces "Tauhid", the philosophy of the state also embraces the concept of monotheism in the first principle of Belief in the One Supreme. From this single paradigm can then be drawn the conclusion that Islamic education is the only concept of education that can restore man to God.

Religion is one of the sub parts that becomes the ‘spotlight’ when there is widespread conflict and violence. This is due to the displacement of spirituality-esoteric aspects in modern human life, so that in reality it is often found distortions of human values. In addition, the dynamics of community understanding are also still doctrinal and filled with the content of exclusivity in responding to plurality, as well as the erosion of respect for responding to horizontal conflicts. For this reason, the concept of esotericism in the text of Tutur Jatiswara is believed to be able to provide a theo-philosophical solution and build an inclusive-pluralist paradigm, and can be one of the guidelines for realizing a harmonious, peaceful and mutual assistance in helping joy and sorrow.
Perennial Philosophy is seen as able to explain all the events that are essential, concerning the wisdom needed in carrying out the right life, which seems to be the essence or core of all major religions and traditions of human spirituality. This fact is the basis for the statement that all religions are the same in the esoteric area. There is no superior religion among other religions, because basically all religions are accommodating the “Truth and Absolute” of the One.

Abstract Nowadays, the most expansive factor which determines the various aspects of human life are social communicators. Among them there is a consistent dominance of television for decades. This social mean of messaging, being a common utility good has changed its status, in recent times. It seems that from the electronic device intended for remote receiving the moving images, it became an inalienable part of the family - often its binder. What’s more, a new feature that TV performs, fully enables parents to entrust essential pedagogical - educational process of youngest members of the family. This means, more than once, many hours of child’s mindless contact with animation movies. At that time, uncontrolled by the parents and guardians, contents of animation are received and assimilated by the child (unconditionally-E. M.) influencing the evolution or changes in the personality, attitudes, and behaviors. The phenomena that occur in the sphere of child’s personality under the influence of the assimilation of media content, just encompass the educational scope. This means that childhood is the most important period of human development and an essential part of pedagogical and educational process where our personality and character, our attitudes and behavior and action are shaped. Hence, pedagogical intervention becomes necessary to contemporary content of animation, which is easy to receiveon the one hand promotes hedonistic behaviour patterns and mass culture, on the other “(...) does not provoke to work on yourself, (...), rather adulate the recipient, confirming him to the belief that he/she has the right to do what he/she wants” [Bobrowska 1999, pp. 67-73].

COVID 19 has raised the profile of biosecurity. However, biosecurity is not only about protecting human life. This issue brings together mini-reviews examining recent developments and thinking around some of the tools, behaviours and concepts around biosecurity. They illustrate the multi-disciplinary nature of the subject, demonstrating the interface between research and policy. Biosecurity practices aim to prevent the spread of harmful organisms; recognising that 2020 is the International Year of Plant Health, several focus on plant biosecurity although invasive species and animal health concerns are also captured. The reviews show progress in developing early warning systems and that plant protection organisations are increasingly using tools that compare multiple pest threats to prioritise responses. The bespoke modelling of threats can inform risk management responses and synergies between meteorology and biosecurity provide opportunities for increased collaboration. There is scope to develop more generic models, increasing their accessibility to policy makers. Recent research can improve pest surveillance programs accounting for real-world constraints. Social science examining individual farmer behaviours has informed biosecurity policy; taking a broader socio-cultural approach to better understand farming networks has the potential to change behaviours in a new way. When encouraging public recreationists to adopt positive biosecurity behaviours communications must align with their values. Bringing together the human, animal, plant and environmental health sectors to address biosecurity risks in a common and systematic manner within the One Biosecurity concept can be achieved through multi-disciplinary working involving the life, physical and social sciences with the support of legislative bodies and the public.
