Village Asset Management is a village property derived from the original property of the village, purchased or acquired for the expense of the village's income and expenditure budget (APBDes) or other legitimate acquisition of rights. In this study is the management of the village assets Kebumen Baturraden subdistrict and The problems acquired are the recording of village assets and the realization of the budget of the village assets that are still written so it takes A long time, Therefore the purpose in This research is to help and facilitate management performance in village Asset listing. Methods of collecting data using observations, interviews and Library studies. System development method using the Extreme programming method consisting of four phases of system development, namely planning, design, coding and test. The result of this research is a Village Asset Management E-Government using the Extreme Programming method of the Kebumen Village case study. The conclusion of this research is that it can simplify the management and realization of village assets budget due to the two interconnected reporting are reports of budget realization and village Asset report.

Abstract—Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation in addition to basic salary, as well as the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based employee payroll information system at the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

Enterprise systems development approaches can be classified into development-centric and procurement centric approaches. Based on the component-based system development methodology (CBSD), this chapter proposes a procurement-centric framework to develop enterprise content management (ECM) system. Adopting CBSD to develop ECM system avoids the drawbacks of the development-centric approaches, and remedies the ECM field lacks where there is no system development method that helps in selecting and implementing the ECM system. To validate the proposed framework, the author applies it to a case study from a large research institution with more than 30,000 students.

Indonesian industry is likely to snap because it relies on the monopolitic conglomerate’s industry so that it cause the inter relationship between big and smaller units of industry to become weak. The weakness of the industrial relationship is caused by the units independetly. This is different from the industry which is based on community concept emphasizing a main priority to close inter relationship between the units. This research was arried out in Trangsan, Gatak, Sukoharjo, Central Java. Where there is a industrial community which has been a close inter relationship since long time ago. The goal of this research is to know the type and the nature of unit inter relationship in rattan industrial community in Trangsan, and know the strategy how it faced a nationally economical crisis.This research used a survei method. The number of the population was 110 entrepreneurs from Trangsan. The sample was obtained with stratied into three categories, based on number of labour force. Every category was taken 20% as sample based on homogeneity sample, ana the respondent was examined with random sampling. The collected data were presented in frequency and cross table. The analysis of qualitative data used logical rationale, deductive – inductive, analogy and comparison, while the analysis of quantitative data used the analysis of frequency and cross table. The use of these two analysis was the result of the research.These are the result of the research: 1) a inter relationship among small – scalled businesses; 2) there is a weak inter relationship between small and medium scaled industries; 3) the business inter relationship of rattan industries is subcontract in which a part of the big scaled industry’s job is reponsible for the small saled one; 4) the form of the business inter relationship is cooperative; 5) the main strategy of rattan industry community to face nationally economical orisis strengthens their business inter relationship.

Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

Community development is an effort to improve the standard of living and quality of life of the community. The Wawasan Village Movement Program is a program that focuses on the development of rural human development towards a village that is more advanced, attractive and profitable. Even though in its implementation, community development is running smoothly and successfully. However, post-success needs to be maintained and sustainable. This article focuses on problems and challenges in the context of rural community development through the Wawasan Village Movement program. This article takes a case study in the Village of Shadow Keningau, Sabah Malaysia. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and observations. As well as documentation of published and unpublished materials. The article found several important facilitators who became problems and challenges after the successful implementation of the Village Movement Movement program in Keningau Shadow Village. This includes; (i) no further action from the government after the success; (ii) difficulty maintaining existing committees; (iii) idle and using assets for a long time; (iv loosening of social ties. In short, after the success of the government, it is necessary to give encouragement and encouragement to the Desa Bayangan community by making this village a model village. In addition, taking community members as facilitators in fostering other Wawasan Village Movement villages that are being fostered.
