Background: Governmental legislation directs and guides the manner in which organisations and individuals manage their information. This has a direct impact on the development of organsiational policy and procedures. An individual’s awareness of such legislation is of utmost importance in order to understand how individuals use information. Objective: The research problem is focussed on the awareness of information legislation by average South African first year student. The study goes on to further investigate how awareness impacts the manner in which users apply the knowledge to everyday use of their personal information. Methods: The study utilised a mono-method and quantitative methodological framework. The data collection instrument was a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The survey was conducted amongst 2017 undergraduate student and repeated in 2018.Results: The young adult demographic, of which the sample of undergraduate university students, findings indicated that the increase in awareness of Protection of Personal Information, Promotion of Access to Information and Regulation of Interception of Communication Act legislative acts directly impacted the students’ ability to manage and share their information more strategically. Students’ knowledge of the acceptance of the acts into legislation was not of great importance; however, the use of the acts concerning their personal information proved to be of greater significance. Conclusion: The study’s findings confirmed that the sample had been introduced to the idea of information legislation and that their awareness of the legislation does in most cases affect their use and management of their personal information. It also revealed that an in-depth knowledge of the legislation was not a necessity rather an overall understanding of the legislation was important. Recommendations for future studies arose from the study.

The topic of employing decoration in the narrative of the Turkish series was chosen due to the great importance it carries in the dramatic construction and because of the aesthetic, dramatic and narrative tool it represents in dramas, so the researcher specified the following research title (aesthetic and dramatic employment in the narrative of decoration in the Turkish series). Four chapters came as follows: (Methodological framework) and included the research problem, its importance, the objectives of the research, the limits of the research, and the chapter concluded by specifying the terms. (Theoretical framework): It was divided into three topics as follows: The first topic: decoration in cinema and television, the second topic: the aesthetic and dramatic employment of decoration, the third topic: the use of decoration in the narrative of the Turkish series: The researcher came up with a set of indicators that he adopted as tools for sample analysis After taking the opinion of the expert committee. (Research procedures): It includes the research methodology and research tools, the unit of analysis, the research community and the research sample, the validity of the tool, the analysis steps and finally the sample analysis, which was an episode of the Turkish series Valley of the Wolves. (Results and Conclusions): The results and conclusions of the research include: 1. The decorator in the Turkish series has the ability to list important information and broadcast it to the recipient about the character, which contributes to fully conveying the idea. 2. The purpose of this article is to describe and reflect ethical challenges in a grounded theory study on the dynamics of hope in HIV-positive adults and their significant others. It concentrates on the justification of a research problem, sensitive research and the relationship between the researcher and the participants in data collection. The basis of ethically sound nursing research on the dynamics of hope in these two vulnerable groups lies in the relationship between the researcher and the participant. However, it is also obvious that the content, the process, the methods used and the ethics of the study cannot be divorced from this relationship. In conducting grounded theory research on the dynamics of hope in this research population, the researcher has to consider the surrounding world, that is, the reality in which these people live in hope or despair.

The paper treats the topic of hermeticism — an esoteric tradition of teachings — with the view to its origins and varying interpretations. In setting research objectives, the text aims at identifying the common structural foundations of myths and ideas of the hermetic genesis and to establish the main vectors of the formation and transformation of esoteric teachings presented in the spiritual domain and reflected in the material culture of Western Europe from the 4th century BC to the present. For the needs of such a comparative study that embraces philosophical, religious and historical phenomena of culture, the following methods are used. As it is mostly the texts that are analyzed, the methodological framework consists of the interpretation of texts and artifacts – all along the line of presentation of historical sequences, of their recursion, of structural and functional aspects. The sources included not only texts, mathematical operations and chemical formulas of previously known alchemic artifacts are also introduced into the comprehensive analysis. The examination of cultural phenomena leads to the systematization of religious origins, historical and philosophical traditions and scientific achievements that underlie the formation of hermeticism. This structuralisation is possible due to the tools for the analysis of the hermetic body developed in this text. The mapping of the historical development of hermeticism is proposed in a three-level paradigm model based on the image of the Thrice-Great Hermes. It is concluded that the basis of the image of Hermes is the invariant of the historical three-level model of cognition of esoteric teachings, for descriptions of which the terms of ABC — paradigm are introduced. Each of the Hermea has own disciplinary paradigm. The first level of Hermes I, the author of cosmogonic visions, A — paradigm, is represented by inner visions (revelations of the cosmic mind or daimonic visions), thus forming the cultural level of mythology, theology. The level of Hermes II, the founder of writing and counting, lies in the realm of concepts of visions ‒ e.g. the Platonic philosophy, geometry, mathematics (B — paradigm). The third level (C — paradigm) is represented by texts and alchemical artifacts (Alexandrian crystal) of Hermes III, the founder of the art of healing and chemistry, that further embodied in empirical sciences, chemistry and astronomy, as well as ancient technological knowledge of the production of metals, glass and dyes. In general, all hermetic disciplines and practices emerge on the basis of this three-level paradigm.

The current research studies the aesthetic framework for the dialectical development of the functions of the contemporary theater director in an aesthetic approach to the mechanisms of functional overlap between the dramaturgy and direction functions, and scenography and direction, the detection of the controversial structure of that overlap, and what can be summed up in the following question: (what are the aesthetic approaches of the dialectical development in the function of the contemporary theatre director?). The research is determined by a pivotal aim which is (knowing the aesthetic nature of the dialectical development in the functions of the contemporary theater director). The researcher addressed his research in three frameworks: the methodological framework in which the researcher identified the research problem, importance, goal, and limits, then the theoretical framework, which consists of two dimensions: the first dealt with a historical overview of the origins and methods of direction , and the second dimension dealt with the theme of direction dialectics: dialectic of the dramaturgy director, and the scenography director , ending with a set of theoretical indicators. The procedural framework included the researcher's procedures of dropping the indicators, which he concluded from his theoretical framework, on his research sample which he identified as a model for the study. The research concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:1- The data of contemporary dramaturgy formed an advanced function for the contemporary director, and a directing task to manage the aesthetic awareness according to the direction vision.2- The data of contemporary scenography practice formed one of the advanced functions of the contemporary director, and a directing task through the design of sensory cognitive plans of the scene.

Montage is one of the basic elements in cinematographic work, as it is a second production process for the work in terms of composition, habit of formulation, interconnection between shots and scenes, and also added the element of sound, special effects and color correction ... etc., due to the characteristic of this digital technique in manipulating all the elements of the image in a creative way in all Elements of work, such as decoration, accessories, adding fictional scenes ... etc., and converting them to the computer, and then acting on them through the montage completely, but this is in the field of image and sound, but there are fictional films that need to make characters who are compatible with nature, and possess capabilities Superhero and has the ability to transform into virtual bodies within the artistic work, and insert them into the cinematic space, in order to perform the functions with the rest of the elements of the cinematic medium as well as the elements of the dramatic construction, so all of the above of this the researcher raises the following question: (How is digital montage employed? In building a fictional character)? The research came as follows: Methodological framework: It includes the research problem, its importance and objectives, as well as the limits of research and the definition of terminology. The theoretical framework: It was divided into two topics as follows: The first topic: the concept of digital montage, the second topic: the fictional character: After that, the researcher reached the indicators of the theoretical framework. Research procedures: It included the research method, the research community, the research sample, the research tool, the analysis unit, and the sample analysis, which was the film (X MEN) according to the indicators that the researcher came out with from the theoretical framework. After analyzing the sample, the researcher came to a number of findings and conclusions, including: 1. The digital montage, through its advanced software, possesses the ability to create a fictional virtual character and activate its potential in the cinematic movie. 2. Digital montage can be employed after dispensing with many traditional techniques at the level of photography or montage, as well as building space and time.
