The topic of employing decoration in the narrative of the Turkish series was chosen due to the great importance it carries in the dramatic construction and because of the aesthetic, dramatic and narrative tool it represents in dramas, so the researcher specified the following research title (aesthetic and dramatic employment in the narrative of decoration in the Turkish series). Four chapters came as follows: (Methodological framework) and included the research problem, its importance, the objectives of the research, the limits of the research, and the chapter concluded by specifying the terms. (Theoretical framework): It was divided into three topics as follows: The first topic: decoration in cinema and television, the second topic: the aesthetic and dramatic employment of decoration, the third topic: the use of decoration in the narrative of the Turkish series: The researcher came up with a set of indicators that he adopted as tools for sample analysis After taking the opinion of the expert committee. (Research procedures): It includes the research methodology and research tools, the unit of analysis, the research community and the research sample, the validity of the tool, the analysis steps and finally the sample analysis, which was an episode of the Turkish series Valley of the Wolves. (Results and Conclusions): The results and conclusions of the research include: 1. The decorator in the Turkish series has the ability to list important information and broadcast it to the recipient about the character, which contributes to fully conveying the idea. 2. Decoration occupies a great importance in television series, given that most of the scenes are interior, so reliance on decorations is to fill the space of the shot.

In the twenties of the twentieth century there appeared a tendency declaring that art has a major task is to cleansing reality from everything that seems strange to it. But this proposition took another characteristic of the German director and writer (Berthold Brecht) after he initiated a revolution that declared its rejection of the previous concepts of theater and Aristotelian drama in the introduction of alienation in his theatrical doctrine, which was later called (dialectical theater), This is a shift towards another concept of purification that goes beyond the emotion towards addressing the mind and changing ideas, so Brecht has a different function to theater, which is to change and reject the miserable and revolutionary reality. In child theater performances, the research problem was formed in the following question: What are the representations of mental cleansing in child theater performances? As for the objectives of the research, it is represented by (revealing the concept of mental cleansing, and revealing representations of mental cleansing in child theater performances). The current research was determined by child theater performances in Iraq for the period from (2010-2020) that take mental cleansing as its goal. As for the second chapter, it focused on three axes. The first was philosophical mental cleansing, while the second axis was concerned with the philosophical foundations of the Barkhati approach, while the third axis focused From the theoretical framework on the Westernization of Berthold Brecht. As for the third chapter, it was clarified that the researcher adopted the descriptive approach (the method of content analysis) being more appropriate to the current study procedures, which dealt with the research community represented by the presentations that were made for the period between (2009-2018) in Baghdad, which reached (16) theatrical performances. After the sample was randomly selected by lot, it was (a little chalk circle) play. After analyzing the sample, the results of the research were extracted, which are responsible for answering the objectives of the research and the extent of their achievement. The first goal was achieved through what was reviewed in the theoretical framework and what was extracted from it. As for the second goal, which aims to reveal the representations of mental cleansing in theatrical performances directed at the child, it was achieved after analyzing the selected sample, and the results appeared as follows: 1. All child theater performances that follow the Brachitic approach aim at mental cleansing. 2. Mental cleansing occurs in child theater performances when the following methods are employed that keep the child mind attentive and critical, including: First / at the level of the text 1. Using the heritage and being inspired by it as a theatrical template for contemporary events through the style of history, and not committing to a Space-time through this history. 2. The necessity of the presence of the narrator who tries to break the hierarchy of events by narrating and commenting on some events, as well as employing songs and music that differ from the general atmosphere of the event. Second / at the level of the show 1. Using the scene through symbolic, not realistic, signs to keep the actor away from any reincarnation that casts its shadow on the audience through theatrical infection. 2. Not to adhere to the timing of lighting. 3. Using shadow imaginations or movies and pictures in conveying the event. 4. Westernization of performance by leaving space between the character and the actor

Contemporary life has been accompanied by a series of technological developments and inventions, which enthuses the designer in new challenges and on a number of its levels, whether architectural or structural, and how to combine the two in a product whose structure reflects the creators' high creative expression. Which may lead to dazzling by employing a number of styles to produce a dazzling structure. And from it emerged the research problem is (The lack of detailed studies of the strategies and mechanisms for the generation of dazzling structures in contemporary architecture) The aim of the research was to construct a theoretical framework that describes the forms of generation of dazzling structures in contemporary architecture, The research approach were concentrated in three stages of the analytical descriptive, The first is to clarify the dimensions of the research and to extract the research problem, the second is to construct a theoretical framework on the concept of dazzling and ways to achieve it; the third is to conduct the case study on the samples. It was concluded that the strategy of creation is the mother strategy to generate the dazzling structure and the other strategies revolve around its mechanisms.

Many contemporary economic and social drivers have enabled the introduction of sensor network technologies, computing and communication systems in urban infrastructure and contemporary housing projects with the aim of achieving integration between infrastructure management. As a result, the current study deals with a topic that has not been dealt with through previous studies, theses and theses in an accurate and required manner. Therefore, the aim of the research was to clarify the role of smart systems in achieving integrated management by building a comprehensive theoretical framework to be a research problem (the need for a comprehensive theoretical framework on the role of smart systems in achieving integrated management of infrastructure infrastructure related to housing projects). This goal is achieved by adopting a descriptive analytical approach that includes several stages, the first of which is the analysis of multiple studies and the extraction of the main vocabulary represented in (the basic elements of infrastructure intelligence, planning, design, monitoring and observation of Smart infrastructure). Second, applying these vocabulary to a number of global projects, then discussing the results of the practical study, and presented final conclusions , to be a knowledge base that can be used and applied to future projects.

The study includes four chapters, the first is devoted to reviewing the research problem, its importance, objectives and limitations in addition to defining terms. The second chapter contains the theoretical introduction that includes a definition of optical art and its impact on highlighting features of urbanidentity. The third chapter examines several models in optical formation, where several architectural designs were discussed by its role in highlighting the features of urbanidentity. The fourth chapter includes the results and observations of the role of art and opticalformation in highlighting the urbanidentity. This is because it adds an aesthetic touch and an expression of various creative and unfamiliar ideas to the designer in a waythat occurs a fundamental change in the fixed rules of the viewer and his/her expectations for designs where the creative touch is in the overlay, communication, separation, penetration, segmentation of shapes and colors, and selection of materials needed to implement these designs have the biggest role in highlighting the features of urbanidentity. Where we found that the optical formation of its various types is the main component of architecture that it boasts of, and with what it contains creative ideas that express the reality of urbanidentity.

NATO has survived until its 70th anniversary, essentially in the same condition as practically every year of its existence. According to commentators and external experts, the Alliance seems to be in a constant crisis, and every new version of the crisis is seen as final and deadly. By contrast, for those who are active internally, NATO seems stronger than ever before - it is engaging in more places than ever before, presenting new initiatives at an unprecedented pace and in ever-longer summit declarations. The problem situation presented in this way allows us to formulate the main research problem: What role does NATO play in shaping the global security system? The research problem formulated in this way consists of detailed problems formulated in the form of questions: 1) What are the current challenges for NATO? 2) What are the current threats to NATO? 3) What is Donald Trump's policy towards NATO? The aim of the presentation is to present an analysis of the role of NATO in ensuring collective security in the context of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the organization. The research process uses methodological methods of scientific cognition, mainly analysis and criticism of literature.

The article concerns the role of HEIs in regional development, with particular emphasis on the concept of the third mission. The aim of the article is to answer the question whether HEIs, while formulating and carrying out their missions and strategies, are oriented to support the process of regional development. The research problem was analyzed in accordance with the principle of methodological triangulation, based on literature review and the results of the author’s own study: the content analysis of the missions and strategies of HEIs, and a survey conducted among rectors of HEIs. The article discusses the concept of the third mission of HEIs as the view reflecting the growing importance of their activities for the benefit of regional communities.  The analysis of HEIs` missions and strategies shows that regional orientation in these documents is articulated in a positive way. The results of the content analysis correspond to the survey results, which show that the activities in the field of third mission are distinctive in the management concepts at the level of HEIs’ missions and development strategies.

Portuguese universities have been receiving an increasing number of students from Portuguese-Speaking Countries at the level of PhD studies, namely from Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique. As acknowledged by research, undertaking a PhD overseas entails several challenges and one of the deepest concerns the implications of languages and cultures in several doctoral activities, since they act as significant research reconfiguration agents. Against this background, this paper reports on a study that aimed at understanding the role of languages and cultures in doctoral research development. For this matter, and within a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with doctoral students from Portuguese-Speaking Countries attending a Portuguese university. Results from thematic analysis reveal that students’ linguistic and cultural backgrounds influence several stages of the research process: theme and research objetives definition, theorisation of the research problem and concept mobilisation, construction of data collection instruments and data collection and thesis writing. Implications of findings for institutional policy and practice concerning doctoral education and research are put forward.
