World Health Organization (WHO) Director General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus officially announced the Corona virus (Covid 19) as a pandemic on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, so the world community and countries of the world were excited and asked to take steps prevention measures according to the health protocol established by WHO. The WHO reason is that prevention needs to be carried out by world countries, because the Corona Covid 19 Virus pandemic is an infectious disease that spreads easily from human to human in various parts of the world. I do not know, from where the source of this corona virus appears and infects and exposes the virus so that it becomes pandamic and kills many people in the countries of the world so quickly. Citing Worldometers website data, Tuesday (2/6/2020), the number of confirmed cases of corona virus infection globally is 6,358,294 (6.36 million) cases. Meanwhile, the number of deaths recorded was 377,031 cases. While the number of patients recovered as many as 2,888,571 (2.89 million) people. The number of active cases is 3,092,692 (3.09 million) cases, with 3,039,290 (3.04 million) in mild conditions, and 53,402 in serious conditions. Furthermore, the global tragedy to follow up and respond to the insistence of the WHO world health organization, the Indonesian state took anticipatory steps with the congressional movement starting on April 13, 2020, through the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo expressly announcing and establishing and stating that the Covid 19 Virus is as a non-natural national disaster spreading Corona Virus Diseasses 2019 (Covid 19) as a national disaster.  In order to prevent the exposure or the strongest Covid 19 virus to the people of Indonesia, the government issued Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2020, and Government Regulation No. 21 of 2020 concerning the implementation of the related large-scale Social Restrictions (hurud b), Article 49 Paragraph (3) and Article 59 of Law Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning Health Qulity. Indonesia did not want to bother, and asked WHO, the results of the Corona Covid 19 virus were accepted, but were more focused on handling the corona virus in the country. Meanwhile, developed countries such as America, Britain, Australia, opposed cool in an opinion war against China, which is associated with several countries Corona Virus came and began to plague in Wuhan, China using the source of infectious diseases through the bat virus. America, can receive that information, namely the President of the United States Donald Trump, accepts anger and sulking, and even has evidence of the results of his intelligence reports related to it, the Corona virus is actually not a virus transmitted from a bat virus to humans, but Donald Trump's presumption , that's the corona virus, originating from chemical laboratories in Wuhan China, which leaked and infected humans and eventually became a plague of infectious viruses throughout the world. Latest information, Britain, Australia, America will file a claim for compensation to the Chinese state through a lawsuit to the International Criminal Court (ICC).  Furthermore, to support the objectives of this study, the paradigm used in this study is the post-positivism paradigm. The post-positivism paradigm wants to prove everything is based on reality (which can be built based on experience, observation), the researcher is neutral towards the object of research, even though the researcher holding this paradigm remains neutral towards the object of research, but he wants to examine what actually happened from things the thing that seems certain. The post-positivism paradigm ontologically conceptualizes reality as it really is, but it is realized that there are actually many factors that influence that reality. Consequently, ontologically the post-positivism paradigm conceptualizes the law as a set of rules that apply in society whose behavior will be influenced by factors (economic, political, cultural, etc.). Epistemologically, researchers sit themselves impersonal, separate from the object of research. The researcher's position on the object of research is neutral and impartial.

A new approach to education has been proposed, called Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), with the goal of developing education in order to foster individuals who will contribute to the realization of a socially, economically, and environmentally more sustainable society. From the beginning of the 21st century, this has given rise to discussions and practices on related themes all over the world, including in Asia. While the environment surrounding education is markedly changing in Asian societies, with educational reforms actively pursued in many Asian countries and regions, their situations greatly differ depending on the context in which they find themselves. Today, departing from the conventional modes of teaching and learning that focus on the acquisition of an already systematized body of knowledge and skills, the field of education the world over is now shifting its focus to what is called key competencies, adopting and experimenting with new teaching and learning styles to develop abilities referred to as 21st-century skills. Based on these theoretical and conceptual discussions, a number of initiatives have been adopted as policies, school curricula, and educational practices in order to promote ESD in Asian countries. It is possible to divide Asian countries into three groups based on the place of ESD in their countries, as well as their degree of socioeconomic development and the popularization of school education: (a) countries that have accumulated experience in the practice of environmental education or development education; (b) countries that have been witnessing growing environmental consciousness and its rapid institutionalization in recent years, with varying degrees of implementation of environmental education; and (c) countries in which the elimination of poverty and inequality remains the most pressing issue and ESD is promoted in connection with development issues. Although the introduction of ESD is greatly affected by each country’s socioeconomic situation, it is important for all countries in Asia to promote equitable and sustainable education in order to realize a sustainable society. Thus, Asian countries need to form a social consensus to promote ESD, which requires the participation and responsibility of the whole of society.

Global warming due to greenhouse gas emissions and the growing energy needs of the world, has forced the world into thinking differently about energy sources and sustainable development, giving rise to the field of biofuels. Research and introduction of new technologies do, by their very nature, look to bring about positive change in society. Often though, changes result in unintended, unexpected, unforeseen, unforeseeable and unaddressed consequences. It often becomes the role of ethics protocols to militate against these negative consequences. In trying to establish the levels of awareness among South African researchers and producers of biofuels, to the sustainable development dilemmas brought about by their work; the “Five Capitals Framework” and a research ethics protocol, research was carried out at three South African businesses, generating data from interviews and collaborating with data from company publications. The study concluded that industry was indeed aware of the dilemmas that face their industry albeit that it was not in the context of a defined necessary framework.

The strategy of development is such as it can be sustained by ecology or which can sustain ecology .But fact is that the trend of development all over the world is such that it cannot be sustained by ecology, ecosystem has been badly affected. The Word sustainability of development is featured firstly in the year 1970. “Sustainable development” is a modern fashionable phrase which is frequently used in Social, economic, scientific, legal, business and political circles. The crisis of the phrase avers that the term “Sustainable Development” is not capable of any precise, succinct or final meaning of Universal acceptance. It conveys different meaning to different people. An Environmentalist would interpret it asa ample heritage for future generations. A legal scholar would describe it, as balanced synthesis of environmental and developmental imperatives. An economist would view it as economic growth which can be sustained for generations. A businessman might interpret it as sustainable profits. Politicians find their vote bank in the phrase and adopt it in their election campaign. The term sustainability means achieving environmentally benign or beneficial development. Amongst the various definition following is the most appropriate ‘Sustainable Development” means a kind of development that needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generation to meet their own needs. However, the good principle it is and however seriousness shown by the environmentalist, United Nations, and other agencies, nothing significantly has been changed. A day before yesterday glacier in Uttarakhand is burst and Tapowanhydal project is completely destroyed by the furry of water burst from the glacier. Same furry even more disastrous we witnessed five years back at Uttarakhand near Kedarnath. It was more dangerous and more disastrous, caused the heavy loss to life and property. This is not happened only in India. But continuously has been happening all over the world. Heavy raining, heavy flooding, increased the water level in Sea, and depleting the ozone layer. These all have caused serious damage and disaster to the life on earth. Human beings are not the only creature on planet affected by the pollution of environment but all living creatures of the world are equally affected. Human rights organization shows much concern to the Human but less concern to the creatures. God will save this world. Entire humanity is in the race of physical comfort and happiness but in the process lost all thoughts of real happiness. India is a land of spirituality, all the diversity if finds anywhere in the world that is India Only. Now the time has come to find out the source of real happiness instead of being happy with physical comfort. Researcher is hoping that the message of protecting the Environment will lastly come from India. Most of the developed countries of the world have exploited natural resources and now they are advising the developing and backward Nations to restrict the use of natural resources which developing Countries are not following willingly and seriously. Yes, Humanity and world needs development but this development should not be at the cost of life of future generation. Today world is reached to such situation in which only possible outcome is the disaster which actually world is frequently experiencing in one part or other. Corona virus is one of the outcomes of environmental furry. The cause of corona virus is still not identified. Still it is a viral disease of no specification rather nonspecific disease having no medicine to cure except recently invented vaccine but how effective it would be, time ahead will tell. When scientists are doing the continuous and day night efforts for one year and invented vaccine. At least Researcher can say that the battle against said virus has won by Man. But many more battle has to face in future. Recently in Europe new form of Corona Virus is emerged. Disturbance to the ecosystem resulted into the disturbance to the ecology and that has created all sorts of problem. This is continuous process. “Sustainable Development” is one of the issue which may be taken care but equally even more disaster issues are crop of and that is the real threaten to the public health. If not controlled same can be threat to the creature and one day our own existence will come in danger.

This paper addresses the fields of social and service design in development contexts, practice-based and constructive design research. A framework for social design for services will be explored through the survey of existing literature, specifically by drawing on eight doctoral theses that were produced by the World Design research group. The work of World Design researcher-designers was guided by a strong ethos of social and service design for development in marginalised communities. The paper also draws on a case study in Namibia and South Africa titled ‘My Dream World’. This case study presents a good example of how the social design for services framework functions in practice during experimentation and research in the field. The social design for services framework transfers the World Design group’s research results into practical action, providing a tool for the facilitation of design and research processes for sustainable development in marginal contexts.

ABSTRACTSustainable development urges to merge the three complex dimensions: global economy, global society and physically earth environment. Sachs (2015) states that sustainable development is the expert effort to comprehend the world and the method to solve the crowded earth issues by the global population growth that nine times increase than the first industry era. Education is one of fatal element for sustainable development phase especially for the human (society) development. Human development becomes the main core of invesment for economy development because it is prepared for the youngst as the next generation to develop economic improvement individually for their family and also for their community (include for the State’s development interest). Marshall, Hine and East (2017) studied about the education which develop the autonomous motivation to support individu execute the pro-environmental behaviors (PEBs). This autonomous motivation will establish the environmental attitude and personality in decision making and action of sustainable environment protection and preservation. Keywords: sustainable development, education, pro-environmental behaviors ABSTRAKPembangunan berkelanjutan berupaya untuk mengkaitkan tiga sistem yang rumit yaitu sistem ekonomi dunia, sistem sosial dunia dan lingkungan fisik bumi.
