In the 21st century, the speed of technology, information and communication tools and economics obliges teachers to prepare the young generation to be able to adapt quickly to the rapidly changing living conditions. The rapid growth of various ICT tools in schools opens up ample opportunities for change in the educational process. Today ICT itself is not an innovation, but it provides new opportunities for education by developing and changing at a fast pace. Therefore, the use of ICT in education has the potential to become the key tool for implementing new pedagogical ideas, i.e. to become a pedagogical innovation or an innovative pedagogical process, which will help to achieve qualitatively new results in human learning and creativity development. Moreover, by using ICT, teachers can help students to acquire knowledge and understand the taught material as well as make lessons a lot more stimulating. The aims of analysis to show the employment and the usage of ICT tools in science lessons. Children can perform various tasks with iMO cubes, an interactive map, interactive T-shirts as well as Photon and Blue bot robots. The employment of interactive iMO cubes is a new and unique way to learn by creating a dynamic learning environment. The integration of movement in the educational process helps to create a more stimulating atmosphere which interests young learners even more. An interactive T-shirt is a tool which helps the 3rd-4th grade students to get acquainted with the structure of the human body, internal organs, blood circulation, digestive and urinary systems. An interactive T-shirt is scanned with the help of the tablet and the "Virtual tee" app. "Photon Robot" is an educational tool that helps teachers in various lessons, such as programming, maths and science. Blue-bot robots are already a prevailing learning tool in both kindergartens and schools. It is programmed manually or with the help of the Blue-Bot program. Robots are often used in science lessons, children programme robots and name pictures, they also choose the correct answer and create sequences. The article is focused on the problem of training future tourism specialists using informational and communication technologies. The educational process of preparation requires changing the educational and methodological support in order to give the students the opportunities to master modern professional tools, technologies, methods of creating high quality tourist products. To solve this problem, the authors propose a model for the development of high quality training of tourism professionals through the use of computer 3D-tours. The development of this model took into account the theoretical and methodological basis regarding the professional training of future specialists in the field of tourism, the results of the analysis of educational programs, curricula for training students of the speciality “Tourism” and the data of the pilot experiment. It consists of the following main blocks. The conceptual-oriented block includes concepts, approaches, principles of participation, information and communication technologies. The content-technological block includes the content of the educational project of developing 3D-tours, levels of professional knowledge and skills, as well as types of familiriazation with ICT tools. The educational content of the model takes into account the practical mastery of the student’s professional skills in the development of various 3D-tours. During this process, the ICT tools are introduced gradually in a certain order. The organization-activity block of the model includes forms of organizing the study and technologies for studying. This model entails the involvement of classroom-based and remote, individual, and group forms of organization of the educational process, organization of project development for a detailed analysis of educational topics. The assessment-resultative block includes criteria, metrics and levels. During the development of the model, the results of the activity of thesubjects of the educational process were analyzed in accordance with two groups of criteria: the criterion of formation of professional theoretical knowledge, practical skills of 3D-tour development and the criterion of the level of using modern software and technical means in creative educational development. The developed model allows for increasing the quality of training of future tourism specialists. During the practical application of the proposed model, virtual 3D-tours were developed. Their development has shown the possibility of implementing the model of development of training of specialists in tourism by using computer 3D-tours with the use of modern ICT tools in the study of special disciplines and the attaining professional skills.

The article is devoted to the problem of successful implementation of different cutting-edge techniques in teaching in the context of the current significant modifications and profound transformations of the educational system in Ukraine. This work focuses on the forming a foreign medical student linguistic personality, in particular it’s grammar, speech, communication as well as socio-cultural competencies, including by utilizing Advanced Information and Communication technology tools. This research focuses on the introduction of Advanced Information and Communication Technologies into the Ukrainian educational process. It was pointed out, that the effective teaching methodology could be based on the newest methods and techniques. The advantages of pedagogical innovation in comparison with traditional methods of presenting educational information was pointed out. The researchers have interpreted the term Mind map. They have also presented and analyzed its important features, common ways of implementation into current teaching process.

One of the priority areas for the development of education is the introduction of information and communication technologies, which ensures the improvement of the educational process, the availability and efficiency of education, the preparation of the young generation for life in the information society, and among the main tasks is the creation of conditions for the development of the industry of modern teaching aids (educational -methodical, electronic, information and communication). In this article, the authors investigated strategies for formal education, and analyzed the main challenges and approaches to the "digitalization" of education. The rapid and profound consequences of the transition to digital will be possible only when digital transformation becomes the basis of the life of society, business and government institutions, becomes a familiar and commonplace phenomenon, becomes DNA, a key element on the path to prosperity, and becomes the basis of prosperity. Digital literacy (or digital competence) is recognized as one of the keys for a full life and human activity, therefore, the formation of information and communication competence is mandatory. This will help to ensure the right of everyone to receive education throughout life, equal conditions of access to education, regardless of the place of study.

Nowadays biology teachers should be professional, ICT and information competent, and they must be able to create diverse teaching scenarios and apply modern technology, enabling students to acquire the knowledge and develop the competences needed for life in the 21st century. With the aim of determining the degree of implementation of information and communication technology in the educational process, a research was conducted on a sample of 65 biology teachers from the Split-Dalmatia County. The results show that biology teachers insufficiently apply ICT tools, and on the work they most commonly use Power Point presentations and their permutations. Length of teachers working experience and the types of schools in which they work are not factors frequently use of ICT tools in the educational process. The results can be the encouragement to transform the initial education of future biology teachers and guidelines for the necessary additional professional training of teachers practitioners and strengthening their ICT skills.

Abstract Today's modern age is characterized by the rapid development of information and communication technologies, which is also reflected in the educational process. It is therefore necessary to prepare the young generation of even at primary and secondary schools to solve problems from real life. Using the appropriate motivation, innovative methods and application of modern information and communication technologies into the teaching process, we can succeed. Constructions created using by dynamic geometry systems bring new opportunities to learning. The aim of this article is to introduce the possibility of using GeoGebra in graphics solution of system of linear inequalities and also in the geometric interpretation of solutions to word problems leading to the linear optimization. The article describes the observations of experimental teaching, where was used GeoGebra. The experimental teaching was conducted at a grammar school in Košice. GeoGebra offers suitable tools to create graphical models in solving the optimization problems.

The aim of the article is to analyze the possibilities of using the electronic educational and methodological complex in the process of students' professional training. A new educational paradigm should provide mobility, flexibility, expansion of horizons for all possible learning paths. The processes of globalization show that the formation of the information society, and at the same time the “information-educated” one, is occurring at a very fast pace. At all levels of education, information and communication technologies (ICT) have become the basis for the organization of the educational process. Education in agriculture is no exception. Moreover, experience shows that technological training of students will be of higher quality if it is carried out through the use of ICT.

The article deals with the problem of formation of creative activity among students in the process of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process of a higher educational establishment: features, prospects and conditions for effective formation of creative activity. The article describes an empirical study of the current level of formation of students' creative activity, gives examples of creative tasks developed by using ICT and recommendations for optimizing of the process of forming students' creative activity by means of ICT tools.

The aim of the research was to study features of integrated professional training of the music teacher by means of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies. The results demonstrate the main features of the use of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies in a pandemic: 1) the transition to information and communication means of communication and limited consultations in various disciplines; 2) independent processing of educational materials, which negatively affects practical skills of students; 3) electronic reporting is the most common form of control over the work of future music teachers; 4) partner innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies of vocational training are poorly integrated into the practice of teaching at the university; 5) the frequency of use of artistic and integrative tools is reduced due to the predominance of independent work of music teachers; 6) interactive tools of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies are used to a lesser extent in the educational process.

Nowadays learning methods in higher education are under a constant review process. Applications focused on Blended-Learning allow to speed-up the learning process; this facilitates the design and implementation of interactive resources in the classroom. The present study shows an experience developed with engineering master students. Flipped Teaching approach has achieved significant mention in academic circles in recent years. Undoubtedly, the implementation of this educational methodology improves students’ motivation and increases their participation in the classroom. In this paper different Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools and multimedia resources that facilitate the teaching sessions are presented. Its use has been simple and intuitive. These educational tools increase the skills, abilities and competences acquired by students. The objective is to achieve more interactive learning. Students positively value this activities related to the Flipped Learning. In addition, students prefer teaching-learning procedures more dynamic, flexible, creative, participatory and with continuous evaluation. Although the general impression is that they need more effort and more dedication, compared to the Traditional Teaching. Every time there is a greater number of educational tools and electronic devices for higher education. However, its use must be correct so that it can be useful in training students.

The article is devoted to the study of foreign theory and experience in designing a system of training highly qualified personnel using information and communication technologies and comparing them with domestic specifics in this area. In response to the need for training highly qualified personnel capable of solving research and pedagogical tasks in key areas for the development of the state, the purpose of this comparative study was to identify relevant and verified parameters for designing a conceptual model of the system for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school using ICT tools. The research is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and pedagogical literature devoted to the problems of training graduate students using ICT tools. To obtain empirical data, we applied the method of integrated observation in the design, administration and development of the postgraduate educational program; questionnaire surveys of graduate students, research supervisors and members of the state examination commission and in-depth interviewing of experts in the field of training highly qualified personnel with subsequent content analysis of the data obtained. As a result, we analyzed and systematized, taking into account the specifics of the use of information and communication technologies, such aspects of training highly qualified personnel as: theoretical, methodological and methodological provisions, personal, professional and regulatory requirements for graduate students and scientific supervisors, implementation and administration of the educational process in graduate school, including against the background of conditions of remote interaction, features of intermediate and final assessment of the formation of competencies of graduate students. The study opens up significant prospects for the practical application of the results obtained in the educational process.
