The final thesis analysis of the student's thesis aims to obtain: 1) research design input, 2) in-depth information about the student thesis research profile, 3) various areas of expertise that are the focus of student research, 4) input on the research procedures undertaken by students, and 5) know the results and research products of students. This study uses 6 stages, namely: 1) Unitizing (uniting); 2) Sampling; 3) Recording / coding; 4) Reducing; 5) Inferring (taking conclusions), 6) Naratting (narration). The results of this study are: 1) 65% thesis abstract number of artistry there are 4, the formulation of the problem is less in accordance with the title (36%), the order of the conclusion of the thesis conclusion is less in accordance with the hypothesis and research questions (48%), while the composition of the thesis is coherent from the title, problem formulation, hypothesis / research questions, and conclusions there are only 36% of the total thesis there; 2) The existence of words that are less operational in the formulation of the problem (16%), the use of words that are less appropriate in the title (5%), the existence of the title of the thesis that is less appropriate to the field of expertise (5%).

The building of an online survey instrument involves sophisticated understandings of the research context, research design, research questions, and other elements. A lesser observed need is to consider what types of data analytics will be applied to the findings. With beginning-to-end online survey research suites, it becomes all the more necessary to think through the process from beginning to end in order to create an instrument that achieves all the necessary aims of the research. After all, improper online survey instrument designs will result in makework when it comes time to analyze data and will foreclose on particular data analytics opportunities. (Such instruments also will not have second or third uses after the first one-off.) This chapter explores how to build an effective online survey instrument to enable a quantitative cross tabulation analysis with the built-in analysis Qualtrics.

In this study the authors adopted a post-positivist research design philosophy to explore the likelihood that Americans would support extreme self-defense policies like torture, reducing human rights or banning Muslims to fight against global terrorism, especially after 9/11 and in light of the Trump conservative government. The authors grounded their research questions into the literature to form hypotheses in a correlational design strategy which they tested using nonparametric statistics. They collected opinions from 3213 Americans during 2016-2017 about applying extreme self-defense tactics to combat global terrorism and how these opinions contrasted between those holding a conservative versus liberal or other individualistic socio-political ideology. The surprising results were that American citizens did not unanimously endorse banning Muslims (only 30% supported the policy and 6% were undecided) but the majority (51%) of participants sanctioned torture as a self-defense to combat global terrorism.

This chapter introduces the various design choices researchers need to decide on prior to conducting the study. The chapter starts with a detailed description of what research design is, followed by an explanation of descriptive, explanatory, or exploratory research questions. This determines what type of data will be collected. The major strategic implementation methods for quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods are then discussed. The three strategies for mixed methods research—parallel convergent, sequential, and embedded design—are presented in detail along with the rationale for their use. Finally, in the last section, the strands or sequencing of the data collection phase of the study are explained.

Abstract Indonesian society's interest in complementary or traditional therapy is increasing. The frequency of utilization of complementary alternative therapies is increasing rapidly throughout the world. The result of Susenas (2007) shows Indonesians who complain of pain within the month before the 30.90% survey. Of the residents who complained of illness, the largest percentage (65.01%) chose their own treatment using traditional medicines and / or drugs. The use of traditional medicine in self-medication efforts has steadily increased from 15.2% to 38.3% over the course of 7 years from 2000-2006 (Supardi, S and Andi Leny, 2010)  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of herbal medicine to facilitate the expansion of breast milk as an effort to reduce the use of conventional medicines in Bojonegoro District in 2017.  This research uses Quasy experimental research design technique (quasi experiment). Based on the place of study including the type of field research design. Population is a subject that meets the criteria that have been set. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers in 10 Puskesmas in Bojonegoro Regency in 2016. Analysis is a very important part to achieve the goal, where the main purpose of research is to answer the research questions in expressing the phenomenon . Data analysis in this study using chi square test. The results showed p value 0.468> 0.05 which means there is no relationship between the use of herbal uyup - uyup with milk production. Keywords: Herbal Medicinal Use and Breastmilk Production

The study looks at security challenges, causes and effects of security challenges on the resources, types of collection that are more vulnerable to security breaches, challenges encountered in combating the breaches, measures to reduce & address security breaches in Fed. Uni. Lafia library (6) objectives with research questions guided the study. The study uses survey research design. The population examined is (30) library staff & (100) undergraduate students in Fed. Uni. Lafia, summing total population to (130). Data was collected using a questionnaire titled effect of security challenges on library resources in federal University of Lafia library. Random sampling technique was used for the study. Mean tables, frequencies and percentage were used to analysed data. It shows, library is faced with the challenges of book theft, non-return of materials, mutilation, overdue books, shelving of books. Recommendations; To increased security in the library by supervision, patrolling/surveillance, buy copiers, installed security gadgets in the library premises & fencing.

Abstract This paper surveys the literature, particularly the empirical literature, that examines the association between financial structure and economic growth. The studies are divided into two groups depending on their research focus and research design. Whereas both strands of literature contribute to our understanding of the relationship between financial structure and growth and may also inform each other, the fundamental difference in their research questions means that they should be treated separately rather than together. Despite this difference, the two strands of literature share a common weakness: i.e. they overlook the interactions between banks and stock markets, which may lead to biased estimations.

This study examined university lecturers’ readiness and motivation towards nutilizing online technologies for instructional delivery in Kwara State, Nigeria. The study adopted a survey research design. A total of 254 lecturers drawn from three universities within Kwara State, Nigeria represent the sample for the study. Four research questions were raised to guide the study. The results reveal that lecturers do access online technologies, however at a relatively low extent. Respondents are relatively ready to utilize online technologies in teaching and learning situations and they are also motivated to utilize online technologies in instruction. There is no difference between male and female lecturers readiness to use online technologies for instructional delivery. Both the male and the female lecturers were quite motivated in using online technologies to pass instruction. Based on the findings, it was concluded that university lecturers in Kwara State were relatively ready and highly motivated to utilize online technologies for instructional delivery. The implication of the study is that online technologies could be easily integrated into education with ease. It was recommended that lecturers should develop more interest in online technologies and find more ways they can be incorporated into teaching and learning. Keywords: Online technologies, Utilization, Readiness, Motivation, Instructional delivery, Lecturers, Nigeria.
