     Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini semakin memberikan peluang kepada setiap perusahaan untuk memiliki daya saing bisnis sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung manajemen dalam meningkatkan produktifitas perusahaan. Sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet yang berjalan saat ini di PT. Prima Lakto Sehat masih menggunakan proses bisnis yang konvensional, dimana setiap adanya pendaftaran outlet baru harus dilakukan pendataan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan proses panjang yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan data yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya kesalahan pencatatan data sampai hilangnya data transaksi pemesanan outlet oleh pihak toko yang ingin bergabung. Demikian juga dengan proses pemesanan produk yang dilakukan oleh setiap outlet ke pihak perusahaan, proses yang dilakukan saat ini belum menggunakan suatu sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga setiap pemesanan produk yang diterima oleh perusahaan belum tercatat dengan baik.  Melihat permasalahan tersebut, sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet dengan menggunakan layanan website menjadi suatu solusi yang dipilih oleh PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. Disamping kemudahan dalam proses transaksi pemesanan produk oleh setiap outlet dan pembukaan outlet yang baru, sistem informasi yang dibangun diharapkan mampu membantu PT. Prima Lakto Sehat dalam mengelola data transaksi keduanya secara cepat dan tepat sehingga memudahkan pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam menentukan suatu pengambilan keputusan. Sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet berbasis web ini dibangun dengan dengan Model Waterfall menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pemesanan ini, diharapkan salah satu proses bisnis yang ada di PT. Prima Lakto Sehat menjadi semakin efektif dan efisien Kata kunci: Model Waterfall, Sistem Informasi, Pemesanan, PHP, MySQL Abstract: The current development of information technology provides opportunities for every company to have business competitiveness, so that companies are required to have an information system capable of supporting management in increasing company productivity. Information system for ordering products and outlets currently running at PT. Prima Lakto Sehat still uses conventional business processes, where each new outlet registration must be done manually so that it requires a long process which results in data accumulation resulting in increased data recording errors and loss of outlet order transaction data by the shop that wants to join. Likewise with the product ordering process carried out by each outlet to the company, the process currently carried out does not use an integrated system so that every product order received by the company has not been recorded properly. Seeing these problems, the information system for ordering products and outlets using website services is a solution chosen by PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. In addition to the convenience in the product order transaction process by each outlet and the opening of new outlets, the information system built is expected to be able to help PT. Prima Lakto Sehat in managing both transaction data quickly and precisely, making it easier for company management to make decisions. This web-based product and outlet ordering information system was built with the Waterfall Model using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this ordering information system, it is hoped that one of the existing business processes at PT. Prima Lakto Sehat is becoming more effective and efficient. Cooperation as one of the driving wheels of the economy also require technology in the implementation of their operations. The application of the information system to the cooperation will affect the cooperative's performance. The Tani Makmur Cooperation in Klaten is a cooperative that helps farmers in managing rice fields, but does not yet have a web-based system that can integrate the required information. In this study, a web-based information system was designed that can be used as data storage, using a waterfall model. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The resulting information system consists of the menu Master Data, Transactions, Reports, Settings, Graphics, Backups, and Help. Cooperation members can carry out storage, borrowing and installment transactions through the Transaction menu. The cooperation admin can view all transactions through the Reports menu. The resulting web-based information system can be used to store cooperation data, thereby expediting and accelerating the transaction process for Koperasi Tani Makmur customers and also reducing the risk of data loss..

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

The development of technology is very influential in the business processes of an organization to be able to carry out its duties and functions. As a government agency engaged in research, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) needs to make organizational changes to support its vision as a world-class research institution. One of the first steps taken is reorganizing and redistributing employees that have a high impact on the business process of service to employees because the supporting resources are placed corporately and no longer in the work units. To deal with this problem, we developed a Regional Service Information System using the Scrum methodology. The output is a web-based software that facilitates service requests needed by employees, ranging from service submission, processing by the Area Manager and Central Manager, to being received again by the service requester. The Regional Service Information System is expected to be a solution to the problems that arise as a result of the redistribution of employees at LIPI and to improve the effectiveness of employees as the research supporting resources.

Attendance in the world of work is sometimes still done manually. At the Uyu shop, there are still problems that occur in recording and making attendance reports manually, such as mistakes in biodata, forgetting to record the date. Because the Uyu store still doesn't use a computerized employee or staff absence information system in managing data, so the information that can be processed is quite long and storage is not guaranteed safe. The purpose of this researcher is to create an information system that can manage attendance data for employees who work at the computerized Uyu Store and also implement a coloring method on attendance reports that generate reports based on the attendance coloring method according to employee attendance hours that are easy to understand. This method uses the coloring method as a solution to solving problems that can be solved in the greedy method, namely the color problem and the waterfall model as a system development process that uses UML design. The result of this research is that the system can operate attendance data collection as well as report employee data more efficiently and integrated.

The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.

Analysis and Design of Logistic Delivery System in PT Repex Wahana aims to analyze company’s need in existing business process of logistic delivery service. This will then be used in the development of an integrated system that can address the problems in the running process of sending and tracking the whereaboutsor status of the delivered goods which are the core business processes in the enterprise. The result then will be used as basis in the development of integrated information system in pursuit of corporate solution for process business automation, delivery process, inventory, and logistic delivery tracking, which is the core of the company business process, and it will be documented using Unified Modeling Language. The information system is meant to simplify the delivery and tracking process in the company, besides will minimize lost and error of data which is often happened because of the manual and unorganized transaction data processing.

The idea to design an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia arises because of the current information system is still very traditional and it has an enormous dependency to physical data. Designing of an information system in PT Triwarna Eka Multimedia is aimed to identify the organization needs in managing their business process operational related to current data of sales, production and inventory. The result from those processes is aimed to build an integrated system that can meet all of the organization’s needs in running their daily business process and facing the rivalry from the competitors. The method used in this paper is a survey, literature review, and analysis of current business processes in the company These needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. This information system makes all the current operational business activities easier with the more enhanced automation than the previous information system. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually cause by the manual process and storage data of physical data.

PEB Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative which is intended for employees of PT. PEB, is engaged in the garment industry. Established since 15 years with the number of cooperative members who are permanent employees of the company. This cooperative becomes an economical shelter to meet the needs of its employees. Technology in admin data processing is still simple using Microsoft Excel tools, in applications that connect members with admins on this system have not been designed, so from the background of this research will design a web-based and android-based savings and loan cooperative information system This design uses the waterfall model which will take a sequential design making it easier for developers and users. The hope is that this design will help make transactions for savings, loans, deposits, data collection, and reports to members, admins and leaders. The results obtained from the questionnaire with the System Usability Scale method in this savings and loan cooperative application are easy to use, faster, and practical, stated by the cooperative members by 84% and cooperative managers by 80%. It can be concluded that this application that has been designed can make it easier to carry out savings and loan transactions quickly and practically.

In designing information systems a model that can be used is needed, the selection of the right model is an important factor in the success of building a system. The Waterfall Model is a simple model and is suitable for developing software with specifications that do not change. In this study, which is used as an object of research that is in the system of borrowing and returning tools. In operational activities it still uses a manual and conventional system, unsupported by an integrated system. From the observations and research, the author finally built an Information System as solution. The information system is designed and built with a web-based platform using Notepad ++ as its programming editor, MYSQL front as a data base editor, XAMPP as a database server and PDF as a report viewer media. Apply the Squence Diagram method in software development. This new information system is expected to be able to assist in the company's activities, such as in making loan forms, return forms and loan and repayment reports, etc. The application of this Information System is expected to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the company PT Esco Bintan. After the existence of this Information System the company can operate this system more quickly and easily without requiring a very long time to operate the work. And the company is very easy to find the required documents and storage is very safe not easily lost
