In 1978, Esco was established in Singapore to provide clean air solutions for the high-tech and science industry website escoindonesia.com. From there, Esco is committed to providing the best solutions in technological capabilities to create a cleaner, healthier and safer world. In this study, which is used as an object of research that is in the system of borrowing and returning tools. In operational activities it still uses a manual and conventional system, unsupported by an integrated system. From the observations and research, the author finally built an Information System as solution. The information system is designed and built with a web-based platform using Notepad ++ as its programming editor, MYSQL front as a data base editor, XAMPP as a database server and PDF as a report viewer media. Apply the Squence Diagram method in software development. This new information system is expected to be able to assist in the company's activities, such as in making loan forms, return forms and loan and repayment reports, etc. The application of this Information System is expected to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the company PT Esco Bintan. After the existence of this Information System the company can operate this system more quickly and easily without requiring a very long time to operate the work. And the company is very easy to find the required documents and storage is very safe not easily lost

Information system is an integrated system that provides information or data to support various operational activities, management, and decision-making functions of an organization or company. Information systems are needed in an organization because what determines the running of an organization is the information it has, such as in making reports given to the leadership, depending on whether the information is accurate or not. As is the case in non-profit organizations in the community, namely Posyandu. Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu) is a form of Upaya Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) carried out by, from and with the community, to empower and provide convenience to the community to obtain health services for mothers, infants and toddlers. The implementation of the Posyandu which is routinely carried out every month is carried out by health cadres whose workforce is voluntary and is chosen by local residents and is tasked with fostering the community. The purpose of this community service program is to provide knowledge and understanding to Posyandu cadres so that they can provide maximum health services to the community, especially health service administration during registration, recording and reporting, namely by providing socialization of the use of the Web-Based Posyandu Information System for Cendana Posyandu cadres in Kahuripan Village, Tasikmalaya City. Abstract. Snow avalanche data in the French Alps and Pyrenees have been recorded for more than 100 years in several databases. The increasing amount of observed data required a more integrative and automated service. Here we report the comprehensive web-based Snow Avalanche Information System newly developed to this end for three important datasets: an avalanche chronicle (Enquête Permanente sur les Avalanches, EPA), an avalanche map (Carte de Localisation des Phénomènes d'Avalanche, CLPA) and a compilation of hazard and vulnerability data recorded on selected paths endangering human settlements (Sites Habités Sensibles aux Avalanches, SSA). These datasets are now integrated into a common database, enabling full interoperability between all different types of snow avalanche records: digitized geographic data, avalanche descriptive parameters, eyewitness reports, photographs, hazard and risk levels, etc. The new information system is implemented through modular components using Java-based web technologies with Spring and Hibernate frameworks. It automates the manual data entry and improves the process of information collection and sharing, enhancing user experience, data quality, and offering new outlooks to explore and exploit the huge amount of snow avalanche data available for fundamental research and more applied risk assessment.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Abstract—Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation in addition to basic salary, as well as the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based employee payroll information system at the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

Cooperatives as one of the economic activity actors in Indonesia must transform operational activities and management to keep abreast of technology in the current digital era. Operational and management activities at the XYZ School cooperative are currently limited to desktop-based systems. These activities certainly need to be developed following the era of digitalization and current technological developments. Operational time of cooperatives is a major obstacle in savings and loan cooperatives at XYZ School. Operational and management activities in the current technological era should not be limited by time and place, making it easier for cooperative staff members and members in operational activities at the XYZ School savings and loan cooperatives. Based on these conditions, the authors make a prototype research on the Development of a Savings and Loan Cooperative Information System at XYZ Schools Using the Throwaway Prototyping Development Method. Research begins with gathering needs, defining the overall objective of the software, identifying all needs, then designing information systems. The results of the development of analysis and design will be illustrated in the form of UML diagrams and the design of a savings and loan information system screen at the Web-Based XYZ School. With the development of cooperative information systems it can help cooperative staff and members to carry out operational activities without being limited by school operational hours, the information produced is more informative and can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

     Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini semakin memberikan peluang kepada setiap perusahaan untuk memiliki daya saing bisnis sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung manajemen dalam meningkatkan produktifitas perusahaan. Sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet yang berjalan saat ini di PT. Prima Lakto Sehat masih menggunakan proses bisnis yang konvensional, dimana setiap adanya pendaftaran outlet baru harus dilakukan pendataan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan proses panjang yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan data yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya kesalahan pencatatan data sampai hilangnya data transaksi pemesanan outlet oleh pihak toko yang ingin bergabung. Demikian juga dengan proses pemesanan produk yang dilakukan oleh setiap outlet ke pihak perusahaan, proses yang dilakukan saat ini belum menggunakan suatu sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga setiap pemesanan produk yang diterima oleh perusahaan belum tercatat dengan baik.  Melihat permasalahan tersebut, sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet dengan menggunakan layanan website menjadi suatu solusi yang dipilih oleh PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. Disamping kemudahan dalam proses transaksi pemesanan produk oleh setiap outlet dan pembukaan outlet yang baru, sistem informasi yang dibangun diharapkan mampu membantu PT. Prima Lakto Sehat dalam mengelola data transaksi keduanya secara cepat dan tepat sehingga memudahkan pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam menentukan suatu pengambilan keputusan. Sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet berbasis web ini dibangun dengan dengan Model Waterfall menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pemesanan ini, diharapkan salah satu proses bisnis yang ada di PT. Likewise with the product ordering process carried out by each outlet to the company, the process currently carried out does not use an integrated system so that every product order received by the company has not been recorded properly. Seeing these problems, the information system for ordering products and outlets using website services is a solution chosen by PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. In addition to the convenience in the product order transaction process by each outlet and the opening of new outlets, the information system built is expected to be able to help PT. Prima Lakto Sehat in managing both transaction data quickly and precisely, making it easier for company management to make decisions. This web-based product and outlet ordering information system was built with the Waterfall Model using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this ordering information system, it is hoped that one of the existing business processes at PT. Prima Lakto Sehat is becoming more effective and efficient. Information systems have evolved into ubiquitous, Web-based technologies that eliminate the boundaries of time and space, and support higher levels of social interaction. In order to achieve the highest return from information systems, organizations must match the capabilities of technology with their environment. This research proposes a model of Organization-Information System Fit based on task-technology fit and theories of user acceptance. Organization-information system fit may be achieved by balancing technical fit and user fit. Technical fit can be characterized as congruence among process-technology fit and task-technology fit. The idea of user fit is introduced as a moderator of the relationship between technical fit and utilization. Higher degrees of both technical fit and user fit should result in positive impacts on utilization and performance.
