The development of technology is very influential in the business processes of an organization to be able to carry out its duties and functions. As a government agency engaged in research, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) needs to make organizational changes to support its vision as a world-class research institution. One of the first steps taken is reorganizing and redistributing employees that have a high impact on the business process of service to employees because the supporting resources are placed corporately and no longer in the work units. To deal with this problem, we developed a Regional Service Information System using the Scrum methodology. The output is a web-based software that facilitates service requests needed by employees, ranging from service submission, processing by the Area Manager and Central Manager, to being received again by the service requester. The Regional Service Information System is expected to be a solution to the problems that arise as a result of the redistribution of employees at LIPI and to improve the effectiveness of employees as the research supporting resources.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

Current web-based administrative services are not only for government at the city or regional level, but now the village also needs it to support its government activities. According to Law No. 6 of 2014 the village is a legal community unit that has the territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and administer government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, original rights, and / or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the Republic of the Republic of Republic's government system. Indonesia. In the current technological era, there are many services for villages that use and utilize information technology so that the service process becomes easier, more transparent and faster. For this reason, in this study we had the opportunity to develop a web-based Village Service Information System in Leran village, in developing the system this time we used a prototyping method. This system will have several features, including: making independent reports, submitting a letter of introduction from the village and online, making a biodata of the village community, and also containing the profile of the village of Leran. The results of this research are a village service information system that can help the work of government officials in the village of Leran, and also facilitate the villagers in obtaining information about services or other information in the village of Leran.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

Abstract   Online Service Information System Uses MD5 Encryption for Web-Based Citizens' Services for residents of the purple cottage in Central Kaliai, North Bekasi. From the research found the findings in the cover letter service. The application uses the codeigniter framework template, and uses the MYSQL database, PHP Myadmin. this study uses the waterfall method.      Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini semakin memberikan peluang kepada setiap perusahaan untuk memiliki daya saing bisnis sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung manajemen dalam meningkatkan produktifitas perusahaan. Sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet yang berjalan saat ini di PT. Prima Lakto Sehat masih menggunakan proses bisnis yang konvensional, dimana setiap adanya pendaftaran outlet baru harus dilakukan pendataan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan proses panjang yang mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan data yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya kesalahan pencatatan data sampai hilangnya data transaksi pemesanan outlet oleh pihak toko yang ingin bergabung. Demikian juga dengan proses pemesanan produk yang dilakukan oleh setiap outlet ke pihak perusahaan, proses yang dilakukan saat ini belum menggunakan suatu sistem yang terintegrasi sehingga setiap pemesanan produk yang diterima oleh perusahaan belum tercatat dengan baik.  Melihat permasalahan tersebut, sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet dengan menggunakan layanan website menjadi suatu solusi yang dipilih oleh PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. Disamping kemudahan dalam proses transaksi pemesanan produk oleh setiap outlet dan pembukaan outlet yang baru, sistem informasi yang dibangun diharapkan mampu membantu PT. Prima Lakto Sehat dalam mengelola data transaksi keduanya secara cepat dan tepat sehingga memudahkan pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam menentukan suatu pengambilan keputusan. Sistem informasi pemesanan produk dan outlet berbasis web ini dibangun dengan dengan Model Waterfall menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pemesanan ini, diharapkan salah satu proses bisnis yang ada di PT. Likewise with the product ordering process carried out by each outlet to the company, the process currently carried out does not use an integrated system so that every product order received by the company has not been recorded properly. Seeing these problems, the information system for ordering products and outlets using website services is a solution chosen by PT. Prima Lakto Sehat. In addition to the convenience in the product order transaction process by each outlet and the opening of new outlets, the information system built is expected to be able to help PT. Prima Lakto Sehat in managing both transaction data quickly and precisely, making it easier for company management to make decisions. This web-based product and outlet ordering information system was built with the Waterfall Model using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this ordering information system, it is hoped that one of the existing business processes at PT. Prima Lakto Sehat is becoming more effective and efficient. Laundry service is one of the services that is quite commonly used today, this service can help people who don't have time to wash their clothes. Rizky laundry is an example of a laundry service that is developing in the Dharmawangsa area, Surabaya. The system used in Rizky Laundry still uses manual data which make it difficult to find customer data. Such conventional systems can cause operational ineffectiveness and are prone to data loss. Based on this description, the authors have the idea to create a Web-Based Laundry Service Information System at Rizky Laundry. It is hoped that this information system can help for transactions and can make it easier for Rizky Laundry to create customer data and reports.

Tira Laundry which is located on the street Walahar / Tegal Kelapa Subang is one where the laundry business provides kilogram washing services including washing and dry services, irons, washing clothes, washing pants, washing bed covers, and washing blankets. Based on existing problems, the Tira Laundry service data still uses manually from recording customer data to reports, data collection clothing that has not been taken by customers is still using ledgers, and consumer registration is still done by handwritten in a laundry activity book, so as to searching for customer data and other report data is experiencing difficulties and requires a long process. From this problem, a laundry service information system is created which contains customer data on the laundry tyra that occurs on a daily basis. In conducting this research using the methodology of collecting customer data and compiling conducting interviews about all activities related to customer service business data on tyra laundry having its address at Jalan Walahar / Tegal Kelapa Subang. The result to be achieved is to be able to create a web-based laundry service information system on tyra laundry, so as to increase the effectiveness of the efficiency of the tyra laundry business performance and facilitate the service of laundry data so that it can run quickly and easily.

Datacom is a private company engaged in the sale and repair of computers. Services in the datacom must be done properly and correctly to facilitate and speed up the flow of services, a computer data processing information system is very appropriate to simplify services on the datacom. This study aims to produce a computer service information system in Datacom, this system is built based on a website using the Codeigniter Framework and will be developed using the Waterfall method. Testing on this system using Blackbox Testing results in the system being able to check the status of computer service, can print service data, and can print data service reports per month.
