There is a deep-rooted correlation between refractory epilepsy in pediatric age and intelligence development. However, little is known about whether surgical procedures used in pediatric epilepsy treatment can affect Intelligence Quotient (IQ) or not. Factors that might influence postoperative IQ are also a matter of study in several articles. To tackle these issues, a systematic review with meta-analysis was conducted with the terms “epilepsy”, “epileptic”, “surgery”, “surgical”, “Wechsler Scale” and “intelligence tests” in PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMBASE and Clinical Trials.gov. A descriptive data synthesis was carried out to address each of the objectives and then a metaanalysis using a random effects model was conducted. A meta-regression was performed to ascertain possible factors that could influence postoperative IQ. The meta-analysis of the studies included found a mean difference between postoperative and preoperative full-scale IQ values of 1.014 standardized points (p < 0.001). Among all the articles regarding curative surgeries, only three reported an overall significant improvement in IQ after surgery. Regarding palliative procedures, both studies with anterior corpus callosotomy reported a significant improvement in full-scale IQ values two years after surgery. The meta-regression performed did not find any predictors of change in full-scale IQ.

This study aims to describe: (1)the Implementation of multiple intelligences concept in learning center at education for early age Dellia creative school and; (2) Supporting factors and the inhibiting implementation of multiple intelligences concept at learning center in education for early age Dellia creative school. The Implementation concept of multiple intelligences in the learning center defined as a process of applying innovative methods of learning in early childhood using centers based on the plural intelligence of children in early age. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the managers/principals and also the educators of dellia education for early age creative school. The data were collected using observation method, interview, and documentation. The Researcher are the main instruments in conducting this research assisted by observation guides, interview guides, and documentation guidelines. The Techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and taking the conclusion. The Triangulation done to explain the validity of the data using source of triangulation. The results of the research indicate that: 1) the Implementation consept of multiple intelligences at learning center in education for early age Dellia creative school is done in three stages: (a) planning includes making RKH (daily lesson plan)  and RKM (weekly lesson plan), but the planning itself is not written in RKH (daily lesson plan), the kinds of multiple intelligence development; (B) the implementation includes four footholds: first is footholds of the main environmental, second is the pre-game experience, third is the current playing ground and the last is foothold of the after-play experience. The Plural intelligence developement can be identified from the type of offered play by the educator; (C) the assessment is performed by observation, checklists, anecdotes and assignments packed in middle of semester and the ends of semester reports. 2) the supporting factors of the implementation center approched based on multiple intelligence is: (a) the instruments and the materials are adjusted to the level of child development achievement; (B)a good cooperation between the educators, employees and parents of education for early age Dellia creative schools, while the inhibiting factors are: (a) the changing of learners mood; (b) the lack of teaching personnel. Keywords: multiple intelegences, center, learning

The article is devoted to deepening of research the using of ecological types of transport in cities. Climate change, urbanization and increased mobility of the people are the basis for improvement of municipal transport management policy. The international experience of using of different types of transport on the basis of municipal ecology and the using of “smart” technologies is explored in the article. The diversification of transport and the increasing of popularity of ecological types of transport (trams, trains, bicycles, electric cars, etc.) are investigated. As a result, the using of ecological diversification policy in the municipal transport management system is proposed. The essence of the implementation of such policy is to approve the principles of sustainable development of the transport system, municipal ecology by promoting the ecological types of transport (bicycles, scooters, electric cars, trams, trains, etc.), taking into account the trends of artificial intelligence development and possibilities of smart specialization of the transport system. In addition, the ecological diversification policy predicts inclusion of the trends of artificial intelligence development and the possibilities of smart specialization in the transport system. The correlation assessment of the dynamic of transport using and the level of carbon dioxide emissions of transport in Ukraine were conducted. In the context of the research of features of the implementation of ecological diversification policy in the municipal transport management system, the prospects for the development of bicycle transport and bicycle tourism, the assessment of supply and demand for ecological types of transport, the development of the energy service market for ecological types of transport in the municipal transport management system were established.

In the process of comprehending the prospects for the artificial intelligence development, the authors come to a conclusion that in the scientific learning of the world the problematic issues of the artificial intelligence are connected with problematic issues of recognizing the artificial intelligence systems and ordinary human thinking The article performs an analysis of the concepts of «intelligence» and «artificial intelligence», in the process of which the intelligence is viewed through a systematic approach in its broad sense. The purpose of the article is to present a number of conclusions about the levels of development of scientific studies of the problems under investigation, is there any reason to argue that attempts to implement the epistemological characteristics of thinking in modern artificial intelligence systems have not only been undertaken but also successful, and whether is it possible to talk about full transfer of the intellectual functions to the technical systems, endowing them with epistemological tools (in the context of the discussion about strong and weak versions of the artificial intelligence). The authors study the concept of «phenomenology of intelligence», the perception of intelligence in various historical eras by famous philosophers and scientists of other branches of knowledge; they identify the artificial intelligence as a special branch of science, analyze the existing problems in this field. In writing the article, they use the system approach, the theoretical analysis of and generalization of the scientific information, the historical, predicted, critical and dialectical methods of investigation.
