The Subject

Background the research is to various assessment empirical and the phenomenon of emotional intelligence and compensation and their influence on commitment organization employees in bina bhakti school, kubu raya. Methods used in this research is quantitative model with a multiple linear regression. The subject of this research is school office bina bhakti kubu raya 31 which consisted of people. Data collection techniques is using a questioner, observation and interview. Collected data has been will analyzed by the statistics to determine the level of influence between variables free on variables bound. Based on the regression, the can be made conclusion as follows: 1) There are significant influence between variables emotional intelligence to commitment on organization of employees in Bina bhakti kubu raya as much as 98,52%; 2) There are significant influence between variables compensation to commitment on organization of employees in Bina bhakti kubu raya as much as 98,96%; 3) There are significant influence between variables emotional intelligence and  compensation to commitment on organization of employees in Bina bhakti kubu raya as much as 99,20%.

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.</p>

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees at South Buru District Social Service. This research uses explanatory research with survey data collection methods. The study lasted for 2 months, ie from January to the month of February 2017 in South Buru District Social Service. The sampling technique in this research is a probability sampling technique saturated sample (full sample) that as many as 39 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the competence on the basis of the characteristics of the suitability of the knowledge, skills and self-concept has a significant influence on the performance of employees in the South Buru District Social Service, with variable suitability of knowledge as the dominant variable.

This research conducted in Klungkung with 96 owners of the endek fabric business as samples. Determination of samples by Saturated Sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Based on the results, Market Orientation, Differentiation Strategy, and Product Innovation simultaneously have significant effect on Competitive Advantage. There is a partially positive and significant influence between Market Orientation and Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. There is a positive and partially significant influence between the Differentiation Strategy on Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. There is a partially positive and significant influence between Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. Efforts to increase the competitive advantage of the endek industry can be carried out by endek entrepreneurs by collecting information about customer needs, making endek fabric designs that are different and easily recognizable compared to competitors' products and trying to sell products abroad. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) inflence of student learning activeness on learning achievement. 2) influence of emotional intelligence on learning achievement. 3) the influence of learning activeness & emotional intelligence on learning achievement. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This study took place at the University of Banten Jaya, the Teaching and Education Faculty, majoring in Accounting.  The population in this study were all students of the FKIP Accounting Education University of Banten Jaya, the population in this study were 84 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and docimentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test of the significance of multiple linear regression (Test F) and test the significance of multiple linear regression coefficients  (t test), in addition to the calculation of relative donations and effective contributions. The results showed that 1) Learning activity did not have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students of Banten Jaya Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which was indicated by table> thitung (1,667> 0,858). 2) Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant influence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students of Banten Jaya Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which is indicated by table> thitung (1.667> 0.61) 3) Learning activity and intelligence together do not significantly influence the learning achievement of FKIP Accounting education students Banten Jaya University. Based on the F test, it is known that H0 received by Ha is rejected because Fcount> Ftable (0.594> 0.311) and the significance of significance of 0.05. That is 0.555. 4) Student learning activeness variables contribute 6.25% effectively, students emotional intelligence variable contributes 6.1% effectively so the total contribution is 12.35%, while the remaining 87.65% is influenced by other variables not examined.

This research aimed to analyzed the factors that influence consumer purchase decisions in Pajak USU (Pajus) Medan ie location, completeness of the product and prices. Samples were taken totaling 96 respondents. Data collection techniques that used were questionnaire using a Likert Scale measurement and statistical processing with multiple linear regression method.After analyzing the data, this research obtained that the location, completeness of the product and price influenced purchasing decisions amounted to 0.718 (71.80%), which meant that the location, the completeness of the product and the price had a contribution and influenced the purchasing decisions of consumers by 71.80%, while 28.2% influenced by other factors. To test the hypothesis in this research t test showed that the research hypothesis for X2 and X3 accepted, meant that there were positive and significant influences between variable range of products and prices on consumer purchasing decisions in Pajak USU (Pajus) Medan. While the research hypothesis for X1 was rejected, meant that there was no positive and significant influence between variable locations on consumer purchasing decisions in Pajak USU (Pajus) Medan. From statistical F test, obtained that simultaneously, location, completeness of the product and prices influenced consumer purchasing decisions significantly.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Thus students’ learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning  motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.
