PERAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Thus students’ learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.

This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. Therefore, students’ learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

The purpose of the research is to describe Student Company program and its effect on entrepreneurial competencies of vocational high school students in Yogyakarta. This research is expost facto study. The research was conducted at SMK 1 Depok, SMK 2Depok, SMK 1 Godean, SMK 7 Yogyakarta and SMK 1 Seyegan. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and observation. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study were: (1) Student company was effective to improve the entrepreneurship competencies of vocational high school students in Yogyakarta. The effectiveness of planning aspects was in excellent category (42.11%), the implementation aspects was in the good category (35.79%), and the effectiveness of the controls was in the good category (48.42%). (2) Entrepreneurship competencies of students who took SC were in the good category (56.84%). (3) The planning aspect of student company has significant effect on the entrepreneurship competencies of students (t=2.954;Sig= 0.004). (4) The implementation aspects have significant effect on the entrepreneurship competencies of students (t= 3.627;Sig=0.000). (5) The control aspect does not have significant effect on the entrepreneurship competencies of students (t=0.573;Sig=0.568). (6) The aspects of planning, implementation, and control simultaneously have a significant effects on the entrepreneurship competence of vocational high school students in Yogyakarta (F=8.755;Sig =0.000).

This research aims to determine: 1)Influence of reading ability and vocabulary mastery together on writing skills descriptive text. 2)Influence of reading ability towards writing skills descriptive text. 3)Influence of vocabulary mastery on writing skills descriptive text. The populations are X-grade students of Private High School as many as 50 respondents were sampled in this research. The research is conducted by survey method, with multiple linear regression research. The results of hypothesis testing obtained the following conclusions: 1)There is a significant impact on the reading ability and vocabulary mastery together on writing skills descriptive text at Private high school students in West Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig.= 0.020 <0.05 and Fcount = 4.235. 2)There is no significant effect of reading ability towards writing skills descriptive text at private high school students in West Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig.=0.900>0.05 and tcount=0.126. 3)There is a significant influence on the vocabulary mastery on writing skills descriptive text at private high school students in West Jakarta. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig =0.029 <0.05 and tcount = 2.249.

This study aims to: analyze the influence of family environment on learning outcomes at economics lesson of students in high school economics Negeri 7 Surabaya, analyze the influence of students dicipline on learning outcomes in economics lesson of student at SMAN 7 Surabaya, analyze the influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in economics lesson of student at SMAN 7 Surabaya, and also the impact of family environment, students dicipline and learning motivation at the same time on the learning outcomes on economics lesson of student at SMAN 7 Surabaya. This research is quantitative. The population in this research were students of class X and class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 7 Surabaya year 2014-2015 as many as 228 students, while the number of samples used as much as 145 students. The data collection techniques that used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that : there is a significant and positive effect between family environment on learning outcomes in economics lesson of student at SMAN 7 Surabaya, a significant and positive effect between students dicipline on learning outcomes in economics lesson of student at SMAN 7 Surabaya, a significant and positive effect between learning motivation on learning outcomes in economics lesson of student at SMAN 7 Surabaya, and a significant and positive relations between family environment, student discipline and learning motivation jointly toward learning outcomes on economics lesson of students at SMAN 7 Surabaya

The problem in this research is not optimal student achievement. It is characterized by the acquisition of learning outcomes of student who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria in school. This study aims to determine the effect of performance of teaching teachers on student achievement. The method used in this research was survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with rating scale. Respondents were 53 students of class X of Office Administration Vocational High School in Bandung. The approach used is a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques using regression analysis. The result showed that the performance of teaching teachers has a positive and significant impact on student achievement, either partially or simultaneously. It can be concluded that student achievement can be improved through increased performance of teaching teachers. It means the better of performance of teaching teacher will have an impact on student achievement for the better. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai dengan 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 53 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kinerja mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru. Artinya semakin tinggi kinerja mengajar guru akan berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa yang semakin tinggi.
