This study examines the possibility of becoming a mediator variables on the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. Respondents were 110 young employees around Pontianak City. Data will be analyzed with path analysis method that would prove the effect of each variable to another variable. The analysis showed that work engagement are variables that mediate the effects of transformational leadership on employee performance. These results provide input for the management of any organizastion to give more confidence and space for employees to work which will lead to increased work engagement impact on the performance of employees.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, technical competencies and self-efficacy on the employee performance.</em> <em>This study conducted a survey of 70 respondents from the population of 185 employees in PT Wahana Optima Permai (PT WOP, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri Pension Fund Four-DPBME) Head-Office, and Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya branches. The selected respondents are employees of the business and support units associated with the leasing and management of office buildings. This research used a quantitative survey associative and a path analysis method. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy was significantly positive direct influence on employee performance. In order to improve the quality of employee performance, PT WOP should improve the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and self-efficacy employees. As a conclusion, that any change in the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy will direct affect employee performance.</em></p>


The purpose of this research to study the influence of Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance PT. (Persero) Surveyor Indonesia. This research uses quantitative approach with path analysis method. The sample of this research is 120 employees of PT. Surveyor Indonesia served as head of department. The results of this study show that; (1) Work engagement directly affects employee performance; (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on work performance; (3) organizational commitment directly affects employee performance; (4) work engagement has a direct effect on organizational commitment; (5) job satisfaction has a direct effect on organizational commitment; (6) work engagement has a direct effect on job satisfaction. Thus the improvement of employee performance can be achieved directly if there is strong influence of work engagement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction is well developed.

This research was conducted at the Spazzio Kuta Bali hotel using saturated samples of 35 employees. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, where the better the application of transformational leadership is ensured also the higher the level of motivation of work held by employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if transformational leadership goes well and effectively it can have an effect on improving employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where if the higher the work motivation of the employee, the higher the level of employee performance. Work motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate transformational leadership style towards employee performance, that is if the applied leadership style can precisely direct organizational goals with individual needs, the higher the motivation of the subordinates which will further improve their performance. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture toward employee performance. Sampling in this study using a Stratified Random Sampling and the size of 92 respondents, methods of analysis use path Analysis. The results showed that based on the preception of respondents, the overall variable transformotional leadership in the category quite well toward good, look that variable tranformational leadership (X1) has a direct amount to 13,62%, indirect effect throught its realtionship culture organization (X2) amount to 11,30, and total the effect 24,92%. Culture organitation has a direct amount to 29,38%, indirect effect throught its relationship tranformational leadership 11,30% and total the effect 40,68%. The coefecient of determination calculation result is equal to 65,59%. The result of reseach concludes that there are partially and stimultaneously significanteffect of transformational leadership variable, organizational culture toward employee performance.

Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction

Abstract: The alternative to developing a business is to use social media optimally supported by optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media on business development in the glass noodles Manjung Home Industry through employee performance. This research is included as causal associative research. Data on social media variables and employee performance are taken using questionnaires, while business development variables are taken using documentation. This research uses path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that social media influences employee performance; social media influences business development, and employee performance influence on business development. However, in this study employee performance variables are not considered as intervening variables due to its smaller contribution on direct business development compared to influence of social media. Keywords: business development, employee performance, MSMEs, social media  Penggunaan Media Sosial dan Kinerja Karyawan Terhadap Perkembangan UMKM: Home Industry Mie Soun Manjung Indonesia Abstrak: Salah satu alternatif untuk mengembangkan suatu usaha ialah dengan pemanfaatan media sosial secara optimal serta didukung dengan kinerja karyawan optimal juga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial terhadap perkembangan usaha pada Home Industry mie soun Manjung melalui kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif kausal. Data pada variabel media sosial dan kinerja karyawan diambil dengan menggunakan angket, sedangkan variabel perkembangan usaha diambil dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh media sosial terhadap perkembangan usaha, dan yang terakhir pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap perkembangan usaha. Namun, dalam penelitian ini variabel kinerja karyawan tidak dianggap sebagai variabel intervening, karena sebagai variabel intervening, kinerja karyawan memiliki kontribusi yang lebih kecil daripada pengaruh media sosial terhadap perkembangan usaha secara langsung. Kata kunci: perkembangan usaha, kinerja karyawan, UMKM, media sosial

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of paper and printing machines which will increase greatly in paper demand is increasing every year. therefore the employee's performance is an important factor in increasing the sales of the company so that it can compete with other competitors. To maintain the necessary motivation employee performance so employees can work maximal.This purpose of study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and impact on employee performance PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ, Tangerang Cipondoh many as 43 people. The analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis) .Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employees PT. XYZ totaling 43 people to measure transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and performance of employees by using a Likert scale. From the analysis of the data obtained showed that the Transformational leadership style, communication to motivation and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture through organization commitmen and its impact on employee performance to the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 67 employees of the PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The result of the research shows that there is influence of competence and organizational culture to organization commitmen, and there is also influence of competence and organizational commitment toward employee performance, however organization culture is not influuence of employee performan PT. Perta Arun Gas of Lhokseumawe Regency. Furthermore, the results of the study found that organization commitmen variables mediate the absolute (full mediation) relationship of competence to the employee performance at the PT. Every employee would expect a career enhancement in his job. There are many factors that affect employee careers. This study aims to examine the influence of Competence, Transformational Leadership, Social Capital and Performance to Career Employees of Mercu Buana University, is a quantitative research with Path Analysis method. This research was conducted at Mercu Buana University in West Jakarta area, the research sample was 185 employees using Simple Random Sampling method. Associated with the performance of employees, the results showed that there is an influence of competence on performance, there is the influence of transformational leadership on performance, there is the influence of social capital on performance. In the case of employee career, the result of research indicate that there is influence of competence to career of employee, there is influence of employee career performance, there is influence of social capital to career of employee. The result of path analysis gives a structural equation Y = 0,258X1 + 0,213X2 + 0,229X3 + 0,416X4 + 0,36. Thus it can be explained that the most direct influence on Employee Career is a Performance variable of 41.6%, while the Competence variable of 25.8% and social capital variable of 22.9%.
