The purpose of this study was to see the effect of stress management and emotional management on students' anxiety levels in the new normal. This research is an ex post facto study using a psychological scale consisting of a student anxiety scale, a stress management scale and a student emotional management scale. The subjects in this study were 120 junior high school students in Central Lampung. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression correlation analysis. The results show that stress management and emotional management have a significant effect on student anxiety in the new normal era. Students' anxiety in the new normal era is related to various factors, namely stress management and emotional management of students.

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat siswa SMP Negeri dalam melanjutkan sekolah di SMK ditinjau dari sosial ekonomi keluarga di Kabupaten Bantul. Desain penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri tahun ajaran 2012/2013 di Kabupaten Bantul. Dari populasi di atas diambil 17 SMP sebagai sampel penelitian, sehingga sampel penelitian menjadi 364 orang, yang diambil secara proporsional random sampling. Instrumen untuk pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji person correlation dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara lingkungan siswa dengan minat sebesar 0,627, kesejahteraan keluarga dengan minat siswa sebesar -0,227, informasi pendidikan dengan minat siswa sebesar -0,181, pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga dengan minat siswa sebesar -0,156, dan nilai F sebesar 65,037 dengan nilai sig 0,000 dengan persamaan regresi Y = 44,623 + 0,533X1 - 0,113X2 - 0,122X3 – 0,089X4, Sumbangan variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh 42% terhadap minat siswa SMP Negeri dalam melanjutkan sekolah di SMK. CONTINUING PUBLIC INTEREST TO STUDENTS VOCATIONAL VIEWED FROM THE SOCIO ECONOMIC FAMILY IN THE DISTRICT BANTULAbstractThe aim of this study is to find out the effects between public junior high school students’ interests in continuing their studies in vocational high schools and their families’ socio-economic in Bantul Regency.This study employed the ex post facto design. The research population comprised 7718 Grade IX students of 48 public junior high schools in the academic year of 2012/2013 in Bantul Regency. From the population, 17 junior high schools were selected as the sample, consisting of 364 students, selected by means of the proportional random sampling technique. The data were collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques, namely the Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression. The results of the study show that the correlation coefficient between the students environments and their interests is 0.627, the family welfare and their interests is -0.227, the educational information and their interests is -0.181, and the family need fulfilment and their interests is -0.156, and an F value of 65.037 at a significance value of 0.000 with the regression equation Y = 44.623 + 0.533X1 – 0.113X2 – 0.122X3 – 0.089X4. The independent variables have a contribution of 42% to public junior high school students’ interests in continuing their studies in vocational high.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruhintensitas penggunaan bahasa Inggris ragam lisan,pemanfaatan media pembelajaran,dan kelengkapan sumber belajar terhadap kemampuan listening comprehensionsiswa SMP di Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Ex post Facto. Sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 370 siswa, dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportional cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan tes. Kualitas intrumen yang digunakan adalah IRT dengan menggunakan program QUEST. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistik Regresi Ganda yang diteruskan dengan Korelasi Parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa Inggris ragam lisan, intensitas pemanfaatan media,dan kelengkapan sumber belajar mempengaruhi  kemampuan listening comprehension Siswa SMP di Kabupaten Sleman dengan nilai analisis Regresi (F = 0,038p ≤ 0,05). Pengaruh penggunaan bahasa Inggris ragam lisan terhadap kemampuan listening comprehensionadalah sebesar 12,6 % dengan nilai Korelasi Parsial (r = 0,126, sig. p ≤ 0,05, Beta 0,126).PengaruhIntensitas pemanfaatan media terhadap kemampuan listening comprehensionadalah sebesar 0,8% dengan nilai Korelasi Parsial (r = - 0,080,Sig. p ≤ 0,05, Beta -0,080). First is to investigate the gathering effect of of English spoken language, the intensity of the use of media, and completeness of learning resources on the ability of listening comprehension in Sleman Junior high school students. The other objectives are  the effect of each variable on the ability of listening comprehension Junior high school students in Sleman District.This research is an ex-post facto research.The sample consisted of 370 students were selected using stratified proportional random sampling techniques. The research instruments were questionnaire and tests. IRT was used to know the quality of instrumen by using QUEST program. The data were analyzed by using the Multiple Regression and Partial Correlation statistic analysis.The result of analysis indicates that the use of English spoken language, the intensity of the use of media, and completeness of learning resources together combined affect the listening comprehension.with Reression value (F = 0.038, sig. with p ≤ 0.05). The result of each variable on the listening comprehension indicates that the  use of English spoken language affects 12.6 % with score (r = 0.126, sig. p ≤ 0.05, Beta 0.126). the intensity of using media affects 0.8% with score (r = - 0.080,Sig. p ≤ 0.05, Beta -0.080).And completeness of learning resources affect 1.4% with score (r = -0.014, Sig. p ≤ 0.05  Beta -0.014).

This study aims to determine the effect of attachment and self-adjustment on the self-esteem of Teuku Umar Junior High School students in Semarang Academic Year 2019/2020. Efforts to achieve goals, researchers use this type of quantitative research with ex post facto research designs. In practice, researchers used simple random sampling. Collecting data by spreading attachment scale, adjustment and self-esteem. The validity test used the product moment formula and the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis test. The research that has been done has resulted in the level of self-esteem and attachment in the high category. Meanwhile, the level of adjustment is in the medium category. The results of the first hypothesis analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of attachment on self-esteem. The results of the second hypothesis analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of self-adjustment on self-esteem. The results of the analysis of the third hypothesis can be seen that there is a significant effect of attachment and self-adjustment on self-esteem. The results of this study concluded that the higher the attachment and self-adjustment, the higher the self-esteem of students. The research suggestion from these findings is that guidance and counseling teachers should provide several services that are related to attachment, adjustment and self-esteem by paying attention to student needs. This step is used so that students have more positive attachments, good adjustment in the hope that students have better self-esteem as well

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung phobia matematika, self-efficacy, Adversity Quotient dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VII di Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto. Subjek penelitian adalah 217 siswa SMP kelas VII yang berasal dari 8 sekolah di 8 kecamatan yang berbeda. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan program pengolahan data statistik SPSS 21 dan AMOS. Selain itu dilakukan uji Sobel untuk menguji hipotesis variabel intervening. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ; (1) minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak; (2) pengaruh pemahaman diri terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak; (3) pengaruh lingkungan terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak; (4) pengaruh citra SMK terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak; dan(5) pengaruh pemahaman diri, lingkungan dan citra SMK yang memengaruhi terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak secara bersama-sama. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto.Populasi Penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMP di Kota Pontianak yang berjumlah 8000 orang. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan table Issac& Michael. Daritable yang disediakan dengan taraf kesalahan5%,diperoleh sampel sebesar350 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik clauster random sampling,pengumpulan datamenggunakan angket. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan data masing – masing variabel dan analisis regresi yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) minat siswa SMP masuk SMK terdapat kategori baik dengan rata-rata skor 41,79; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman diri terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak dengan nilai r=0,743; p= 0,000; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak dengan nilai r=0,527; p=0,000; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara citra SMK terhadap minat siswa masuk SMK dengan nilai r= 0,678; p= 0,000; dan (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman diri, lingkungan, dan citra SMK secara bersama-sama terhadap minat siswa SMP masuk SMK di Kota Pontianak. This study aims to determine the relationship between gender and students’ thinking skills and compare their score between male and female based on their level of thinking skills. Moreover, the result of this study can also be used to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum on mathematics junior high school especially Higher-Order Thinking Skills. The method used in this study is ex-post facto, with a population of all 7th grade public junior high schools students in Banjarmasin city. Sample taken were 391 students, divided into 6 schools that were selected randomly. The instrument used is 16 multiple choice test that is valid and reliable. This developed test respectively focused on measuring thinking skills, namely Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, and Creating. The result showed that female students were better than male students in almost all of the thinking skills, except Creating. However, there is no relationship between gender and thinking skills.

Math learning is growing as the times evolve. More and more media is used to enhance student learning motivation. This assessment aims to create a math learning design that can increase the motivation of learning students through Math card matchmaking (Mak Karjo) in high school students. As for the use is a descriptive method and the post facto method ex. The descriptive method used is with the development of pre-existing research results. While the method ex post facto, that is to assess the use of Media card soul mate in improving the motivation to learn high school students. Mak Karjo is the length of mathematics with a matchcard, so the media used is the media of a soul mate filled with sin, cos, and tan. Results show that the application of Mak Karjo in trigonometric learning motivates students in learning because learning is designed in such a way that it can create a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Writing is one of language skills that is the most difficult skill to be mastered. This skill should be taken into account in teaching learning process. The English teachers at high schools in Badung, Gianyar and Denpasar gave writing test to their students by using a test that provided some topics which made the students difficult to imagine, develop their ideas and sometimes the test was not appropriate for their students’ writing level. The present research was intended to figure out the achievement and the quality of the genre paragraph which was assessed by administering intensive and responsive writing assessment. The present research used an ex-post facto research design. The samples of the present study were taken from 16 schools in the aforementioned three regencies. The obtained data were then analyzed by means of norm-reference measure of five standard values. The result showed that 71% of the samples were successful; meanwhile, 29% of the samples were unsuccessful in writing genre paragraph which was assessed by administering intensive and responsive writing assessment. In addition, the quality of their genre paragraphs was mainly good, but the needed extra effort on narrative.

The purpose of this study is (1) Want to know how much the contribution of self-concept, and the attention of parents, to the results of mathematics learning in class X SMA in Wera Bima District; (2) Want to know how much the positive contribution of self-concept to the results of mathematics learning in class X SMA in Wera Bima District; and (3) Want to know how much the positive contribution of parents' attention to the results of mathematics learning in class X SMA in Wera Bima District. The type of this study was ex-post facto, the population in this study were Class X students of State High Schools in Wera Bima Subdistrict in the year 2017/2018 which were taken using Proportional stratified random sampling. Instruments used: (1) self-concept scale, (2) the scale of parental attention, (3) tests of mathematics learning outcomes. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the study illustrate that; (1) Positive contribution to self-concept, and parents' attention together (simultaneous) to the mathematics learning outcomes of class X high school students in Wera Bima District, for R2square = 11.10%. (2) The positive contribution of self-concept towards the mathematics learning outcomes of class X high school students in Wera Bima Subdistrict, amounting to 15.70%. and (3) The positive contribution of parents' attention                      to the mathematics learning outcomes of class X high school students in Wera Bima District, amounting to 19.80%.

The purpose of this study was to know the influence of CBT and PBT national examination dealing with students’ cognitive readiness and anxiety facing English national examination in Cilacap regency, the influence of major in terms of students’ cognitive readiness and anxiety facing English national examination in Cilacap regency, and the interaction between national examination and major. This research was descriptive explorative and the method was ex-post facto. The population was all of natural and social science high school students in grade XII in Cilacap regency. The number of sample used was 352 students. The results showed that there was significant influence of national examination in terms of students’ cognitive readiness and anxiety facing national examination. However, CBT and PBT national examination did not influence the cognitive readiness facing national examination, CBT and PBT national examination influence in national examinations in terms of students’ anxiety facing national examination. The average score of the students’ anxiety facing CBT national exam was higher than that of the students’ anxiety facing PBT national examination. There was no effect caused by differences in majoring in terms of cognitive readiness and anxiety in facing English national examination; and there was no interaction between the different types of national examinations and majors.
