Validity and reliability are the main topics in every research instruments. It is important how to create research instrument that is connected to the construct being measured. In this article, the authors tested the validity and reliability of Holland's career instrument Indonesian version. The participants involved are in the period of career preparation and choice, within an educational institution or a job, but has not yet had satisfaction with their career. The participants' age range from 15 to 27 years. The validity test is carried out using the conventional validity type, where the item is declared valid if the correlation coefficient is ≥ 0.3. The results showed 43 items were declared valid and 5 items were declared invalid while the reliability coefficient found is 0.906. Based on the results, Holland's career instrument Indonesian version in a good instrument to measure career preparation and career choice.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of stress management and emotional management on students' anxiety levels in the new normal. This research is an ex post facto study using a psychological scale consisting of a student anxiety scale, a stress management scale and a student emotional management scale. The subjects in this study were 120 junior high school students in Central Lampung. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression correlation analysis. The results show that stress management and emotional management have a significant effect on student anxiety in the new normal era. Students' anxiety in the new normal era is related to various factors, namely stress management and emotional management of students.

The use of media in providing counseling services greatly affects the skills of counselors in conducting counseling through virtual internet media. The development of communication technology in the era of 4.0 makes counselors more familiar with, utilizing and applying counseling media virtually via the internet. The development of communication technology requires counselors to innovate, especially in providing e-counseling services as a forum for counselors to provide alternative solutions to problems faced by counselees. This research method is descriptive qualitative research, the source of this research data comes from document studies in the form of books and previous research which is used as a source of data that supports research. The results of this study indicate that online counseling is in the form of virtual counseling technology media, namely: websites, telephones or cellphones, email, video conferencing, chat, instant messaging, computers and other social media networks. The ethics that must be considered by online counselors are how to establish good relationships via the internet, confidentiality aspects in the implementation of counseling, legal aspects in telecommunications via the internet and licensing. Thus online counselors are required to work professionally by paying attention to ethics in the implementation of online counseling.

Zuhud is a very important trait for individuals in dealing with a world that is so tiring and exhausting for humans. Zuhud will bring peace of mind and peace of mind. The purpose of this study was to find out how to realize the zuhud nature of students through hadith-based group guidance. This research uses a qualitative approach. The sample in this study was determined through a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 10 students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques and observation techniques. In this study, the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study are that the zuhud nature of students can be realized well where students are able not to feel happy about something they have and not feel sad if something is not owned; not feeling restless when insulted and not proud of being praised; and his heart is merely planted with fear, longing, and love for Allah SWT. So, it can be concluded that the zuhud nature of students can be realized by implementing hadith-based group guidance.

Basically everyone has felt anxiety at a certain moment in his life. But if the anxiety experienced is very excessive and left alone without the direction of someone can be very detrimental to the individual. As for memorization, anxiety often arises experienced by students. The need for guidance to facilitate students in memorizing and can reduce the level of anxiety they experience. Therefore, the formation of the application of group-based guidance in order to reduce anxiety in memorizing students in boarding schools. From the results of the normality test results Sig. obtained a probability value> 0.05 then the results can be stated normally. From the test results Sig. Based on the Mean of Sig. 0.058> 0.05 variance of the data resulting from the application of group-based guidance in the experimental class and the control class is homogeneous. Based on the results of the group statistics above we can find out from the data generated by the experimental class as many as 10 people have an average value of 152.70 and in the control class as many as 10 people have an average value of 124.00 that has been obtained by each class. Independent samples test output table test results of students learning we can know the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0,000. Based on the criteria in decision making 0,000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that there is a significant influence in the application of group-based guidance in overcoming anxiety over memorization of the Sabrowi C class of Roudlotut Tholibin Islamic Boarding School.

The slow learner in this study is a condition in which children experience slowness in their cognitive abilities and are below the average normal child so he needs more time to understand or master the subject matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring techniques to increase students' slow learner learning motivation, cognitive restructuring techniques to replace negative thoughts and interpretations with positive action thoughts so as not to get used to and become aware of their thought processes. This type of research uses Quasi Experiments with pre-test and post-test designs to compare the experimental group and the control group. Research subjects are slow learner students who have low motivation levels with a total of 14 students. The results of the experimental group measurements showed that the post-test score was higher than the pre-test score. Besides that, the Wilcoxon signed Rank Test test shows that the Sig. <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there are significant differences in the level of slow learner student learning motivation before and after treatment is given. This shows that group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques is effective in increasing slow learner students' learning motivation.

The problem in this study is that there are often deviations in student behavior which results in students breaking the rules of discipline at school. Namely skipping school, often late, smoking and fighting. This study aims to determine whether the application of group counseling services in preventing the delinquency of juvenile students in SMA Negeri 9 Palembang effectively. The research method used is a quantitative approach with pre experimental methods with OneGroup Pretest and Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 9 Palembang with a sample of 10 students. From the results of data analysis shows that the total pretest value before treatment was 586 with an average of 58.6 and the results of the posttest after being treated with a value of 842 with an average of 84.2. Hypothesis testing results prove that the results of the t-test calculations where t-count = 5.039≥ t-table = 1.833. thus the application of group guidance services in preventing juvenile delinquency from students is effectively accepted.

In Metro City, especially in the northern metro sub-district, there are 5 high schools. Which consists of madrassas, private and public. Most of the students have already known the term dating (in a relationship with the opposite sex). Relationships established in adolescents, can trigger premarital sexual behavior. This study examines self-esteem, self-control, adolescent conformity and premarital sexual behavior. This research is interesting to discuss, because the results of this study are different from previous studies. Previous studies have a negative relationship between variables. But the results of this study indicate that the higher self-esteem, the higher the premarital sexual behavior. While the higher self-esteem of adolescents, the higher the self-control will be. When self-esteem and self-control go up, then adolescent conformity will also increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationships that arise between self-esteem, self-control, adolescent conformity and premarital sexual behavior. Which involved high school students in all sub-districts of the metro north of the city of metro, to be sampled in this study. The benefit of this research is to be able to increase the awareness of adolescents and the public about the dangers of premarital sexual behavior when performed. This study uses quantitative research with a correlation and survey approach. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship. Both the relationship between self-esteem with premarital sexual behavior, self-control with premarital sexual behavior, adolescent conformity with premarital sexual behavior, relationship between self-esteem with self-control, self-control with adolescent conformity, and self-esteem with adolescent conformity.

Problems that occur in schools are associated with a decrease in the moral quality of students that is behaving rudely, speaking harshly, and telling lies to teachers and peers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of group guidance services in preventing decline in moral quality of students. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with pre experimental methods with one group pretest and posttest design. The sample in this study amounted to 10 students based on the lowest score category 5 students and 5 students were in the highest score category in Class XI Office Administration. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire decreased the quality of morality with a validity test using the coefficient formula Product moment correlation and reliability using the Spearman Brown formula. The results of the study concluded: that the pretest results of decreased moral quality by 100.7 and posttest results by 195.9 so that there was a pretty good improvement after obtaining group guidance services to decrease the moral quality of students. So, the application of group guidance services effectively prevents the decline in moral quality of students in SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan.
