Background: Online shopping is the juice of buying and selling of products and services mostly adopted by the youths do their ability and zeal to always go online surfing and browsing as they look for solutions to their everyday needs. Purpose: The objectives of this study were: to ascertain the extent to which youths carry out online shopping; to assess the level of satisfaction of youths towards shopping online; to determine the extent to which online shopping is preferred to traditional shopping; to find out the effect the fear of losing money while shopping online has on the shopping behaviour of youths; and to determine the effects fear of non-delivery of order has on online shopping. Method: The population of the study is made up of students from three higher institutions in Enugu state. Convenience sampling technique was used in interviewing and administering the questionnaire to 90 respondentsafterwhichchi-square,and linear regression were used to test the hypotheses. Result: The findings indicate that Nigerian youths shop online frequently whenever they access various sampling brands, price and delivery options same time. Also, online shopping is preferred to traditional shopping by the sampled youths because it is convenient, offer discounts, have objective reviews from other shoppers. Conclusion: The online presence of most companies has created an opportunity for marketing firms to reach out to the youths by way of interacting with them and getting feedback on the companies products and services. Making it easy for the companies to know the best ways to improve their products or services. This study equally recommends that firms should focus more on establishing an online presence to attend to the shopping needs of youths in Nigeria.

The development of technology is related to people's behavior in Indonesia. Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, are very fond of social media. Besides used to communicate, send emails, social media is also used to online shopping. This is evidenced by the growing number of marketplaces in Indonesia such as Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Shoppee, Lazada and the others. This study aims to determine the effect of life style, self control and financial literacy on consumptive behavior in online shopping. This research is a quantitative study using explanatory design. The sample used was FEB students in East Surabaya. Sample data that can be used are 102 respondents. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data collection using questionnaire distribution techniques using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results showed that life style had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior in doing online shopping. While self control and financial literacy variables negatively and significantly affect consumer behavior in doing online shopping.

In recent days, online marketing is a great revolution in the world. Over the last decade, most business organizations are running with modern technological change. The advanced technology getting better marketing performance. In this society, retailers are devising strategies to meet out the demand of online buyers. Online retailers are studying buyer’s behavior and perception of the consumer in the field of web shopping. Therefore, we have also chosen to analyses consumer’s attitudes towards online shopping and also studying the factors influencing consumers to buy their product on the web in this busiest fast-moving world. The population selected for the research is Madurai city, and narrowed down to buyers who are using the internet to buy online, includes students, homemakers, professionals; the sample size selected for this analysis is 50, and we have used the convenience sampling technique.

The proliferation of e-commerce has induced the online shopping transactions around the world. The increase trend of online shopping illustrates that there is a dramatic increase in compulsive behavior on online shopping.  Shopping online could give an illusion to the consumers that they are not really spending money and become compulsive for many consumers. By adapting the questionnaires outlined, this study validates the compulsive online shopping scale to measure the compulsive online shopping behaviour in Malaysia context. A survey was conducted with a sample of 221 respondents based on convenience-sampling method in the Klang Valley. The factor analysis showed high reliable test of Cronbach alpha for the scales underlying the compulsive online shopping behavior.

E-commerce has led to many deliveries in business relationships specially used for online shopping. Given the growth of e-commerce to increase e-shopping, researchers can be investigated in this area in recent years. This paper aims to investigate the effect of website features on online impulse buying behaviour (OIBB). A questionnaire survey was conducted on the users of the Digi Kala website. They have made an impulsive online purchase at least once from the DigiKala website in Arak city, Iran. A relative stratified sampling technique was utilized for data collection. The data were analyzed statistically. The results show that: All research hypotheses have been confirmed. Among the research variables for the research's statistical sample, service quality and visual attraction affect online impulsive shopping behaviour.

This study aims to determine the relationship between trust, satisfaction, and repurchase intention at online shopping providers, such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, Zalora, and Blibli, in Kendari City. In detail, this study also aims to determine the role of familiarity in strengthening the relationship between trust, satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. There are 250 respondents involved in this study obtained through convenience sampling technique. The analysis is carried out in 2 stages. The first stage is to simultaneously test the role of trust and satisfaction in increasing repurchase intention. The second stage is to determine the role of familiarity as a moderating variable. Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) is used to test the causal relationship. The results of this study indicate that familiarity increases the effect of trust on satisfaction, the effect of trust on repurchase intention, and the effect of satisfaction on repurchase intention. The results of this study contribute to the development of the concept of relationship marketing, especially to increase repurchase intention through the development of the concept of familiarity. This study's limitation is that there is no comparison between familiarity attitudes for each online shopping service provider.

Kereta Api Pariwisata has thre tourism trains such Bali tourism train, Toraja tourism train, and Nusantara tourism train. The third tourism train offers comfort and beauty of the theme of culture of Bali, Toraja, and Nusantara that can provide a service experience to passengers is expected to create a tourism train passenger satisfaction PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata. The theory of service experience that is used by Knutson et al., In Identifying the Dimensions of the Experience Construct. Journal of Hospitality & Leisure Marketing (2006:39) with dimensions used are incentive, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefits, and trust. Theory of satisfaction is a composite theory of Kotler (2009:164) with dimensions of performance and importance to the theory Hatane Semuel (2009:30) which states "Important Necessary-performance analysis, namely by conducting a survey of the passengers to know the expectations of passengers against the interests of each attribute and the level of satisfaction derived from the actual service." So the dimensions of satisfaction used was the performance, importance , and expectations. The premise which supporting this study is from Debra Grace, Aron O'cass (2004), Hoi Mun (2006), and Nigel Hill, Rachel Allen (2007). Based on the above explanation, the research about on service experience analysis in creating a tourism train passenger satisfaction PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata. This research is using descriptive and verificatife with is an explanatory method survey sampling technique with accidental sampling (convenience sampling) technique, and the number of samples of 115 respondents. Analysis technique data in using Path Analysis with the help of software SPSS 15.0 computer interview, and quesioner as data collection techniques. The Findings showed that, the analysis of service experience through the incentive dimension, accessibility, convenience, utility, environment, benefits, and trust have influence over the passenger’s satisfaction. Former of need dimention wich have the highest influence isbenefit and accessibility dimension have a little significant impact on passenger’s satisfaction. As for the highest passenger tourism train satisfaction perceived to the dimensions of benefit. That means that passengers need the advantage of everything they done and easy access make the passengers feel the comfort of the tourism train. Limitations in this research that this study just conducted a survey to domestic passengers of tourism trains. Therefore, further research is expected to examine the foreign tourism train passenger satisfaction.

In today’s corporate world, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility has been integrated into their strategic plans and policies. It has been incorporated into the decision making process taken in view of the competitive advantage that could be achieved through social initiatives. As consumers were the most sensitive group among the stakeholders to such initiatives, this paper tries to explore the awareness of consumers of companies towards CSR practices in AluvaTaluk. The paper also tries to examine whether CSR initiatives have any association with the consumers demographic profile. A total of 160 respondents were chosen from AluvaTaluk using convenience sampling technique. The data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and were analysed using SPSS 16.0 software. The study revealed that majority of the consumers of Aluva were aware of CSR but was unaware of the fact that it was a mandatory provision for the firms under the Companies Act, 2013. The consumers who were aware had only a medium level of understanding on the concept of CSR. Age, education and income of the consumers were found to have a significant association with their awareness on CSR.

Malaysia has recorded the second highest involuntary turnover rate at 6% and third highest voluntary rate at 6.5% in South East Asia. Employee loyalty becomes critical towards employer. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career development, compensation, job security, work environment and employee loyalty. In conducting this study, convenience sampling technique has been employed and respondents have been chosen in the area of Kuala Lumpur. Hypothesis were tested using regression analysis by using Smart-PLS. Based on the result, career development, compensation and job security were found to be significant with employee loyalty. However, work environment was found to be not significant with employee loyalty. It is suggested for future research to explore other variables in order to find the factors contributed in employee loyalty. Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average.
