The aimof the study was to use the quantum chronos method to identify semiotic and coloristic markers of the texts of the Moscow Bolshevik newspaper for 1941 when analyzing their perception by modern Ukrainian readers 19-20 years old, living in 2020 and studying at one of the country's universities.Methodology: metaphysical methods of monistic idealism and the method of quantum chronos, as well as approaches, categories and principles of quantum mechanics (“approach to many worlds or approach of many minds” by H. Everett, category of quantum nonlocality). The study used the methodological principles of positivism, namely: the principle of fallibilism by Charles Peirce and critical realism (Popper's criterion). Empirical methods were also involved: associative experiment, observation, description and measurement. The methodology(experimental procedure) consisted in the following: 6 newspaper editorials were selected in six issues of the Russian-language newspaper "Moskovsky Bolshevik" in 1941. The experiment took place on an individual basis from April 1 to April 20, 2020 using the electronic resource “free mail” on the “.ua” domain. 48 subjects aged 19 -21, living in two regions of Ukraine, were asked to see photocopies of newspaper editorials. According to the instructions, the subjects were asked to answer three questions: 1) “What color, in your opinion, is the text that you read?”; 2) “Why exactly this color?”; 3) "What does your chosen color mean?"Conclusions. The use of the quantum chronos method made it possible to establish specific reactions of subjects living in 2020 when analyzing their perception of distant communication texts (six editorials of the Moscow Bolshevik newspaper, which were published on January 15, March 16, May 17, July 16,September 16 and November 16, 1041). We have established that the frequency responses are three colors, namely: black, yellow and red. Semiotic reasons for color identification are reduce to the declaration of the names of the object realities of both thefirst year of the Great Patriotic War (1941) and the modern realities of 2020.

II. The article considers the problem of "gallant dialogue" as an author 's strategy in the work of A.D. Cantemir, which manifests itself, first of all, in the epistolar genre of the 18th century and is implemented in the tract "Talk of many worlds" by B. Fontenel. "Gallant dialogue" refers to equal respectful relations in the dialogue of interlocutors while maintaining status roles, which affect the change of copyright status in the literature in the first place. The installation itself on the "conversation" outside the waitosis, that is, the established rhetorical system, has already meant the turn of Russian language towards its deritorization, as well as a more active manifestation of the author 's beginning. A.D. Cantemir, who was at the origin of new Russian literature freed from powerful religious content, turns in the search for a "free" literary canon to Fontenel, defending, as is known, in the dispute between ancient and new authors the position of Sh Perro, who proclaimed gallantry - the quality of new French literature. The article considers the constituent elements of A. Cantemir's "gallant dialogue" with his sister Maria, among which are called: courtesy of the addressee, encryption or inventing a nickname for a famous person whose name is not called; assurances of love and knightly devotion, aphoristic statements testifying to the knowledge of secular society by the interlocutor. The cultural and historical method identifies not only the genesis of the phenomenon in question, but also the specifics of the development of the "gallant dialogue" in the Russian literature of the 18th century. The result of this study makes it possible to take a new look at the domestic literary process of the 18th century from the point of view of the development of the author 's beginning in Russian literature, to see the manifestation of those literary patterns that will fully manifest themselves in the literary situation of the second half of the 18th century, or more precisely during the reign of Empress Catherine II.

This article discusses an urgent educational problem, i.e. a sharp decrease in the level of students’ spoken language and, in particular, the lack of willingness and ability among school students to engage in a constructive dialogue when participating in debates. It is no accident that modern federal state educational standards pay special attention to the formation of students’ communicative competence at all levels of education. The aim of this article was to investigate the current situation in the field in order to obtain primary data showing at which educational levels the techniques of debate and discussion are used; to analyse the verbal behaviour of participants implementing various communicative strategies and tactics during debates. The following research methods were used: an analysis of literature in the field of psychology, pedagogy, communication and methodology; a questionnaire survey and interviews; an analysis of the oral presentations of students; generalization of pedagogical experience. The results of the interviews and questionnaire survey conducted among first-year university show that about 60% of the respondents experience difficulties in constructing argumentative speech. Discussions in schools are held only in high school. Secondary school teachers lack the competencies of organizing and conducting debates in class. The development of communicative skills of defending one’s point of view and conducting informed debates using communicative tactics based on the principles of dialogue and politeness should be taught during teenage years. It is at this age that communicative competencies are most actively formed. Specific examples of including debates in the curriculum of the Russian language (5th grade) for developing primary discussion skills are presented.

This article reviews the methodological principles of studying cultural concepts in the context of cognitive approach, possibilities for conducting reconstruction of certain fragments of linguistic worldview based on the material of digital text corpora. Leaning on the cognitive approach towards concept as a unit of structured and unstructured knowledge that forms cognition of a separate individual and culture as a whole, results of conceptual research of the texts of philosophers who view culture as symbolic creativity of a person associated with freedom (concepts of I. Kant, E. Cassirer, N. A. Berdyaev), the authors conducted reconstruction of certain fragments of the linguistic worldview and ordinary consciousness, correlated with the concept of “culture” in digital text corpora in the Russian and Anglo-Saxon cultures. Examination of the contexts of usage of verbal representations of the concept of “culture” in the digital text corpora of Russian language and different varieties of English language demonstrates that the crucial ideological values of Anglo-Saxon linguistic worldview are the following representations: culture is of instrumental nature; civilization is considered as the path development of humanity; freedom is viewed as an intrinsic right to freedom that should be protected, i.e. initial and inherent to a human. In the Russian-language texts, culture implies the value-based attitude towards world, mostly associated with the national culture; civilization is viewed in the context of a value-based attitude towards world, but as the path of development of humanity as a whole; freedom has value-based individual, personalistic connotation, supposed to be full, absolute, which is often understood as the liberty of action and choice. It is underlines that utilization of corpus methods allows reconstructing the techniques of formation of worldview, choice of value priorities, mechanisms of perception of surrounding reality in a specific culture from contexts of practical usage of the verbal manifestations of cultural concepts.

Abstract During the last few decades, the possibilities and limitations of qualitative media audience research have regularly been discussed in media and communication research. Quantitatively oriented researchers have claimed that qualitatively oriented research is incapable of producing general knowledge. From a ‘radical ethnographic’ point of view it has been stated that such knowledge is more or less useless, while other qualitatively oriented researchers have approached the question of generality in a more balanced way, and argued for the necessity to interpret specific events within a framework of more general theories. But these solutions are not satisfactory. The aim of this article is to suggest an alternative conceptualisation of generality. From the meta-theoretical viewpoint of critical realism, this article states that generalisations have to take into consideration the domain of the deep structures of reality. Qualitative media audience research should aim at producing general knowledge about the constituent properties or transfactual conditions of the process of media consumption.

The peculiarity of the Russian-language Instagram segment is that for many users it has become the platform for text self-expression and discussions (including on reading issues). This explains the fact that many publishers and bookstores create their own Instagram accounts to promote book products. The purpose of the article is to identify the marketing potential of book public pages in Instagram. The author sets the following tasks: to identify successful practices of publishers and bookselling organizations in Instagram; analyze them from the point of view of text content, visual design; identify the main forms of users engagement; calculate the engagement rate (ER); identify possible "recipes" for the success of book public pages. Viewing the official websites of publishers and bookstores allowed the identification of book public posts with a significant number of subscribers and that of forms to attract users, and the determination of content features and visual design. A comparison of the activity level of public pages: @ eksmolive and @mifbooks of two major publishing houses. For this purpose, the number of posts, likes and comments for the period from 23.10.2019 to 22.11.2019 was calculated, as well as the engagement rate using the ER method. The author comes to the conclusion that the Instagram is widely used by publishing organizations and booksellers as a promising platform for book promotion and reading support, active exchange of information with the audience, increasing people’s loyalty, brand promotion, organization of direct sales. Effectiveness of the presence of booksellers in Instagram largely depends on the competent segmentation of the audience, the uniqueness of the content and visual design, and the use of various techniques and methods to enhance user engagement.
